MeBladder. An opinion you have given a zillion times as part of your ramping function, and have been requested by numerous others to cease repeating ad nauseum. You are irritated that, having been tagged as a ramper, your effectiveness is curtailed. Hence your new found temporary reasonable. But members do not like those who seek to control the forum to promote hidden agenda. They do not forget.
The figures are based on well 6, there's activity on well 7, they told us that. Hurr have skimped on the detail, by not telling us how much.
Theres more oil coming out than what they are saying. Some up to date production figures would be lovely right now. Doubt we will get them though as I sense they will be decent and Hurr don't do decent. They are holding back just enough good information to justify the dilution.
Initially you may have gained the support of a decent group of people on this bb by encouraging shareholders to contact all the relevant British authorities regarding Hur the other day.
But today I think you have finally alienated yourself on this bb as a result of the numerous incoherent, childish, insulting and immature posts, most of which don't even make any sense.
At least by using my whole 2 brain cells I was able to convey an honest and transparent summary of the current situation that was straight forward to understand.
The majority of your posts read as though they were written by a complete half wit with less than half a brain cell. If I am wrong about your intellect, then you actually need help. A lot of help. And fast.
If it's at all possible for you to be civil just for once I note that you have 600k shares and you mentioned the other day about getting in touch with the serious fraud office. Have you received a response from them?
Serious and mature replies only if you are capable of that....
Tranny - oh dear, oh dear - is that the best you can manage after hours of thought? Pitiful. Mind you, you will have needed a couple of hours mending time to recover from the shaming u got today
And Slackybladder - you and Skyrocket are very naughty boys indeed for colluding in Skyrocket writing a cringeworthy 'post of the innocent' in order you could write a thesis to try and recover lost credibility. Am afraid it was too transparent. The good thing though was - it must have taken you AGES to write......lovely
I look forward to you all trying a little harder tomorrow. Today you were far too easy meat
Hugs & kisses x
“ Not at all, Tranny. Just old and wise enough not to be manipulated by scammers”
So does this mean you were never a Hur shareholder?
or did you fall for that “scam”.
LMFAO
Skystocker - no problem at all, some of us will continue to post to provide a sense of realism of the situation Hur is currently in despite the incoherent and raging fool Sir Dencelot who thinks he can attack and attack and sound out our valid opinions.
Looking back on things I'm not at all surprised Trice left abruptly after insisting on several occasions that the water was perched when clearly it wasn't with a water cut as high as 28%. Plus the potential oil/water contact having turned out to be much shallower and the eventual 90% downgrade in reserves.
If anyone should be raging or angry it's with him not us. Ultimately his interpretation of the data was at odds with the rest of the bod but in no way means this was a scam, but potentially a serious error of judgement costing many many shareholders their life savings.
The debt would never have been a problem and would have been on target to be paid back on time if production could have been maintained anywhere between the 15-20k bopd area.
HOWEVER as we all know following the extensive technical review and 90% downgrade of reserves which was devastating in itself, Hur also had to accept that from the data and behaviour of the wells that production had to be cut back to keep the water cut at bay. Since then the well has been pegged back to 11k bopd to keep it stable with an estimate of 8.5-10.5k bopd for the rest of 2021.
Given this "material" change the bod couldn't simply ignore it and along with many other factors to take into account led to the conclusion that even in the NFA scenario they would not be able to pay back the debt and there will be a technical default on the debt due July 2022.
It has to be remembered that on average bopd will drop to an average of 9.5k bopd this year not including any possible well shutdowns so oil prices will have a very limited effect now.
The company admitted that last year during low oil prices they were operating only at breakeven for a period of time and the whole of 2020 will have impacted their ability to build up cash flow.
So if oil prices in 2020 had remained between $60-80 OR if production wasn't declining from over 15k to 9.5k bopd then Hur would have been ok. But this simply is not the situation. The current cash plus cash generation over the next 12-14 months simply will not be anywhere near enough before the debt is due.
Quite simply the current bod having reviewed the overall situation backed up by the extensive technical review of all the data are out of options. And "other sources of financing" will not be available imo until the debt is paid off because no one will touch it.
Why do we kick off BOD and finding someone who can make this situation move better deal. From the day this BOD only give very negative RNS and kill off value share . How can they decide up to 90% value company without voting from share holder? Who is authorised to do that kind of act so something should get out and kick in their ass. They cant do that let find some one do it better
I recently lost about £6000 in this stock because of the recent evil, well-planned and well-timing RNS, as exactly Slipper said here before he could even control the colour of some certain stocks. The information given by the company is totally corrupted. Rampers and derampers on this board are also corrupted and certainly have their own agendas. Lesson has been learned, wish PIs never ever buy any aim stocks unless you are able to get insider information, but you probably have to take down your underwear before that. The best thing PIs without insider information can do is shorting these stocks to death!
Not at all, Tranny. Just old and wise enough not to be manipulated by scammers
Skystocker,
The moment you panic, you lose.
But if I was in your position, I'd hold onto the shares and sell on a spike.
There is still time before the restructuring plan is accepted and sanctioned. So the 37.9b shares won't be in the market until the plan is sanctioned.
Hurricane have until end of September 2021 to formally get the restructuring completed (could be sooner, but cannot be later). Between now and then, there will be significant volatility here, both up and down - especially with noises from CA.
So don't panic and do what you think is best by September 2021/sanction date for restructuring plan.
Not advice, just my opinion and thoughts to what i'd do.
You seem incapable of answering any questions, even with a yes or no... I guess you've taken the 5th...
Evening Tranny. You'll explode soon if not careful. Were you in the Stasi in a previous life? I'd hate to be your missus
Senseless:
Do you think Stifel are also part of the scam?
Yes or No...
Slitty - don't be silly. You're just mad because I am keeping 4 rampers busy dealing with that unusual concept - the truth
Slift, mcadder please continue posting.
I was caught up in this company of “billions barrels of oil” ,I was ready to sell half of my shares but wasn’t quick enough and now I am sitting with 85% lost, and I don’t know what to do , stay or move on...
I only hoped that company will at least be able to pay the bonds since oil price recover and then proceed with the forward plan. Regarding the decommissioning costs maybe they will agree to something Because of the pandemic.
A lot of us “caught with our pants down “
I am fearing for the worse , especially if Crystal Amber buys some bonds which is the sensible thing to do instead of buying shares.
This was a pipe dream.
hell whats going on here last time i looked these were over 40p a share
The other day it was mentioned about emailing The Takeover Panel, the Serious Fraud office and the Sun newspaper to name a few.
All quiet on that front.
As of yesterday we had confirmation from 2 posters who had received a response back from the Takeover panel that the situation with Hur did not come under their code and so far I've not seen anything in the Sun or any other newspaper, only the articles from last Friday on the back of the RNS.
Be interesting to see if anyone posts about any response from the SFO....
Lovely, Slacky......you're getting angrier and angrier....lovely
Mr Nonsense can't answer it but just explodes into one mahoosive rant when put on the spot.
Another ranter to add to the zero credibility list
As for CA my view is they have the same number of options as they did last Friday. Zero.

Mirrorman - you're an utter fool. Senseman has never posted on a share forum in his life before 3-4 days ago. Nor has he ever had any alias. Mind you, he was a legend on the Betfair cricket forum until it went downhill a few years ago. Regards. Senseman
PS. Or have the rampers dragged you out of the tea room to help them shut me up because they can't manage to do so themselves?

he single handily keeps someone employed at LSE booting him off the board
he never answers any questions and just shovels out abuse - he needs help TBH
Senseman:
Lets keep it simple, one question, one word answer will suffice.
Do you think PwC are colluding in the Scam to present incorrect assessments of the options: Yes or No?
If YES, then you might want to take legal advice, if NO then where's the scam?
Or is this too difficult too answer too?
Ooooh, the rampers team up...Tranny and Slacky gang up on senseman....)
Hope you've got good strong legs, Slacky, you're in for a good long wait...)
