Plucky, i was only replying to Maraab's post:
"sundezena its not the aircraft its the price of the ticket , there's going to be a price war to capture the customers".
I thought it was quite informative to point out that BA has monopoly on certain route and does not have to be selling cheap tickets all the time!! Don't want people to think that everything they say is correct coz it aint! dyor.
Guys - he thinks you're a *******, you think he's a *******. Neither of you will change your opinion of the other regardless of what happens here, so why do you even bother interacting? The constant needs to one-up the other is a waste of your time and quite frankly p*sses off the rest of us who want to read a bulletin board and glean some proper information from it. Grow the hell up.
sundezena talking rubbish again lol he is a card just name the place , t
he dedicated ramper lol , ohh what a fool
Why should I waste my time looking for a flight you claim exists but don't post any evidence of? What do you think this is? You're the gopher!
BB, DYOR...i have done mine!! It should keep you busy for a while!!ahahah..
"somewhere in Africa"
That'll narrow it down then, lol
Marab, somewhere in Africa and flights always chocka..(non stop flights.)..go and do some research!! Many on here will know, i am sure of that!!! DYOR.
If it wasn't for the title of the RNS, who could have known, especially as there is usually one of these around the end of the month anyway.
sundezena comon then tell me long haul flights that only ba have the sole route and slots
and please dont include not profitable island hoping or short haul be nice to know
I shall post this before BB jumps in...the RNS is about voting rights and NOT a rights issue...and NO, it did not scare me at all...i am chilled like most on here, its just BB that thinks we are all po o pin our pants!!AS IF!!
Mararab, you might not know that there are some destinations that BA flies to where there is no competition and that they are already charging high prices even in economy, not to mention in business and in first class. These flights have always earned them a fortune even during the pandemic(if you get what i mean). DYOR.
Domestic flights: IAG should exploit air duty cut on domestic flights to use slots on Heathrow and Gatwick to facilitate passenger for International travel by starting operations from Gatwick and other local airports.
sundezena its not the aircraft its the price of the ticket , there's going to be a price war to capture the customers
I suggest you do that, demand will be going through the roof from the 8th Nov. Good number of flights today, must be very busy! DYOR.
I did lots of Airfix models when I were a lad, perhaps I should pop down to the hangers and offer my services. I could do the wings.
BB, less of your stup*dity!!I would laugh if it was true!! By the way, if you comapare the 747 to the 787, the latter needs more sellotape and its newer!! DYOR as you obviously never fly (or almost never apart from the cheap city break every now and then)!!
futures in sellotape and superglue have rocketed on sundenzas rumour of the comeback of BA's 747 fleet.
As much as I'd love that to be true (long term holder), I find it hard to believe as a lot of the 747 fleet is now in pieces lol
There's a rumour going round that BA needs to bring back the jumbo as they don't have enough LH aircraft!! Demand must be skyrocketing!! DYOR.
R8, yes!!!!!! According to a mouthpiece on radio 4 this morning, think he was some religious bod given a very long thought for the day spot, he was apparently very impressed with a 'scientist' claiming the earth wouldn't be a fit place to live in 50 years. The degree of nonsense in that statement is mind boggling. Yet, there is a consensus rife amongst all the great and good that there is a mass extinction, all the ice is melting NOW, temperatures are perpetually above 50c, the sea is turning to acid and all this from a claim that a 0.04% trace gas in the atmosphere has increased by a marginal amount - that is a trace gas used by vegetation to survive which can convert increased levels of the trace gas as it exists.
It is all crap but there is an almost zombified acceptance of anything stated and the decision makers and policy makers around the world are going along with it blindly without question. Yes, I do fear that in this virtually hypnotised state major errors of policy are on the cards. The stopping of making fossil fuel cars and forcing people to use ev will be a catastrophe as few will ever be able to afford running them and with so many not able to get to work there is going to be a economic meltdown. The hysterics against shale gas have led us to be reliant on others and immediately we are in big trouble with supply and prices. Climate change taxes are putting many energy providers out of business, green levies all over the place have stressed household budgets and it is only going to get worse. It is a marxist take-over by stealth, just listen to the pope this morning, it was all about being one happy clappy socialist collective. ANd all opposition to the cult is deleted and crushed by mass media which instead promotes the lies.
You are thinking rationally R8, the climate change hysteria is not on any rational plain anymore. And there is no opposition to it.
“All reason has been lost. We are one step away from a grand declaration to cut all air travel to essential trips only.”
So you’re saying all those countries / islands that rely on tourism will all close. What a muppet !
I'm watching the signs very carefully sundenza, it will be about how much m gains are reduced though. I am hearing rumblings of opposition to cc under the radar. Things are getting so hysterical I am betting on a bit of a collapse in the exclusivity of the debate and the mps being forced to notice a growing opposition lobby. All those anti-fracking mps are engaging in some back peddling.
BB, in the long run, the cost of debt is far less than the cost of equity.
benji boy, bonds have to be paid back. Aston Martin racing are trying to sell bonds. Because bonds have to be paid back, i means divs are affected. I don't think the main voting shareholders would go with a bond issue.
BB, i suggest you rush to sell your EZJ shares then as only essential trips will be allowed according to you. Go and sell, quick!!
