I'm currently out and admittedly got out too soon.
I'm still doubtful of when travel will commence at a sustainable level. Expecting a revised date, but Boris did help holders this week.
Results today and budget on Wednesday and then I'll look at possibly getting back in.
FTSE Futures down today and depending on results, a possible high % drop, but who knows?
Could be positive 'bad news'?
GLA.
Not sure, will have to check but my memory says last quarter cash burn was €200mil a month, so about £175mil.
All about the cashburn in Sept 20 I believe about £200m a week, if this has been substantially reduced the SP should hold or maybe small rise towards 200. The market is expecting bad results and looks ahead, assuming summer holidays are on, Norwegian pulled out of translation, acquiring Air Europa and huge pent up demand with the public, I personally think IAG SP will fly high, towards £2.50 with markets opening up again. GL All.
I wasn't expecting such a positive week for this share I have to say. Bit gutted to have not enjoyed fully this recovery. However, having been invested in this bumpy share since now almost a year has taught me to keep calm and to don't follow the news flow too closely. Friday's results will be as bad as expected probably a bit worse as December has been terrible. Now the market is very positive on airlines shares this week therefore I don't think there will be much impact on the SP. However next week might be another story with negative news coming probably from Europe as the vaccination isn't efficient enough to cover the new variants increases. That could potentially change the whole perspective on the travel opening dates. This share will hit at least 220 before the summer that's as certain as the fact it will also touch 150's for a healthy dip to cover a gap opened on the 12th of Feb. Good luck all.
I sold at 164p and want to get bk in so if it gets into 170s will buy bk
Dagger,

IAG was performing slow compared to the other travel stocks within last few days including today, I though that is due to the results coming hence I believe 75% is priced in, and we definitely can understand what's going to happen on Friday before tomorrows close, I think that there may be better entry level tomorrow than Friday, I may be completely wrong.
I am out ATM and looking to re-enter soon, I expect small drop tomorrow due to few reasons,
1. bad results expected
2. Profit taking in place as we had continues big rises for many days
3. Banking sector was under performed within last 5 days and people may jump there too
I am surprise if this hit £2 tomorrow but possibly on Friday afternoon or Monday morning.
My question one is that are we in high range now according to the market, I thought yes, but market may rise before the actual price?
Second question is that if this hit £2 next week then we should expect £3 buy June as there are plenty of good things to come and 50p rise is not enough for those (to get a 250p target) specially US open, and 4 whole months to go....

I've never watched a Rocky film, but I remember the reference from the original Spitting Image. My weapon in choice are the automatic pasta forks from Red Dwarf. Whatanidiot, who is on filter, has no chance.
@Dagger -
'WAM ( Mr 90p) v Big Blue ( Give me the name of your solicitor)
Can't wait!! Wonder if we could do it as pay per view?'
Dun. Dun dun dun. Dun dun dun. Dun dun doodaah.
Brilliant.
However, WAMbos new price is 75p. I believe Friday morning it will be revised down. Again.
Good luck everyone. Tomorrow I think will be very interesting to watch.
TP where you been?
Agree with everything.
I'm looking forward to the day tbh. It will all be out in the open, then we can make decisions for the medium and long term.
They'll be a dip, but it will recover over the day.
Anyway enough about IAG. The main thing I'm looking forward to on Friday is- to the sound of Eye of the Tiger .

welcolme back TP :-)
To be clear, I do not think the results, under normal circumstance, will have much impact.
But, the movement following the road map and the caffine head rush of pi investors, and knowing how the barrow boys in the city will be playing it, will result in a drop at some point. The chart looks like so many seen before, steep up, then mysteriously steep down. The correction will occur, when is hard to say. Results day might be a good cover for it, but I don't think they will change the iis and lth positions very much as the expectaion was already priced in.
Especially for current holders. The actual close price in itself is not that important. It's the percentage your AV SP is under that figure.
If the SP dips or falls initially or after an uptick, it's how much wiggle room you have.
LTH have nothing to worry about and I think everyone here feels that this will go north of £2 sooner rather than later. Myself included.
For those of us 'out' it's timing re entry. We all want to maximise our future profits, it's why we are here. Personally, I do anticipate a drop on Friday. Not an off the cliff drop, but if it smashes through £2 and continues north after a dip, I won't be joining you Friday for the ride.
I'll be genuinely pleased for all holders, esp Pfen if he's still holding his 194 shares.
I'll instead wait until after the weekend and see how sentiment settles.
Some of the fag packet, head scratching speculation from those of us out is not de ramping as has been suggested.
Swipes at Day Traders unfounded, we all invest in different ways.
Musing about possible share price entry is due diligence for your hard earned cash and not knocking IAG.
I've been a consistent cheerleader for IAG and BA through the good AND bad days. Pre and post RI, when I've been in the red and the blue.
I have, for me, earmarked a substantial amount (with a nod from the boss) to get back in.
It won't all be going 'in' in one hit as whilst we all know that IAG is the comeback kid, she can wobble like a drunk. It's those wobbles I'll try to exploit.
I don't suffer FOMO, nor the knockabout 'Don't miss the boat' pontificating. All ships have to dock again sometime.
If you think I'm de ramping IAG because I want a reasonable lower price to jump in, so be it.
I will leave you however with one 100% cast iron, you can bank on it prediction.
After the results RNS, between 7am and open, WAMbo will be here peddling fear, with clickbait threads such as WOW, JUST WOW. And ofcourse his new revised downward figure.
Good luck to everyone.
