In the interest of updating reports on MXCP/Íde, extract from MXCP results 3rd.December.
The path to recovery for IDE has been a long and difficult one and at times it felt like one step forwards, two steps back. Nonetheless the teams within the business, both executive and operational, have worked wonders and they now have a good platform from which to grow. The business was refinanced at the beginning of 2019 by the issue of £10.0 million secured loan notes. MXC now holds £8.0 million of these loan notes plus accrued interest, alongside 43.1 per cent. of the equity of IDE. The refinancing means that IDE now has secure, long term funding and no external third-party debt as the loan notes are held solely by shareholders. Whilst there remain challenges, in recent times IDE has moved into positive territory by beginning to win significant renewals and new contracts, testament to the will, enthusiasm and dedication to customer service from the operational team. There still exists a general level of customer churn in IDE which has impacted current year revenue and profitability, but this continues to be addressed and once this ceases, we anticipate the business will have turned the corner and should achieve market levels of profitability, which it is more than capable of delivering.
We remain confident that we will see a complete return of our capital from IDE.
It's good to see the a bit of a ceanup. FINALLY removed details of people who haven't worked there for over a year. Also a bit of activity on LinkedIn which is good, although someone linking to their staging site which isn't great.
The web site looks to have been updated recently.
Looking good with a lot more information.
do we think these will go in the rite direction or are we going to see negative after negative
Also incidentally I made a post that companies need to announce material transactions - which has been removed. Which is odd, as that's standard AIM rules that can be looked up.
My point on that is trying to make out that the company is sitting on lots of exciting news and is holding it back is misleading. There may be positive news, and no they don't have to announce all news... but if it's signficant it'll be in an RNS.
Exactly what V111JAS said.
Please let's show some professionalism here. Frenetic, long rambles mixing substance with hyperbole are damaging to us all.
Thanks for your replies, and sorry I didn’t get the chance to respond earlier.
Agreed, the apparently tiny proportion of shares available to us PI’s certainly looks to have made price movements here very sharp in both directions. Trading today looked interestingly twitchy again.
I don’t doubt what you say is going on here Canoncan, and I am tempted to give Ian Smith a call. I’ll let you know if I do.
The potential ambitions, partners and long-term story would certainly be pretty special.
Good luck, and thanks for your posts.
Would you like to know more about the Directors "ambitions" here RNT ?
I can explain them in great detail if you wish?
As EVERYONE is perfect;y aware Ian Smith is head of and running IDE.
He will not make the mistake of putting in a management team again.
He wishes to build this up fast as he wants it sold asap.
Same goes for AD4.
He no longer wishes to use the listed company method as the shysters that ruined IDE and AD4 have shown him if you dont do it yourself then it will become a shambles.
But don't take my word for it phone him and ask him.
Ian Smith
020 7965 8149
MXCP and Ian Smith have far bigger projects they want to concentrate on and AD4 and IDE will be part of them but not as listed companies.
They will be sold once they have been built up within 2-3 yrs at most.
These trolls are a clear sign that this is going really well!!
Companies do NOT have to inform the markets of every single deal they make.
It is as if the trolls don't believe they are partnered with DXC!!?
They are.
And with Equinix as it happens.
MXCP will be sold to an industry giant once it has been built up again.
It is likely MXLG will buy it.
MXCP are no fools they will get all their money back and a lot more to boot.
Thats what they do.
Nice steady buying today again.
This is only the start.
Good luck all there is a lot more to come ;)
RNT : I agree with you , this is certainly an interesting situation .
I am invested , and have / am considering increasing my holding at these levels . This may well turn out to be an `AIM Winner` but I`ve been in this game long enough to know there can be no guarantees and it`s always important to consider very carefully as many as the `What if` scenarios that you can .
I don`t have a problem with contrarian discussion , we should all be the wiser for raising points of concern ,
(Have a look at the rubbish on A D V F N ) but I like to get a `Feel` for sentiment in addition to fact .
I do though take issue with rude aggressive condescending quips such as those about `Post Office accounts` .
FWIW ~ ( and it matters not , there is always `The next one` !) ~ I will continue to hold , I will continue to consider increasing my holding , but for the moment I will await further developments and most important any information released by a Company that would appear neither to need or wish for extended shareholder support . Of course one of the issues perhaps impacting this situation is the paltry amount of shares available to PI`s . Surely a doubled edged sword .
Anyway , best of luck to you , let`s hope it works out .
Thanks for the interesting posts, and different points of view.
IDE certainly looks like an interesting opportunity to me now. I’ve invested here and hope that it can recover or exceed former value given time. I do understand V111JAS concern that us mortal shareholders may not realize the absolute fullest potential of IDE if it were to be absorbed prematurely into some part of MXCP’s joint venture with Liberty Global. However, I’ve had CSI on my radar since the involvement of Richard Griffiths, and Kestrel, and for this reason would agree with Canoncan that fullest potential could be north of their investments.
I would also assume that the share distribution here would keep unwanted interest firmly locked out, until the time or the price is right. In the meantime, I would be very happy to see more stable growth with some more regular news flow from the company. I’ve not tried to contact the company directly because I’m not sure what they would be at liberty to say (pun intended).
I’d love to understand the ambitions of the board here, but I do not doubt the capabilities and connections of the trio: Ian Smith, Andy Parker, and Max Royde.
I do understand the risks (I’ve witnessed them just a couple of months ago), and I hope I’m not over-estimating the potential rewards. Time will tell.
ps :
`Ian Smith Executive Director .
Mr Smith holds no direct beneficial interest in IDE Group, however is CEO and a substantial shareholder of MXC Capital. `
This is not a question of Titles ; it`s a question of structure , interests , accountability and responsibility .
You never answered my question ~ so I assume you post as Chimers on A D V F N .
Your apparent knowledge and almost frenetic enthusiasm for all things IDE is certainly credit worthy .
Your aggressive posting style is less credit worthy .
This is less encouraging for existing holders and possibly a deterrent toward potential new investors . ~~~ imo .
GL.
Are you for real V111JAS ?
IAN SMITH runs IDE he is the main man at the helm.
What title he chooses to give himself is a complete irrelevance as is the question.
As for the value of IDE.
Ocado is a near £8 Billion pound mkt cap company but it has yet to make one single penny of profit.
Just Eat
Uber
Etc.
MXCP has a turnover well above £41m
This turnover is expected to more than double.
Everyone involved in the rescue of IDE from Kestrel to MXCP and Bill Dobbie etc require at least 30p just to break even.
Do you seriously think they threw roughly £15m of new money at this recently just so they could more than double their previous losses?
I would loved to have been at that meeting.
'Right so we are all agreed then , the way forwards is for us to pour millions of our pounds into this company and ensure that we lose even more than we already have...all those in favour say Aye ?'
If you are so scared and nervous of me losing my money investing here then DONT LOOK.
IDE will surpass 30p over the next year and the main target is 60p
Now if thats to difficult to grasp then do not invest here under any circumstances.
I would hate for you to be sitting here worried and panicked half to death every day.
Investing means Tanking On Risk.
If there is no risk involved then there is no investment.
It is all about managing that risk and minimising it with proper research and due diligence.
Investing is not for the weak hearted you have to have the courage of your convictions and the belief in the quality of your own research.
And have a lot of experience and know what you are doing.
I am sure there are post office investments that might be more to your taste.
No risk No gain.
I have a significant holding here as do colleagues.
Good luck if you hold I hope we all make a lot of money.
One of the `Issues` here is that there is no CEO and it appears that there is no determination to appoint one . This would suggest that IDE is effectively controlled by parties or people unknown and this would seem to be entirely possible given the nature and composition of the share register .
My concern here is that fair value , let alone enterprise value will ever be realised because it would be relatively simple to quietly absorb IDE into the wider group operations with little or no defense from shareholders and worse still with with the possibility of very little capital gain .
Point 4 "Many of these young witless trolls appear when they are bitter at having missed out."
Can we take from this that you believe IDE's cap to more than fairly value the business?
Good evening everyone hope you're having a nice weekend.
Now then, let us take that last post on here as an example, shall we.
This person makes lots of baseless accusations and not once do they have the courage nor intelligence to
actually question one single point in any of the posts I have made.
So let us address every point they make instead.
1. Every single poster on every single bulleting board is ahem...anonymous (unless you would like to tell us all who you really are JammC ?)
No...thought not.
2. Everything I have posted regarding AD4 and IDE has proven to be 100% correct and exact.
Posting verifiable facts about a company is a "pump and dump" apparently.
And whilst on the subject of "pumping and dumping" doesn't someone have to sell their shares for this to have taken effect?
Call me old fashioned but facts eh, let us stick to them and be accurate.
3. What the board chooses to announce is their decision, not mine I have no input at board level.
4. Many of these young witless trolls appear when they are bitter at having missed out.
And their ignorance into how one obtains information regarding any company is woeful and lamentable.
As this poster does not have the ability to question anything I have posted allow me to address some of the points I have made that this
chap finds so wondrous to comprehend that I must be making it all up?
So perhaps he questions the MXCP facts and the tie-up With John Malones Liberty Global and the fact that MXCP will be selling MXLG to a branch of Liberty's which is in fact Virgin Media.
Now you could go away and research this and ask a few people and read up on the many industry-wide publications etc.
Then phone and speak to the board at LG and MXCP and even IDE.
Personally I simply read the RNS from MXCP where they SAID ALL OF THIS.
Each to their own.
Another FACT this clown may dispute is where IDE is partnered or collaborating with DXC.
Well, This...from an IDE RNS.
"New partnership with Global IT Services company, first project started post period end in August."
Oh look it doesn't mention DXC.
No, thats why you have to research properly.
The clue is in the words.
Global means 1 of 10
Which Global IT services company needs help DXC.
What for ..Their Met police contract and their naval missile testing contract.
All this info is out there in for example The Registrar an industry publication for all IT companies available online and LinkedIn.
And many other useful resources and fountains of knowledge.
Of course, I cant expect out "anonymous" troll to do this sort of investigating.
But I do.
And often.
It pays dividends.
Now if there is any single item or point in any of my posts on AD4 or IDE that you struggle with all you have to do is ask
and I shall happily oblige by explaining in full.
A much better way that just coming onto a thread and throwing abuse at people don't you agree?
Why are people relying on an anonymous poster to detail business activity when it should be from IDE via an RNS to ensure accountability? There seems to be a coordinated effort here and elsewhere to pump and dump this stock and no doubt canoncan is, or is linked to Chimers et al. Greed is easy to exploit and with poor communication from the board as to their activity I can see why this would be chosen as a target.
Potential investors would be better off going to their local pub and asking the village idiot for advice on playing the one armed bandit while blind folded. I wouldn't recommend either.
I have a busy weekend ahead having been away but will be happy to respond to anything you question as not fact or any other queries.
But dont expect a reply right away, I will look in over the weekend when I get a chance.
Well YES , I can and have and will do so again.
Everything I have posted I can confirm 100% guaranteed.
The company themselves have told us most of this.
Well all of it in fact.
Just because something has not been RNS'd (their choice ask them) doesn't mean it is not fact.
All of it is in fact, FACT.
You can't confirm anything surely
Now you cant argue with any of that I can confirm that IDE are working on Major new deals and contracts.
Watch this space and hope you all do well.
I know I will.
MXCP own 44% of IDE and the founder of MXCP Ian Smith is the CEO of IDE.
If people cant draw any conclusions there then they really are in the wrong game.
MXCP also own all the loan notes to IDE.
If IDE suceeds it gets sold at a VAST profit to MXLG and we all make a ****ing fortune.
It is as plain and simple as that.
MXCP are backed and supported by Kestrel fund managment their director and founder is ALSO a director of IDE Mr Max Royde.
Mxcp are also backed and supported by multi Billion Pound fund management company Ravenscroft which is owned and set up by the founder of Hargreaves Lansdown Stephen Lansdown.
Ravenscroft own 25% of the MXCP management company which is soon to be floated on the markets on the Guernsey exchange (they are based in Guernsey) to begin with.
If you own MXCP shares then you get FREE SHARES in this new company.
This is happening NOW.
SO do you think IDE is going to fail lol...well do ya punk!!?
NOT A ####ING CHANCE.
It is their absolute priority to make sure it makes a vast fortune for all involved.
Including most especially ..."ME"
Liberty Global is one of the worlds largest companies.
They are American and own Vodafone and Virgin etc.
John Malone set the company up and is the Boss.
He is a very very close friend of Warren Buffets.
He is also the biggest land owner in the USA.
Warren Buffet is Liberty Globals largest shareholder.
Liberty Global set up a joint venture with MXCP
They created a new company called MXLG
MXCP own 50% of this company and LG own the other 50%
Not only do MXCP own 50% but they are paid by LG to manage the company and set it all up.
MXCP get Fees for this from LG.
LG has the money (Over 50-100 Billion at any given time)
MXCP has the people and the skills.
DAISY was and is a relatively new company that grew very quickly to become a major player in this sector.
Liberty Global wanted to BUY DAISY GROUP.
But Daisy were to greedy and demanded to high a price so Liberty Global said
FORGET IT WE WILL BUILD OUR OWN DAISY.
Thus MXCP have been given the task to build an IT Services company the size and scope of Daisy or perhaps half the size the rest gets done once it is sold.
Daisy is worth around £2 Billion.
Liberty want MXCP to create a similar company and they are taking 50% of the deal and will provide a bottomless pot of cash if required.
So far they have not required any LG cash other than the set up funds.
Once this company reaches critical mass with a worth/value of say £100m it is to be sold to Virgin.
This has ALREADY BEEN AGREED.
So MXCP simply have to get on with it and get a massive pay day when the job is done.
IDE fits "PERFECTLY" into the MXLG/DAISY type model and will be a perfect fit once it has been built up and would boost the MXLG project enormously.
This in my opnion is the plan.
EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID IN THIS POST CAN BE VERIFIED BY THE COMPANIES INVOLVED AND ALL THE INFO IS IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.
Hi everyone hope you are all well.
Just back this morning from staying with a friend who has been unwell.
Will update with some excellent research from another site in a mo.
It ties in with everything I know.
