That is exactly why I mentioned it , JM has stated 100m mkt cap as a minimum price point .
Another 1m sold at the end .
Not big enough buyers around yet to absorb the seller entirely , hence the trickle up and down
Hazbeen, your comment about £100m rings true to me. There was a comment about half way through the Oct 2019 interview with Crux where JM said that his near term goal was 100m market cap (I’m assuming he was referring to £ not $). This stuck in my head as a slightly strange thing but now reckon when they hit that figure, they accepted it was ‘good enough’. Based on the 1.45bn shares in issue pre recent placing, that would have been ~7p. The ‘deal’ with the cornerstone must have been done between the 12 Nov qtrly results (which didn’t mention it) and 4 Dec operational update (which did) when the price was roughly 7p too. Assuming the cornerstone is Orion, and Orion know they won’t get their $25m royalty money back unless this thing gets constructed, I think they’d have accepted a deal without a big VWAP discount at the time. Time will tell…
Shocking isn’t it
After a promising start , thought this was the low
We gave gone backwards again
JBER and PEEL. Running the show at the front
L2 stronger today
2v1
JBER no longer on asking
PEEL left on the asking
I see a bundle of large delayed and some cancelled trades from yesterday. Shenanigans for sure.
>>I think financing will not be less than £100m mkt cap share price
I hope a decent bit more! £100m I work out from the last holding RNS from Teck to be 5.899p now post last raise. Hoping for north of 7.5p.
Seller still around .. another 500k
Looks to be a PI offloading
I think financing will not be less than £100m mkt cap share price
The hardest part of the marathon is always the mentally tough part right at the end as that’s when the mind games kick in and fear of failure and mental exhaustion get introduced as a result. Sticking to the plan Is my plan as no need to create another one, the investment case is the same as it was. It’s just that someone sees the need to sell down some or all of their holding, and others follow.
Could be fear, could be tactics related to equity pricing, could be desperation.
We will likely never know the games/story, as frustrating as it is.
Main thing is finance completion and the equity at price near or above 7.5p
There's a chance we are benefiting from someone who has to leave under duress here - a bit like city financial, etc. Clearly someone wants out and literally can't wait another couple of weeks. I'm happy to take their shares off them because I think they will be worth a lot more in future. Obviously being heavily invested we'd all rather not be 'benefitting' from a low sp but rather a high one but you have to play the cards you are dealt in this game so if they're going cheap, it would seem like buying is the best option. GLA
On that basis...please keep buying Tony:))
I have 100% positive trading record on HZM and have never made a losing trade here. May the force of my luck continue on HZM.
You made things worse :-)
3v1 now
yeah there is a seller at 6.7p. More for others at this price if they want. I think we're as close to the low as I care about. I'm expecting an update from co in next couple of weeks on progress whether in the bag, or not. I've never been able to time purchases perfectly but I've been buying recently at 8.3p and 8.0p so 6.72p is a bargain even in relative terms!
I see your trades
140k chunks so I could recognise them! Haven't looked at the trade listings I only have 15 min delayed. Plus a couple of smaller trades with remainder of pots etc.
Wasa
Did you buy in one go or in 250k chunks ?
Otherwise seller is back At 6.7p
Yes Wasa you moved SCAP to the bid
interesting how some MMs have a small spread between the bid/ask and others bigger spread
Must signify who is willing to buy or sell ?
I bought because:
a. I'm rubbish at not meddling. As I've stated elsewhere
b. I had independently come to the conclusion over the last few days that the current price is mainly b****x
c. I had some shares albeit at a loss that I considered short term play now gainfully repatriated into my investment pot
My other investment shares are intact, I don't intend to sell them really irrespective of Horizonte's fortunes. I see only upside from 6.7p. I think it cost me around £70k. My conservative target is this doubles from here once the news sinks in, institutions are brought onboard in the next 6 months or so and the price settles post euphoria of the deal. Then a longer upwards trajectory to production. GLA
every little helps. I think they're cheap at current price, too cheap. Has it made a difference to L2?
