"Commenced exploratory discussions with regard to the partial or complete sale of DLI and further announcements will be made as and when appropriate."
IEL is a bit of a red herring .
A sale of DLI is the prize we wait for.
Outstanding
There are much better / safer opportunities out there, especially where I India is concerned. This is now a long-odds gamble rather than an investment, imo.
So, are we holding for better times?
"The Asset Manager is entitled to a fixed annual management fee of GBP 5,520,000 p.a., payable quarterly in arrears. In addition to the Annual Management Fee, the Asset Manager was entitled to an annual management fee of 2% of the value of the assets of Group."
Tight between 0.7 & 0.8 .
One hopes better times ahead

Always surprises me with these asset holding Co's
NAV = 13.7p
SP = 0.075p
In theory you could buy £93M worth of assets for just over £5M !
Once they realizing some of the assets this will lift off, easy 10 bagger in my opinion.
Maybe Twotrees .
Still a 50/50 gamble as seen.
I shall maintain my shares until the next Instalment .

How can a small investor buy with such a massive spread?
Yes agreed. They have updated the investment strategy bit of the website recently. Looks neater. So still at it working away. Soon find out :)
Could quite easily be the end of the line ahead .

Stability may be a good thing .
Maybe.

They are apologising for the NAV falling to 10p per share and the Share price is 1p per share!
The company's net worth is 10x the Share Price!!!
Yes, would be nice. Hoping for news that they have got another loan sorted out, that results show a steady recovering model. Then its slow but sure for the next few years as Indian economy recovers. GLA
As reported on 14 September 2021, the challenging business conditions resulting from of the global pandemic and devaluation of the Indian Rupee (INR) against Sterling (GBP) are anticipated to impact the net asset value for the reporting period. The Board of IIP currently expects to announce net asset value per ordinary share as at 31 March 2021 in the region of 10p - 13p.
Maybe we need some of Offer for one of the Companies Interests to stimulate demand for the well underwater stocks .

53% and zero trades!
What is the intention with this outfit?
The wait for the anticipated return to NAV continues.

Someone bought £11,000 worth of shares on the aquis exchange
that was someone with their ear to the ground hearing a train coming
This is the most boring share I own. Nothing happens. No trades, no comments, no RNS. I don't want to sell and lose 35%, but is there any chance the owners are going to get investment for new projects? Lord only knows there is so much to do in India post pandemic!
Sixteen trades in one single day!! This is a record in recent times. The value - almost Sweet F/A!!
DLI possibly got rid of a director or 2. Only 3 pics on DLI website.
