Tick tock
given very low MCap. I will be taking a position here over the next few days as also hold polemos shares. Expect very little downside and the SP to rise as the story unfolds.
Nigel Burton is one of the few directors on Aim who is credible and has a good track record. He's the Chairman of PLMO. He increased the value of NUOG significantly and has recently resigned from NUOG after RMS, a surveying and driveshaft monitoring company he is involved in, announced surveying in the oil & gas sector. Trevor Brown of BRH, who is another credible one, and Nigel Burton both took the reigns of MRS, a company on the verge of delisting, and turned it around within a year.
Basically, Nigel Burton doesn't work with charlatans which btw Aim is full of. John's affiliation in business with Nigel is credit to John.
I like to invest in people.
P.S.
I checked on t re: John Treacy who is Non-Executive Director there as well [shell RTO]. From the RNS, the Nomad is WH Ireland. Oh, it happens that WH Ireland is IMTK*s new Nomad.
Nothing inferred - just interesting.
That*s all from me. I will have to just leave this to play out in whatever way it comes.
Recommended everyone*s post.
Snap, you beat me to it. Recommend @18:01, Sun 3 Feb 2019.
Re-Quoted: "S e v e r a l EXISTING & NEW potential investors have approached the co since the announcement on 26 Sep 2018 with interest and proposals."
Comment:
I agree with SW that IMTK had to become a clean shell first [historical now] since we now know this to be fact.
I checked Vin*s new co that she invested in ie Pythogoras. She was also a strategic significant investor. The co was owned by a husband and wife [same surname or brother & sister]. So, when Vin entered I assume that they split the co into 1/3 each? So, roughly what Vin was going to invest in IMTK. In the latest Companies House filing, I note that they have got in another investor or partner so presumably ,they have de-risked further. Vin is also now a Strategic Advisor to the co.
The co itself is interesting in that it is also a consultancy with some £10m turnover. If one looks at the website, the co has achieved Microsoft awards etc ie something that Vin likes in a co. It is in software. Vin tends to like a niche business eg providing technology etc to say health care or educational institutions etc. Her last co was to CONSOLIDATE these little tiddlers in the field and by doing so save costs eg no need for 2 Chief Accountants, CEO, HQ etc. Then, with a GROUP plc, she then CROSS SELLS? That
Almost the same thing as what Martin Sorrell did with WPP. However, management and acute accounting skills needed to do integration [history now].
For that reason, Vin commanded a premium then. However, I was aware that a VC would run through the books carefully and obtain a professional valuation as is norm. Hence, why the American co and Vin*s figures concur at 2p. IMTK themselves have said that they never made a profit from inception and the last loss at £600k was not perhaps sustainable over a longer perod? The American co that bought IMTK is based in America and therefore they could shut down IMTK*s American HQ since they don*t need two HQ*s in the USA to save costs.
As for John Treacy, Non-Executive Director of Abal Group plc [formerly IMTK] , he is also in PLMO which is expected to be re-listed. In that instance, they have RTO*ed a co. The CEO of the RTO co has quite an impressive C.V.
So, we have to wait to see how all this pans out. When I initially checked Companies House for Abal Ltd, it is listed under the category of Software publishing. Perhaps Abal Ltd is under the Abal Group plc?
So, just two case study scenarios. I think from John Treacy*s Linkedin, he is also from the VC type of industry and perhaps they get to hear of co*s etc. I have not delved further whether it is from John Treacy*s connections that co*s are sourced. However, it is not critically important except that he is in 3 potential shell situations a/c to one poster on this forum.
Just a discussion. So, open to whatever comes via IMTK RNS in the days to come.
DYOR. Pl chk.

Who's Nigel Burton?
I've decided to have a final topup of £3k in here tomorrow then I'll have invested a nice round £50k. Leaving it at that. Shiz or bust time.
A process that needed the loss making and capital intensive imtk removed first ?
Several existing and new potential investors have approached the Company since the announcement on 26 September with interest and proposals.
Interesting, news
