I trade through ii and have had problems with IIP for several months (see previous posts). Eventually, they said they would not enable me to buy any more shares but if I had any difficulty selling online I was to phone them and they would waive the £49 telephone dealing fee - which they did! It has not been possible to trade IIP online through ii for some time due to No Regulatory Documents Available so if they've charged anyone £49 it might be worth asking for a refund.
What a carry on, eventually managed to sell 150k at 0.6p...at least it's 3 times last weeks bid of 0.2p so worth the rate every penny counts. Now trying to get rid of the other 250k so I can move on from this stock
Were you selling them on IG as I cannot buy or sell mine with iii unless I call in and I do not want to pay £50 charges just to sell under £1k's worth of stock...I should just do it and be done with it
Sorry but this is rubbish. it's the other way around today you can by millions at 0.9 but can't even sell 1000 on IG
I was able to make a few small sales yesterday just after the news at 0.81, 0.71, and 0.6025 only £6k's worth and then the shop was shut. Not bad as these were all bought between 0.3 and 0.4
Still got a large holding which i would off load at 0.6 or above - if they would let you!
- couldn't resist as these were bought at 0.35
Beardozer, how did you get out?
How can you sell if no one can buy?
Thanks bbr391! I was pleased to get out with a profit as this share is so difficult to trade. My stockbroker will only process sells and not buys but who'd want to buy when the spread is 133%?
Well really? I'm still 40% down and can't get a quote to sell anyway.
Well done Mr Parsnip .
Outstanding choice of share also
Why no volume/trades showing after 2.30pm?
Why hardline? I am still in.
Steve
HL gives the Market capitalisation: £2m
Shares in issue: 682.08 million
As expected great things come to the patient .
Hard lines Mr Parsnip .
One can assume quite a lot of upside remains ahead , after all this downturn has subsided .
Outstanding
Thanks for Mpl. Already in profit despite the spread. Punting money only but a company rns would help
Not quite the "jackpot" I was expecting! This very stale holder exited @ 0.6025p and banked a 45% profit after many wasted years as an IIP shareholder.
I cannot even sell them on iii it will not let me manually. I'm going to wait and see what this stake is worth then deduct the debt and see what is left, for all we know it could 10-20 times the current tiny market cap so might be unwise to sell so low even with the bid up 200% from almost nothing levels
Nobody can buy them. I've been holding this for years......if you could buy at 250% up the little punters would be chasing this to the moon, instead stale holders are getting out. HL and iii will not let me buy these since 2020-2021..annoying could be on a winner if so
I guess the MM's value the deal at between 0.60 and 1.5p per share :)
So IIP get $10m cash plus 33% of the merged group. It appears the debt stays in place and we have no real details of the Pristine Malwa and I cant find a mkt cap for the current listing. If anyone can help, please post here. We are promised further updates but IIP are quiet at the best of times. The mgmt say its a good deal.....

Cant buy on Halifax always the car with these grr
Bid is now 100% up on open!
Guess that sale has gone through
And I third that bbr391!
I wish I had a word apart from "Disappointed" to end my messages!
I second that beardozer ,
Outstanding
How can a £2m company be so much in debt at such horrendous interest rates? Presumably because their prize asset is worth much more than their liabilities. IIP was always a binary bet - I look forward to the company being liquidated and receiving multiples of the current SP.
Can firmly being kicked down the road .
Patience is
Outstanding
