Eva , you could be right IF the SPA comes back positive....
We have no feedback from Avion's discussions with the FDA , but Tim should have some inclinasion on the talks that went on ...

Brazil2020

Many of us will be envious of your buying price.
Lots of positive things around this company.
Patience
Don't get angry, get Eva ? NO get Even :-)
£1.40p
eva, I think the name is a clue. He has been talking talking talking since the doomed P3 trials of P140 a few years ago. I think he fell for Tim's trap of raising funds at £140 just before the FDA released their findings. Bitter pill for Nolupus to swallow. Of course he will tell investors here that he is all knowing and well researched.. :)
Never let your emotions take over! Exception...in love... :-)
Hi all.
Glad to hear that you decided to stay.
New investor in IMM as of late yesterday afternoon.
nolupus i like your dry sense of humour . As a major private investor to dallo . I DONT DOUBT THAT DALLO HAS WHAT HE SAYS .Just you make me laugh
Maybe it will all become clear in the future.
Where's that damned SPA?
Dallo
Appreciate your thoughts
Whether its going to turn out to be a good or bad decision I am staying put.
Dallo,
As a ´major private investor ´ in IMM , were you approched to participate in the latest fundraising ??
I have been in the markets for over 45 years and have seen it all.
Immu were running out of cash and we're forced into the arms of Lanstead and the US money lenders who had the company over a barrelled.
The placing brought in real shareholders who are risking their money on uncertain outcomes with the FDA, Incanthera ,Ureka et al.
I would rather be rid of these jackels and get the placing away at a big discount.
Remember we have no strings cash in bank now and the new investors can lose a lot of money if things go bad.
So my advice is stay calm and await the news.
Eva
You all have more experience in the markets than me so I should be listening to your views. My time in the markets is only really from March this year. I have about 2 years before that (not a continuous 2 year period either) but that's from over 10 years ago. I'm more interested in learning myself this time round so you see I don't have as much to offer in terms of experience.
It does seem odd - but it was always in the contract so they always had the right to ask for repayment. I'm not sure we can read too much into it as regards Avion's application. The other fund is not converting.
Perhaps they just lost faith in the management a bit like we have? After all they said only 2-3 months ago the American funds would be able to convert at a premium to the share price then out of the blue a big placing at 11p? They have not given proper reasons for this placing other than ii interest and progress drug program. They had funds for this already so there was no urgency for this. Why go to US loan when they could have done placing to begin with?
I don't think I have ever come across a company that has messed up so much in one go - in effect we have had retrospective placings because of the actions of management.
The company's statements did create a legitimate expectation that there would be no further fund raising at below 18p and that would have influenced people to invest/stay invested.
I wonder if some of the money raised is going to be used to fund Incanthera beyond the already mentioned requirement to do so. Just an idea. I would not be happy with this as I can invest in Incanthera myself if I wanted to. It would also be a conflict of interest as Tim is Chairman there.
I'm still optimistic on the science as Avion wouldn't have shown interest otherwise.
Due to work commitments can't post as often now.
Nolupus
Incanthera news a major boost for IMMU
given our shareholding.
I wonder what it's share price will reach today on the OTCQX.
LIND converting again testifies to how important the placing was to get us out of the vice like clutches of the US money lenders.
Now for the FDA and Ureka news and things are beginning to look a little brighter today.

Great result......a positive for holders including us
