It wasn’t to explicitly say you were superior. That would be rude and I have no idea who you are so wouldn’t want you to feel that was my intention. All I was trying to say (with Hemingway’s words) was that a little humility goes a long way. If you are right about what you said re. The charts I’ll be very happy
JAdam, ‘There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self’
JAdam - Instead of all that teach chart blather,
just say 'IMO the shares are cheap and worth a punt'?
Not a word from you, when the last guess didn't work out!
'apparently 24/25p was the support point for the sp back in ‘17...'
We have been discussing that regularly recently!
Here is an extract from my post at 21:11 yesterday:
'The last major correction - from 67.5p - ended at 24p, but that was after a placing at 32p.'
I have often mentioned the fact that I bought at 24.5p, just off the bottom, and am hoping to do (or that I have done) similarly this time.
Had an interesting chat over scran with one of the two high level visitors out here today…one of the lads asked him bout the hur sp as we’re all in it and he was friendly and informative, tho finance not my thing and a lot of it went over my head tbh, esp the complex stuff about bonds, never understood any of it :-) - apparently 24/25p was the support point for the sp back in ‘17 and whilst it may go just a tad lower, lot of confidence the sp will bounce back from round here. Seems tho’ that the fool has done his job re ‘water panic’ and lots of pi’s have capitulated and sold out at these levels and he commented there’s still quite a lot of supply coming thro at these levels at the mo’, so sp likely to hover round these crazy lows until more squeezed out…tho’ apparently we ain’t very far away from the supply dryin up and sp headin back up again…he said like that this had been some shakeout and no-one had seen this fall coming back at hq…an hopefully all will be rectified at cmd in march. After me an me mates recent sirius debacle, really hope he’s right..I always knew like that one was vhigh risk…my confidence in hur tho remains undiminished an I hope those pi’s who’ve been misled buy back in quick again when the sp heads north an don’t miss out on this lil beauty
