AK.JK,
Main thing for me is that the JC/M O&G Windfall Tax, will hopefully now be buried and outside investment in the WOS O&G industry and HUR should increase?
Can only honestly see positives from now , if all pans out as Poll Fcst for HUR shareholders
SDX and EOG, in which I have modest holdings, have been rising and the posters there are optimistic.
HUR could be next.
It has already risen, breaching 1.20 euros.
I'm kicking myself because I was going to wait till after the result before buying any, but read some rubbish about a Conservative victory having been priced in and bought some today.
And now Darlington!
Of course that's where petrolhead Jeremy Clarkson cut his journalistic teeth, even though 'poor boy fron t'north made good' he now lives just outside Chipping Norton.
Hope the pound rises on this, 'cos for me, it ain't just the fall in the HUR SP which has been hurting...
JK,
By the look of things, (watching Sky, and the Workington result has just arrived), I feel that Scottish Independence is out of the window, and your refugee possibilities diminished, no matter how well the SNP may do.
I'm sure that Boris will be able to get his buddy's advice regarding making a newer wall, a few hillsides north of the one built by Hadrian, so as not to spoil the view...
......Moscow
....... Canvey Island
JayKay,
"Any idea when the refugee programme will start after you win the next independence vote? Signed, a depondent Englishman looking for a new home "
Neverforget that according to legend, Mary Queen of Scots had 'Calais' written on her heart...
Political asylum?
Ruth Davidson might regret her promise to skinny dip in Loch Lommond if SNP won 50 seats :-)
