alongfortheride. - Yes you are correct. As we both are.
What is needed is another "believer" in the lots of oil below the OWC scenario. ;-]
Ideally already with a meaningful stake > 1%
Dr Trice??
He's gone from having shares worth £15mm to shares worth £750k, so he'll deffo see the remaining upside .
alongfortheride,
Dunno about gambling. I knew the risks when I invested thanks.
I'll make the losses back some day. I've got time on my side :')
NoRskNoReward,
I hope this works out for you.
I'm not here to ramp or deramp. I'm not invested here anymore, but will use opportunities to trade every now and then.
Genuinely GLA here.
@Slift, no offence taken, I value every opinion here but please don't assume that I have "no background knowledge of HUR or it's operations", I see huge potential in HUR and POO at present but only in the medium to longer term so not here for a quick quid (in which BTW I see no problem as we are all here in some way to make money). As for HUR, I intend to stay till company prospects and POO significantly improve, I have lost too much upside over the years by prematurely exiting investments and plan not to do same here but this is all only in my humble opinion.
Lol ...
Spoken like a true " Ex Investor " that gambled and lost .. lol
Just to back up my post, the previous poster "NoRskNoReward" has been invested here for 8 days with no background knowledge of HUR or it's operations. But apparently there's a "massive upside potential" here.
Unlike LTHs, it seems like he has a low B/E, so will be out at the first opportunity, another "punter".
No offence, just using you as an example for many here.
"There are also plenty on new investors onboard that see potential at these prices and want to be involved in the recovery of HUR"
Lol, you mean punters such as yourself?
I don't think there are many that are actually "investing" in Hurricane for it's future.
Most are just waiting for SP to rise so they can EXIT once and for all when it hits their breakeven. MOST are just underwater here, even the "punters" lol.
At these ridiculously low undervalued prices (IMOO), I certainly see massive upside potential here, and now clearly see HUR turning in the positive direction, so I certainly want to be in here and plan to top up at every possible opportunity while these levels last, DYOR.
"There are plenty here who just want to exit."
There are also plenty on new investors onboard that see potential at these prices and want to be involved in the recovery of HUR
Trust is something earned. So, no thanks.
Note the use of the word "plenty".
Does not mean ALL that want to exit but most. Hence why we are at this current price.
The majority that were hanging on for a decent update the other week and didn't get it will in the hours and days after that announcement thrown in the towel. Trust me.
"There are plenty here who just want to exit."
"They already have. Trust me."
Nope, they haven't, TRUST ME"
"There are plenty here who just want to exit."
They already have. Trust me.
What rubbish ! Total hype. There are plenty here who just want to exit.
Either way when something is able to be announced we are looking at a staggering rise in SP
With the vultures in the skies above Rona Ridge, it is worth taking another look at the equation.
1 We have CA who is no White Knight, with a 12% stake, who's strategy is the fund's preservation and will sell to the highest bidder.
2 We have kerogen who are Hong Kong-based specialist investors in Oil & Gas with a wide knowledge of the industry, with a 16 % stake.
Kerogen will have its own ideas of how the BOD should proceed forward.
Whether these ideas are in conflict with the BOD thinking and that is the reason for the resignations or whether it is to prevent a conflict of interest further down the line.
3 We have Spirit who has a 50% stake in GWA who's oil so we are informed is leaking from Lincoln into Lancaster and might want to take a stake in Lanfax in exchange for carrying out the remedial work at Lancaster.
Conclusion. Take your pick your guess is as good as mine.
Prolonged auction. Lowest offer 3.2p
For £28 million
If you can get your hands on enough shares, job done.
