.... and so have Halifax
Hargreaves Landsdown been trading about 45 minutes ago. Topped up to average down.
Barclays have now turned I3E on for trading.
Just got an email from PrimaryBid saying i was successful and that the new shares' admission date is 29/08 so i guess they will be in accounts ready to trade from Monday 31st Aug...
No problem - anyway, I think Barnyards spilled his coffee over his popcorn when he saw the opening price. His worst fears have come true and he’s off to get breakfast rather than eat soggy popcorn.
Hereshopin,
Approximately 145m shares available - only 12m taken up - I think this is what I said. I’m not sure what your point is.
saying that i can buy now!
Called up HL, said they are aware it's been lifted and are in the process of updating the online buying but basically sounded like it will just be today as opposed to right now which is strange and poor given other platforms are open
err well I meant flat as a pancake in terms of volume but yes you're right from a suspended SP of 6.10p it looks like the batter mix is slip sliding off a rather tepid griddle lol
anyway don't think there's much more to say or see price wise today so I'm off out for a proper hot breakfast :-)
happy SP guessing ... zzz
i've been able to get a buy quote for the last 30 minutes
just took a small punt
'certainly lots of selling'
W T F are you on about
a little over 1.5 million shares 'traded' so far and its as flat as a pancake which is probably because (as has been already mentioned) most of the retail world can't get a buy or sell quote yet
destitute by name destitute by nature :-)
Same with Barclays. If you phone them up they can probably turn it on for trading within a few minutes.
Online trading has not resumed at Hargreaves Lansdown yet ?
Can anyone buy yet? HL still not letting me...
Interesting PTAL have 815 M shares in issue and are around 11p after another shut down . So we should see some positive movement once everything is washed through
Hereshopin,
Put your reading glasses on an re-check your post.
The SP predictions were on the assumption of the newly enlarged share capital and transaction had been completed. Our resumption of trade today will see no gains. I3e will hang around 5-6p (it’s perceived value without Canada) until transactions compete post AGM.
nah got better things to do than play silly guess the SP games
anyway wish they would hurry up and sort this readmission out as I bloody hate soggy popcorn :-)
Barnyards - you not having a go and predicting the closing price?
€8 million - £ 7.27
popcorn at the ready :-)
Document published and re-admission trading will start at 9:30
£8 million is actually 160 million shares equivalent
however, (irrespective of any allocation numbers for retail) with an uptake of only 12.6 million shares that says much more about how much 'free cash' retail investors actually have access to at the drop of a hat on a Friday and over the weekend as you had to pay for any primary bid subscription shares UP FRONT via a debit card or pay pal which doesn't really suit a lot of your stereotypical AIM punters.
as an old mate of mine once said :
all in is boxed in
cash will always be king :-)
I didn’t see the total number of shares available to retail investors published anywhere. I did enquire with Hargreaves Lansdown about subscribing and they advised that the “retail element was limited to the sterling equivalent of €8M” . If correct that means the retail take up was 12m shares out of a possible 144m !!
Will be interesting to see how the market reacts to existing share capital being listed today. In theory why would you buy at 5p, only for 80% dilution in a few weeks. But the value post dilution is likely to be much larger than the 80% dilution. I don’t think there is much appetite or interest in I3e after it’s poor run last year. Hopefully this deal gets the time of day. A good start will as always get noticed and many new investors will soon ignore past sp.
