You also seem to be an excellent stock picked based on your 1200% returns you mentioned so why waste any more effort and time here? Stick your 1% into a share that you know you’re going to get a 12x return. It really makes no sense why you’re still here.
If you don’t like it Contrarian why don’t you move on? There’s no need to be true hero here for others. We’re all adults and can manage our investments accordingly. I just understand what you’re trying to achieve. Surely there are better things to do with your time.
CV's and previous experience/accolades can take you so far DjRyan. I see the performance of this BoD to date and it is shocking. Delay after delay. I also understand how BoD members make their money in small companies like that. I do not want to get into it for fear of saying something that could be misconstrued as de-ramping. It does not matter who is on board they are all in it to make money for themselves not shareholders, we are the last on their minds.
Any de-ramping (which I'm not seeing btw just green boxes) would encourage me to buy more, personally. But maybe that's the contrarian plan anyway. Maybe sell means buy and buy means sell who knows. We got our deposit on bus sale but sadly the real deal now looks months away and will miss all the near term news. I stuck the deposit on ACP/GRL just as a portfolio balancing thing, I still see Horizonte as pick of the bunch on a 3-4yr+ view. I'm currently 66.66% (which is a bit random but just how it ended up) Horizonte by value and still over 20m inc family. I expect this to be back firmly into the 70-80% PF by value range when financing news lands here. GLA
Jeremy Martin CEO "skin in the game" approx 1.6M shares app 130-140K at today's prices. He believes so much in the dream that he hasn't seemingly bough since Dec 2018.
The amount of shares held by the CEO dwarfs the amount some of the dreamers here have

Yet you’re invested into the ‘dream’ yourself? And you’re ‘dreaming’ of a takeover? Pot kettle black my friend.
You want some examples Reggie? Could have bought SMT, CCH, ATT to name a few during Corona crash, traded them a bit in between and there's easily you 300% with no real risk as these are well established names. Give me a break seriously with the nonsense about buying at 2-3p in a company with no proven track record and a dream which can be shattered not by incompetency but by external factors beyond their control

You can view all the BOD share purchases under director deals.
If you trade on news that's your strategy/decision, but most on here see the investment opportunities.

These poor blighters - how did they get taken in working for HZM when there must be so many other mining companies looking for experienced and qualified staff?
Haha of course you did, dreamer. Contrarian Buffet.
Reggie in 3 years I have made quadruple that. Give me a break dreamer
I trade on news Ivor. Waiting to see this long awaited RNS or RNS's or whatever excuse JM comes up with, to complete the deal. No news happy to stay put.
Haha he walked right into that one too. SP was 2p 3 years ago Contrarian. That’s a 300% rise in that space of time which is pretty significant by anyone’s standards. Your 1% capital allocation would have become 3% had you not avoided ‘waiting for the bod to get their act together’.
No djryan I do not think that this company can build a mine. I am not saying the mine is not build-worthy, on the contrary it is. But not with these players. Which is why the best outcome is they get bought out. Which I think these management bods are hoping. If I see that they continue with building ops I am out. It will be a disaster.
By the way no one is telling me why the BoD do not have skin in the game. Yet it seems there are holders here pouring in tens of thousands...

If you are not impressed or unhappy with the time scale sell your shares and buy something else. It's that simple.
1% of his portfolio in HZM yet spends 99% of his energy on talking it down! Lool work that one out folks…
Ivor ,Exactly 3 months to 3 years delay takes some salesmanship but plenty of fools around in AIM so fertile ground. Thankfully I have not tied down my capital for such a long time waiting for these BoD bods to get their act together. From 3 months to 3 years takes some doing and if they were car salesmen they would be minting it. Have they got any skin in the game? And please don't tell me they have options. Options are what it says on the tin optional!
I have not completed deals to the tune of hundreds of millions but that is beside the point. What I do is invest in the people that allegedly can. In this case I am not impressed by the constant delays and my mind does question how can this BoD build a mine? I do not think they can which is why I am looking at either a buy out or failing that a quick exit on news. Like a lot who read on this board but dare not say anything in case the emotionally and financially invested here get upset.
Time for the advertising executive to surface next and throw in the usual in it to win it cliches

How many deals have you completed for $346m Contrarian?
Contrarian
Ever body knows they are years behind, they said financing would take 3 months in one presentation it's been about 3 years so far. They even said production would start in 2019 previously. The fact the banks have agreed to $346m says it's going to happen.
I do not hope for a lower target as I am invested. But as I keep saying so many times the BoD are behind the curve. It does not inspire me with confidence when it comes to mine building if they cannot finalise a deal which should be their bread and butter. Now I hear that someone told someone who knows (hush hush) - give me a break - that the BoD are "busy". For them to advertise anything other would mean that apart from slow in getting things done they are also stupid (which they are not clearly).
Ask them to update the Significant shareholders list? I've not had a reply.
I made some enquiries and 'they are very busy' is what I am hearing from my contacts - they being the BOD - read into it what you like, I read into it that the deal is happening and there is a lot to finalise. Timing as ever isn't a given but if they're too busy to talk to us - I take that as a good sign. GLA
People get twitchy close to the finishing line - human nature. It's like you get hungrier the closer you get to the restaurant. We got a similar situation on GRL, people very twitchy but the company has a lake (literally) of gold and just building the room to process it. Key being - they got the lake full of gold. So it is a happy situation not a sad one. On Horizonte, we have $346m of debt secured, the hard bit, the bit that took two years. The situation is a happy one, not a sad one. The rest will come. It will be this year. It won't be over the Christmas period. So absolute worst case around 6 weeks to wait. But probably less. It will be Turkey and Prosceccos all round this Christmas at the Horizonte table. GLA
Reggie my health is just fine. HZM represents 1% of my portfolio. I am certainly no dreamer but a pragmatist. I see here dreamers with calculators on the nickel price constantly calculating how much the company is worth, I see people allegedly betting their shirts and underwear and come in here for self-help and pats on their backs. I just do not see anyone seriously worried about the constant delays on these management bods. If they can't stick to deadlines on finance/management stuff how on earth would they stick to deadlines on building a mine?
I think that you have actually proved my point Reggie While they may have tweeted 4 times in the 9 days prior to the credit approval RNS, they tweeted zero times in the 5 days before.
Still, as DJ said, probably no correlation, just coincidence. I was just getting hopeful as before this morning's tweet there had been 3 or 4 days of silence.
