“ I just have a gut feel we are going to see a massive d4e and somehow CA are involved in the deal”
Would that be sensible with their holding?
It’s possible they can cover the bond but have sod all left to do a water injector and side track that’s what’s needed so to assume they can just churn out and just about pay the bond is a false economy. They need cash for the water injector and side track and also some working capital....
Whatever they are doing wish they just got on with it. Tell b/holders to p9ss off or do a deal so at least we know where we stand.
I just have a gut feel we are going to see a massive d4e and somehow CA are involved in the deal
Don’t forget that this is a absolute sitting duck and in my opinion is being manipulated for a takeover
Until the risk of not being able to repay has reduced further the SP will not rise much. It is looking likely we will make enough money to cover the CB's if production and POO hold up, however our BOD need to start showing some signs of working the future. I do expect this share and BOD to get more positive as this year progresses.
I am still confident this Company will survive and LT Shareholders will see this SP rise over the medium term.
BHA- Classic Drillers approach to business ... “just make hole”
No understanding of the commercial and legal aspects of what’s going on. They can’t drill because they either need bondholders approval or they expect bondholders legal challenge if they contract to spend money drilling, let alone the loss of revenue whilst drilling...So they’re stuck regardless if how easy it difficult the drilling and completion is. Until either the bondholders change their mind or you get a bod that’s prepared to ignore legal advice then this is stuck in limbo...and the price will wander around these levels +\- unless if the productions “natural decline” changes or the oil price moves.
Minimum ....
Then we can get on with what this company should be doing ...
Punching a big fat hole in the side of some casing and making hole...
