lawrence
just take the criticism, you deserve it, stop trying to find reasons for someone being critical of you
burleigh, hazbeen and strummer have all said the same thing about you
as for earache, whoever that is, i am happy to try and prove you wrong there too, cant lse check ip addresses etc? if they need my permission they have it in this post, or if you know another way, im happy to prove you are paranoid into the bargain
as for nasty piece of work, have you forgotten your ascii finger art already, do you not think you come across as nasty?
FYI, evan887 previously known as Earache on the EMH bb, trolled / deramped & subsequently sold out at 9p lol lol EMH then shot up to over £1 but this numpty told the bb that EMH was going to be taken out by the Czech Government & get Nothing?
I currently have a Free Carry with Profit in EMH
Be careful who you recommend, this guy is a nasty piece of work
@Hazbeen, I hope you’re not referring to me being Negative?
Unfortunately a large tranche of posters have turned this into some sort of Therapy Room
Positive Sentiment delivers Positive Results ….. FACT !!
Having posted a positive article over the weekend, which was / is 100% relevant, to then be accused of ramping by someone who was Actually Ramping by its true definition on another bb is beyond disgraceful, I will robustly challenge those ridiculous, puerile comments.
As for our new resident numpty who has taken the previous comments out of contexts as we HZM appeared to be breaking out of our 8.5p range and 10p ++ looked highly likely shows the pack mentality here, so many recommends lol lol really …. Good luck with that one.
well lawrence, does the truth hurt?
you did make dozens of last chance to buy under 10p posts did you not?
and now your ramptastic posts have had those lines quietly removed have they not?
i very much doubt anyone enjoys you bunging up threads with the same spam day after day
everyone is just being polite, but everyone thinks it, look at the number of recs strummers post got
every other thread is ruined by you ****ting on it
again, well done hazbeen, strummer and burleigh for calling this clown out
Well i did call out Lawrence, more diplomatically a couple weeks ago.
Lets keep it civil.
It amazing how the language has changed after the share price began its fall after the news, it is huiman nature for ppl to become negative after seeing their portfolio valuation fall away
"Lawrence,
You are an intelligent chap i can see that in some of your posts.
But you have this split personality - which lets say, has an intellect of a much younger age group :-)"
PP,
JM did allude to payback the debt and other instruments(he called it) which is part of the funding package as the Co throws off cashflow
09:10 - near the end of the interview link on Twitter
Ivor - I think there is a hint on the way the DFS is funded, with increasing cost of payback if production is not achieved in 5 years.
I think the likely timelines:
Araguaia construction starts 2022
Vermelho DFS h1 2023
Araguaia mine opens 2023 and ore starts to be stockpiled
Araguaia 1 RKEF commissioned and first nickel production h1 2024
(insert potential take out here!)
Vermelho JV announced h1 2024, build starts
Araguaia 2 first nickel production h1 2025
Vermelho mine open h2 2025
Vermelho first nickel production 2026
I actually think production for Araguaia will be higher in the first few years than the 14kt mine life average forecast due to higher grade ores being prioritised and stockpiled.
What year do you expect hzm to be producing 45kt?
sorry to bring this back up, but i only joined yesterday out of complete frustration with lawrence and you need to wait 24hrs to make a post..
lawrence is a ramper, he blasts threads with the same super positive, non negative brainwashing over and over, what he fails to mention when calling people clowns is that day in day out prior to financing he posted LAST CHANCE TO GET IN UNDER 10P, he has now removed those lines, i wonder who the clown is..
well done to burleigh and strummer for calling him out, i only wish others would do the same
can you please give it a rest lawrence, no one wants to see that day in day out
I enjoyed your post PP and just wanted to add that with your possibility of $675m EBITDA from 45kt combined production, the Brazilian government proposal to reduce overall corporation tax by 5% would make a significant difference to earnings (and mcap when x11 p/e).
https://www.ey.com/en_gl/tax-alerts/brazilian-government-proposes-changes-to-corporate-income-tax-system-as-second-phase-of-comprehensive-tax-reform
Detailed analysis. Bravo!
If we can pay back the CLNs and avoid further dilution then we should be considering mkt cap vs 3.7Bn shares.
150p on 3.7Bn would be £5.5Bn mkt cap. That's pretty racy and would depend on a lot of other things happening which collectively seem unlikely... however...
Average PE ratio for the mining sector is somewhere around 11 , so to justify £5.5Bn mkt cap we are looking at earnings of £500m after interest and tax, or 13.5p eps.
Gross profit to get that would have to be in the region of £750m or more. Translating to dollars that would be $1Bn gross profit p.a.
How much nickel does $1bn translate into?
AISC for Araguaia and Vermelho is in the region of $10k per ton , with nickel at $25k per ton by the time A1, A2 and V would be in production. $1Bn translates to about 66,000 tons of annual production.
To get that HZM would have to have A1 producing 14kt , A2 also producing 14Kt, V would then have to reach 38kt of production, around the midpoint between the lower Horizonte PFS and the higher expenditure Vale DFS of 46kt production.
The problem with that picture is HZM cannot afford to develop Vermelho alone, and will very likely have to give away a significant chunk of production in a JV mine build. More likely is to be able to count on 15-20kt from Vermelho for a total production of around 45kt. At $25k nickel that translates to $675m gross, 2/3rds of the amount required for 150p but neatly coinciding with 100p or so.
There are other development options by that stage, it is unlikely that HZM would just turn into a 30 year plus cash cow. There is extra resource at Serra Do Tapa and the rest of the unexplored Araguaia acreage.
All of which is completely moot as way before then HZM will get bought out. Right now the price would leave the company a sitting duck from January onwards, the only defence is very large sticky holders looking for a much bigger return on their investments, which fortunately we have.
So bottom line, 150p is unlikely without things we don't currently have on the radar. 100p is possible if they get all three current planned assets to full production without further dilution. That's not likely as the investors are likely to take an offer for the lot well before then, the value at that stage is anyone's guess.
The question was asked when do we see £1.50, my own thoughts are three potentials :-
Post the deal to bring the second mine in to production and potentially the conclusion of the take off deal for which we don't know the exact T&C's.
Takeover close to the point of joint venture for Araguaia.
Never.
All,
This is a great Board on the whole. I’m a newcomer and value the opinions expressed by the vast majority. It’s generally informative, there are some truly insightful and knowledgeable contributors, and it’s (generally) welcoming of different views.
In other words, it’s a good space and a credit to the majority (whatever their views). All I will say is that I find spamming (my interpretation and I’m not implying intent) on a board such as this to be out of place and a little jarring after a time.
GLA - let’s hope we can back to the placing price over the next few weeks to start 2022 in a more positive space.
and at the other end of the spectrum my advice for you Contrarian would be exactly the same-relax a bit, calm down !
First tell us at which year you expect your latest 150p valuation to happen - Give us a break with the ridiculous projections and constant ramping drivel/slogamns - Finally other posters are beginning to realise
Maybe we should investigate the Reasons For NOT investing in HZM …. Just for balance lol
Who would like to start first ?
Lawrence-calm down ! A hyper active child can look cute to start with, but after a while it grates, just relax a bit.
about 10 mins in,these two anylists....like nickel/battery type metals

Hi Burleigh.
I initially found Lawrence's hyper active summations mildly amusing. In fact supported him when C engaged him with his darker de-ramping "entertainment" agenda. But he (L) couldn't take a hint and carried on thrashing away.
His personal attacked on you today, in amongst the repetitive ramping made my mind up. Whilst I have no issues with sensibly putting the positive case here..... Been doing it for years myself hopefully ;-)
The daft phrasing and silly price targets in light of what has occurred are, & as you say likely to put people off as much as wet their appetites.......
I now have 3 Green Coffins on HZM. Two v embittered derampers, and now one manic pumper....
I won't miss either extremes verbage tbh.
Have a good evening.
@Burleigh, I look forward to seeing some positive posts from you .
GL
I’ve got more than enough shares here to cover my Short - Medium & Longer Term Strategy or Free Carry which is my preferred end game as with my other investments.
You’ve actually answered your own and many long term holders problems, not just here but on many many BB’s, you totally ignore the fact that Many Many Many private investors look in without any knowledge of HZM and other shares and a brief insight to get their taste buds going is all they need, instead they get “Ive got xMillion shares, nothing is happening here for 2 years, in the bottom draw, What Absolute Carp , Really , do you seriously believe that’s helpful?
Good luck
You really don't sound like a man who listens to anyone Lawrence. Certainly not an average "Joe" like me.....
Keep pumping it for all of us though mate. I have many millions of these built up long before you appeared, looking eventually to a stronger future we both hope for.
But for now I don't think I can gain anything from your repetitive polemics on this share, and frankly your abuse is Boeing keyboard warrior stuff that I would never face in real life...... So adding you to C and ST in my Green Coffin list.
And then there were 3....
Ramping is artificially inflating or deflating the price of a security or otherwise influencing the behavior of the market for personal gain as our “clown” is basically trying to do with THR “ It's begging for a trade” lol lol Pump & Dump. I will take no lessons from you SJ or that “clown”
I Have Never Promoted Any Company For The Purposes Of “Ramping” , if you or anyone else wishes to confuse that term with genuine Positive Promotion then you deal with it.
If a company has something worth shouting about, Then Shout.
Ramping, Pumping & Dumping Is Not My Thing.
The Constant , nothing is going to happen here, put it in the bottom draw for the next 2 years is complete and utter nonsense & stupidity at best.
Institutional Investors CANNOT BUY INTO HZM until the deal is Officially Signed Off and only then will we start to see them buying in, this gives Private Investors an Amazing Opportunity to get in weather they are looking for Short, Medium or Long Term Investment, it is PI’s I strive to see benefit from this amazing investment opportunity. Institutional Investors will make big bucks no matter what price they get in at.

"Go back to school", "Learn to read", "You clown".....
Hey Lawrence. Those comments are really not necessary IMO.
A number of people on this BB have been here a fair while, and are happy that it's always been fair minded and open to various degrees of opinion to date.
You are an Uber positive view that's clear... even after the recent SP drop you still see a fast rerate.... fair play.
Most of us genuinely invested hope you are right, though some of us still see a longer haul now.
But regardless, why not just state your case, & no need to attack people who may see this now in other terms.... namely as a more steady longer term investment after these recent events.
This site has always been about a diversity of (still) supportive views tba.
Cheers.
