Thanks VT- I am sure I've seen that some changes to listing - but could be wrong.
FS - No doubt there will be people sellling - However historic investors are down lots - so I wouldn't be too sure there would be a massive sell off. Lets see what the shape of the business is as its a totally different company or will be once RTO completes.
One of my other PPP is main and only floated last year at 2.2p, its currently heading for a half price sale and only has a MC of just over £1m , do not think they have a set bottom figure , although it use to be said , if you floated on the main market , your listing itself was worth £1m and £500k for Aim ?
Hence anything falls below, has zero factored in, so anything I see that has dropped below and looks like not heading to the exit, I always have at least a punt on it, little downside, multi bags upside in many cases, just to get a fraction of the companies true value (if managed by other than monkey's or var operators) 😉😂
As soon as the suspension lifts, there'll be huge sell orders. Be difficult for the price to lift initially. Let's be honest, no one is in ICON for the long run
Can answer that one, been in several that have returned with much lower than £30m MC
Wazza as VT says will all depend on how the deal is structured - in regards to shares in issue. I am hoping between 60/100 million hopefully no more than that to be honest. Would still be relatively low numbers.
In regards to Main Market and AIM - I am almost certain to keep this status would need to be valued at 30 million. II am not too sure it would be valued at that on return but again who knows and its guesswork. Totally out of hands anyway and it will be what it be but hopefully a bright/er future ahead for us,
Who knows Wazaaa, as previous, depends on structure of the deal, how many shares etc but at a low say 100-200m shares would not rule it out completely down the road, if that new business thrives and has real II's INVESTORS, not mis labelled false ii's / pump and dump forward selling investing wonga's in tow, to assist in organic growth and benefit from growth and dividends , not quick buck spike exits. GLALTH........
I hope your right mate,
30p
gla
VT … you envisage 160 one day?
As said lets hope Brad's comments of still seeing 10p as a minimum base (before market pulled the plug looked well on its way to crash that figure)
At 10p icon valued at just over £1m, say target valued at 9m, would result in around 100m shares in issue at around 10p
a very low base, for a Main Market listed company, now with revenues and prospects.
Until we know more, its all guesswork but lets hope for one like crtm recently , suspended 5p , came back 15p and roared to 35p initially.
Doubt it will be as crazy as WRN , suspended 3.25p, came back same and in 3-4 sessions roared to £3.30p before overheating and the Market stepped in and resuspended as the knife fell quickly to 89p😲
Shares in Issue 11.16m
Market Capitalisation £599.93k
Our current status, all now depends on how much value they place on In the Style and at what denomination they structure the deal, Brad mentioned he still sees 10p as the baseline , after the share restructure, hope that's true.
Valuation will not be based on revenues in most cases, would you pay say £50m for a company with revenues of £50m but a turnover of only £500k EBITDA after costs/wages etc removed.
It will be down to the two bod's to determine a fair level of expectation at this stage of the enterprise value combined.
As previously said this is why often the return results in a big hike in market cap, as the market sets its own opening level, most rise but for balance, I have been in a couple that have also fallen on return initially.
Hoping we get a clear picture pre return, see earlier post on how GCG configured its current ongoing rto, it determined the target company would be £6-£8m , with GCG valued at the greater £1m or 15% of the total value of the combined company , the target fully paid in GCG shares.
Unfortunatly, you will be lucky to see,
3.5p
Sorry.
no
That’s a really great spot Jarem? Nice work
My break even is SP 160…. Any ideas if everything goes accordingly… this will be reached?

Now confirmed as Jas Director and Adam termination.
Have been in a few that have , raised new prospectus on rto and applied to move up from Aim, to one of the Main segments, never been in one that has gone down a platform, hoping icon does not break that sequence.
Suspend in RTO Talks - Agree - Sign off - Enlarged Prospectus FCA 2-3 weeks - Market return process 10 working days
Has pretty much covered dozens of them, as said previously, some have obtained waivers and other arrangements, not suspended until day deal signed, to arrangements to overlap, the above last 2 steps of IPO subject to clauses, with one having a 21 day total (FCA/Market return overlap deal)
But as also said before, we are now in the LOOOOOOOOONG stretch, suspensions days/weeks/months to get the deal signed off and enlarged company prospectus launched. Only both BOD's will know, how advanced or not talks/agreement/sign off is. GLALTH.
Shortest one I have been in was 6 weeks, the longest 2 years, all down to the BOD's, lengthy suspensions all them, not the FCA/Market , 4-5 weeks if prospectus and supporting paperwork (both companies) up to snuff for a first time YES.
Visittimer,
sometimes its good to look out the box,
dirtiest word in english dictionary,
BUSINESS.
Agree Jarem, would seem odd to slip back from a main market listing to AIM. There will be a better pedigree of future investors with main market.
OK my bad
I can see it on google Finance.
ICON doesn't show up on Google shares , good sign ?
Or normal under suspension?
I mentioned this earlier in the week.
I would like to think they want to keep the Main market listing so I wouldn't be surprised if they Value at 30 Million MCAP. Just a Thought. If not then we will drop to AIM
Haha maybe! It’s good to see interest daily now!
As said, if so, long way down the road, you and I will like most currently here, be also gone or reached our expiry date.😉😂
Seen stranger things happen GB, same devil with 2 pies and a long term plan, to keep bolting on AQ's he and his mates own, moving from a little ole plc , to a xxxxx Group status. 😉😂
