I got just under 1% of the company at £0.17. I'd be happy to get my money back tbh. I've never been near an RTO before and frankly am struggling to wrap my head around the various (and seemingly outlandish) potential re-valuation figures that have been mooted here. I can understand how the increased MCAP is achieved, but would figure that the dilution would be so enormous that the eventual SP would not be anywhere near some of the suggestions seen here. I would appreciate someone with knowledge and experience laying it out in simple terms!
I’ve never been I’m involved in an rto so can’t say my number is achievable but seems pretty conservative using basic maths
About 52p would see me with a tiny profit.
I guess it depends on the structure agreed. I’d like to see 30p at least
What does everyone need this to reopen at to get their initial investment back? £1.80 for me 😂.
As with many, I wrote this one off a long long time ago. I suppose getting something back will be better than nothing.

I wonder where Brad is. With this! Next step prospectus? Perhaps it’s already with the FCA given terms were agreed? Not too far off 30 days which is the magic number! Most seem to take longer mind you
A brand with inclusivity at the heart of everything'' I think although it's been slow to implement this RTO, BRAD have done well in choosing ITS a ready made CO that is just starting to turn,
I'm sure we will here something soon...

Yep! Jas has really tightened the screw, to turn a 6m loss into 1 mil profit in under 12 months is great going! Will only get better too.
With Adam gone I suspect the rto will move relatively quickly. Jas is the sold shareholder and he will not faff around now terms have been agreed. The FCA May hold us up however …

Yeah open at 10p, then dive to .5
GB, one of those doc's ref's to a removal of 19 shares off ITS share register, seen those sort of things before, deliberate cancellation or addition of shares, so to become evenly divisible , for eg X number of iCON shares to be paid for Y number of ITS shares, that number divisible by say 10p , Brad's often mentioned floor. 🤔
See it as a positive step in moving the deal forward, price/valuation agreement ?🤔

Decent read on what to expect.

now updated, although I cant see any changes? pretty generic doc/legal term sheet but there must be something different...
Perhaps the share transfer from Adam to Jas.
Nice little spot had not checked today either - Looks like getting all the little duckies in a line -
HEHE yes he does, not often you see him call out posters for being p&d ers when something is suspended. that's just daft.
Don't worry about him GB, all sweetness and light on many a share 😂🤣😂 think he needs to find his own personal special needs share, on the Shangri La stock exchange, things only rise every day on that one😉
Nice spot GB, looked yesterday again and still zip, so was leaving it until next week, yes all good stuff, getting their house in order, all records submitted to FCA via new enlarged company prospectus, need to be, or it will take a lot longer to return.
2-3 weeks on a clean first run, plus 10 working days for Market return, although concessions/overlaps can be requested, Richard Heads at copl , suspended day deal signed, then took 6 months to do the 4-5 weeks bit as their target companies record a complete shambles, as things generally were with Arty farty pants on fire.
WHAT? No newbies here you clown, its suspended.
Away and chase some parked cars man.
Gordonbennett1, how many stocks you and Ria20 P&D and the newbies left holding the baby?
Hope no one took advise from Gordon crook bennett
The articles of association set out how the company is run, governed and owned. Perhaps it entails the changes from Adam leaving?
I wonder what the new doc released today may be in relation to? any ideas?

Giveing a m/k of roughly £ 24 mill
And approx 50mill added shares.
So, in march 2023, inthe style was sold , £1.5 mill,running at a 6 mill losses with a s/p of 0.93 and 54mill shares.
currently, £1 mill in profit and rto icon 11.6 mill shares.
so as a very rough guide,
37.6p
1/5 amount of shares,
7 x the value

yeah that's right, his comments were very sp**** without any real substance, just seems very odd.
in the meantime we shall wait and see, i found it interesting adam had dropped off the its holding director register a few days ago. we know he left in the style in december, was the change on companies house all part of what's going on in the background? leads me to believe the rto is going faster than we may think?
