A £14k buy this morning at 2.1, someone fancies this :)
Trading in a number of our sites has, in the last few days, been SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTED as attendances FELL and a number of Partners are REDUCING opening hours, and in some cases CLOSURE. As a consequence, the Company will see a SUBSTANTIAL REDUCTION in revenue and contribution from these sites, which will, in the short term, affect our ability to reach our targeted monthly breakeven and, if the situation prevails or WORSENS, is likely to IMPACT SIGNIFICANTLY on the full year numbers.
all in the recent update
With no revenue and no sign of revenue
High operating / admin expenses
I don't understand how this could possibly be worth 6million
Hope they don't end up being guilty of spreading themselves to thin
What is happening here to reduce the high admin costs?
Cash has had to be raised several times already, and all while the company has had a revenue stream.
With no revenue stream whatsoever the future looks very bleak. Admittedly the UK government will cover staff that are furloughed but any American staff plus all the admin expenses will still need to be paid.
Another cash raise now looks highly likely imo, but at what price ?
At a guess if they could and it's a big if imo raise additional funds it would be at alot less than todays shareprice. Sailing very close to the wind.
Watch this space
This will shortly be trading @ sub 1p imo
hmmmm........!
who'd have thought........eh..........!

All the best (not the up turn in economic activity 5/6 para down March :)
.......and numbers of cases comparably low
Best you read some news articles today then Chesh.
It appears that cases in the Far East are growing again..
Hey Shandy, "back up with facts"...........! Mon 13:10 to save you having to scroll down.........!
No need to be rude........... ;()
On 23 January 2020, the central government of China imposed a lockdown in Wuhan and other cities in Hubei province in an effort to quarantine the centre of an outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
22 March 2020: Wuhan loosens its two-month lockdown.
27 March 2020: Wuhan lifts its lockdown, resumes all transportation,[28] with residents intending to leave the city facing similar "Green Code" requirements as those in the rest of the province
8 weeks.............?
I'll keep the rose tinted shades on if it's all the same........ :) I look good in 'em
Another thing, when the peak cases is reached, and daily case counts start to decline in numbers, I reckon sentiment will return and with it investors, looking to get in on the current low, long before lockdown is lifted, what dya reckon........?
All the best (not here to fall out :)
we were talking time scales no...........? sad about the current cases and fatality numbers, but we are expecting to see a peak in similar time scales to China.
PS
Forgot to say.
It may be the case that one of the larger groups takes a punt (If any have cash reserves) and with a long term plan, buys the company on the cheap .
Reluctantly inclined to agree with you.
Its going to be a long road back unless they find a cure pretty quickly.
Saying that, I think they could simply wrap up the company and keep the infrastructure until times hopefully get better.
Looking at the way this is effecting every corner of the globe, I think there is a chance things could get very messy indeed.
I cant for the life of me see how there will not be a catastrophic effect on the financial world as I don't know a single person who hasn't been financially affected.
as i said.. i hope i'm wrong.
Yesterday UK had over 500 deaths and US over 1k. Looking at the death rise charts both UK and US lines are increasing at a greater rate than Italy. These are the facts.
At the moment i would not invest (more) in any travel or entertainment business until we know the true scale of this pandemic.
Chesh is being overly optimistic so for balance i'm giving an alternative view - back up with facts.
To be completely clear......... oops......!
" and although that wasn't adhered to, stronger measures were put in place, and even stronger ones waiting in the wings...........!" is ref to the UK.......... :)
All the best (proof read Chesh :)
Lets not make this political, and yes, I agree that we were to slow to react...........!
I see it as the British way to ask before being forced, China lockdown was a gun point don't forget, and although that wasn't adhered to, stronger measures were put in place, and even stronger ones waiting in the wings...........!
Times scales is what started this friendship.............! and I say weeks, not 6 months ..........!
All the best (I've probs bored you enough :)
Shandy if I get I'll don't be coming anywhere near my bedside your like the grim reaper ffs :))
Chesh - just out of interest, how many videos or pictures have you seen from inside UK hospitals?
I've seen more clips from Spain and Italy. Strange that isn't it. Maybe the government and the NHS are trying to keep a lid of things.
Why is it that staff say they haven't got enough protective gear to wear and yet govt repeatedly deny this. Who would you believe?
Both Boris and Trump have mishandled this badly. We are meant to be in lockdown yet 10 flights a day are still coming in the NY to the UK with no quarantining. China locked down massive cities and tracked people via phone apps.
I hope i am wrong but we could be as badly hit as Spain and Italy.
849 in Spain, just on the wireless............! higher than yesterday
that's, unfortunately casualties, so my best wishes to loved ones out there.............!
Is that the peak though, has lockdown worked like in Italy, China..........?
All the best (we wait, stay safe, and inside :)
Spain next then Stalin...........!
early days, like you said............. :)
All the best (we're ahead of the curve Vs the US mind........ GL to all :)
I have, and I appreciate it............... :)
check this out.................!

All the best (stay safe !)
Chesh IMHO this could go as low as 1p - worst is to come in US and UK.
You've been warned
Early days Tony, but Italy looks like it's turning a corner. Be nice if we can get sorted by July.
Even if we were 70% back to normal by then. I'm starting to talk to the plants and the walls already, if they start talking back I'm in trouble.
Stay home go crazy ( joking )
Just heard on the wireless (radio) that cases are now slowing..............!
but don't get excited just yet..............!
All the best (from Tony Stark :()

chinese lockdown was almost 12 weeks so c3 months and they had a proper lockdown with phone apps being used to track people's locations etc.
We delayed the lockdown and even now the measures are too lenient. Currently planes are still coming and going to/from NY without any quarantine etc.
At govt briefing yesterday medical expert said up to 6 months.
Think you need to take your rose tinted glasses off.
China's period was weeks, not months............!
sentiment on going out after a few weeks of lockdown, we'll boom in all sectors, mark my words............ :()
All the best (obvs not DISH....... that'll be a done flush, pant's :()
