Difficult to comprehend how the order book works ( apart from maninulation put plenty of sells on the offer side, but at high prices so the AT will not take ), bought down on small sellsand plenty of "AT"s and then on 250K buys on the last 30 minutes only 1 "AT" for 1,8K. (It is hapening for the last couple days, the same last Friday, plenty of buys at the end )

Not a big bang RNS but hopefully Incathera investment pays off some day for IMM.
But I like the mention of "shareholder value "
Hopefully we will see the rise like NCYT soon! A rise like that can happen only in Pharma! Btw, did not buy any of NCYT :-( it is a roller coaster ride and not for me. Prefer a slow and steady rise.
Regarding Lanstead selling, don't see why they would be selling? This is what I found in interims statement -
"
In June 2019, as part of a placing that raised, in aggregate, £2.66 million (before expenses) from new and existing shareholders, the Company issued 26,565,200 new ordinary shares to Lanstead Capital LP ('Lanstead') at a price of 10p per share for £2.66 million. All of the shares with full voting rights were allotted to Lanstead on 2 July 2019. The Company simultaneously entered into a Sharing Agreement with Lanstead for 100% of these shares with a reference price of 13.33p per share. The Sharing Agreement is for a 24 month period. The actual consideration is variable depending upon the Company's share price. The Sharing Agreement is treated as a derivative financial asset and valued at fair value through the income statement with reference to the Company's share price as at the end of the accounting period.
On 2 July 2019, the Company also issued, in aggregate, a further 1,328,290 new ordinary shares to Lanstead as a value payment in connection with the Share Subscription and the Sharing Agreement.
"
Lanstead also held shares during the original phase 3 trial and it didn't stop the share price gaining huge amounts
Well just bought some more so lets see what happens here. Could pay of nicely but word of caution. Any product that goes through FDA and then subsequent trials needs to have a fair bit of backing and results. See this with the likes of Zyne with their up and down history but then again anything cannabis related is roulette
Lanstead will be selling some shares as time goes by ... Ok about that
But
They cannot sell too many either as they have to hedge on a 3 month basis imv
Said it before but this isn't going anywhere as long as Lanstead are in. They will sell into any spike and bring it back down again. Only when they are out will this move.
Anyone know the pricing of the Icanthera IPO, some guessing but perhaps 20million shares to be issued (35% of 60mm in issue on IPO doc) to raise £2-3mm new cash, implies a new market cap of between £6-9mm, meaning Immupharma 14% stake (now diluted to 11%) would be worth £700k-£1.1mm) ie most likely less than when Tim used (invested) Immupharma’s much needed cash resources in this new sideline. I see Tim picks up 5.9% personally post IPO, having not have an interest Pre IPO. Nice work if you can get it. IMM retains their ATM warrants, which could of course be worthwhile if Icanthera succeeds, provides us with two 3 legged horses to back, I suppose 6 legs may turn out to be better than 4 legs, we can continue to live in hope. Good luck all, not investment advice, Joe
Master rsi KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ATB
More good news to add to the last one's ...............
"Incanthera's diverse oncology pipeline has blockbuster potential."
"ImmuPharma currently holds a 14.0% shareholding in Incanthera following its subscription for shares in September 2018. Following admission, ImmuPharma will retain 7,272,740 shares in Incanthera, representing 11.9%.
At the time of the subscription, ImmuPharma was also granted warrants to subscribe for additional ordinary shares in Incanthera at any time over five years from the initial subscription. These warrants have been carried over into the new listed plc company and now total 7,272,740 warrants. The exercise price has been rebased to the issue price. "
