Was hoping that someone with a wider knowledge base might be able to shed some light on the activities.

Yup, been still occasionally 'shipwatching', though no longer really 'reporting' on it here since the BB seems to have devolved into slanging-matches and p**sing-contests of late.
But some interesting stuff going on out in the field.
My guess (pure guesswork, mind), is getting some seabed data for an eventual Lincoln - FPSO tie-in if the well turns out to be good. Getting a jump-start on things.
Havila Borg & Scandi Carla both showing restricted maneuverability and the latter showing a very tight pattern of runs between AM & TOL, I assume they are carrying out a survey of some description.
