No, ak, I am not saying it was without any break. Over and out now.
If they have been flaring 48 hours without a break then I am trying to think what the significance would be. A belt & braces approach to thoroughly check for communication over a long distance perhaps ? No doubt there are other reasons that they might do that.
Well said Albi1. Lets leave the politics out of this and stick to oil.
However my pseudonym is a wee bit of a giveaway.
"Bizarre that we have a DST still underway this afternoon, yes still underway - and some want to try and tell us what they think about politics, environment issues, EV's etc. "
Hey Cebo, don't 'go quiet' yet! Please? At least answer one question. Are you saying that they've been flaring constantly since opening up? That's interesting.
Not trying to persuade you of anything. Think it's important that immoral people are seen as such.
Interesting that you don't even try to defend Corbyn and Communism.

"P.S. This country, and most of the West, increasingly doesn't work because of post-Christian 'morality' like yours."
This is precisely why it is considered good manners to discuss neither religion or politics over dinner. It only serves to raise blood pressure and upset folk who in every other way were probably getting on perfectly well.
Peace upon you and back to the neutrality of the oil field ... well, sort of ...
CP you clearly have some issues with Labour. I have no problem with that but leave out the personal attacks please and you might stand a better chance of persuading others you’re a nicer person than me.
I’m saying nothing more on the subject.
You support a man who defends Jew-hatred, i.e. is okay with at least one form of racism, and who refuses to condemn men who killed children doing the weekly shop with their mum. The same guy is also a proponent of the single most deadly (and immiserating) ideology of the 20th century.
In what universe does that make you a good person?
P.S. This country, and most of the West, increasingly doesn't work because of post-Christian 'morality' like yours.
if it makes you feel better claiming people are one thing or another go ahead. I personally consider myself to be a very good person but clearly not a view you share despite having never met me. Good for you.
Corbyn defending a blatantly anti-Semitic mural because - checks wellwell's notes - Palestinians:

No need for the quotation marks. You are a bad person.
I'm only mentioning politics and the environment on here because the govt tells me twitter isn't used outside Westminster. :-)
Anyway, I too am switching off. I didn't bring this carp up, it was the cat.
Goodbye and Goodluck here - having read posters views today on just about everything except Hurricane Energy, I am going to take a break from reading and posting here until we get something official through from Hurricane - (no loss to most I would suggest). Its not that I don't care about a lot of the topics discussed, I just don't care to discuss them here. In fact after glancing at most of the political views today, I wouldn't want to discuss much at all with a lot of the blinkered posters on this BB that are trying, and failing to look knowledgeable.
Bizarre that we have a DST still underway this afternoon, yes still underway - and some want to try and tell us what they think about politics, environment issues, EV's etc.
- and before anyone tries to remind me that they are all part of the bigger picture that I should consider when investing here - I get it, its Boll?ks and will have sfa to do with the short to medium term performance of the SP.

Back to oil, evidently UK oil shares have dropped across the board on the proposed tax news. I wonder if we might have a case against DT and UK politicians for completing trashing our economy and in turn our investments ... It's kind of criminal when you consider the facts.
I thought he was protesting about the immoral theft of other peoples land in Palestine, not actually being anti jewish? Ah well. I guess that makes me a "bad person" for not making the correlation. Maybe I should go back to the conservatives where they make deals with KSA instead....
Wellwell,
Used to be a Grauniad reader, now don't trust a word they print. Not that one should take anything at face value in any case.
At least you can take heart that you see good in one of the parties. Does the Monster Raving Looney Party still exist? Hope so, that's about the only one I can truly sympathize with right now, at least they're honest!
Oh, I meant to say, I'll be watching the TV for the election results on the 12th.
Jeez. This BB is worse than being on an oil rig. The DST is in progress, so for a lot of the personel it's slack time' (though everything's relative), and there's more opportunity to sit in the coffee shop yacking on about nowt in particular. And here, the debate has descended to politics.
I must admit I'll be staying up late a while with the TV on, just to see which way the wind seems to be blowing. But I'd do that anyway, playing online poker. The only difference being that the telly will be tuned to Sky News instead of the Discovery channel...
Blimey, a Guardian contributor says it's okay to kill children when doing the weekly shop with their mum and wellwell, he of "Greta's the heroine we've been waiting for" fame, agrees.
Let's run through this. You vote for politicians who've made clear their acceptance of others using violence as a means to achieve political goals. White Nationalists like Millennial Woes take note of the precedent and increasingly blow up lefties in the name of their cause [the preservation of the white race]. How will you argue against those voting for their political allies in Party X who refuse to condemn them?
Polite Request.
Can you lot STFU about Greta, Brexit and UK politics.
If that's what gets you through the day, then why not set up a Facebook page and you can chatter to your heart's content,
GLA.
>> genuinely can't see anyone worth voting for
Yep, this! ^
Hahaha. "Negotiate with". You're neither gullible enough nor stupid enough to actually believe that nonsense. What you are is immoral, i.e. a bad person. Really important that ppl like you who would rationalise voting for anti-Jew mural-liking Communists be called out for what they are: IMMORAL.
But anyway, tell us about Greta again.
Albi, sad times we live in. I fear more the conservatives as they seem to have been taken over after a trojan attack. They got rid of anyone in the party who disagreed with them, have continued that with their new batch of candidate MP's, twisted the social media platforms they inhabit, kicked a paper off their bus today, and simultaneously blame the local governments for not spending they money they hadn't given them in the first place for making people live in poverty.
Where does this end? Hopefully it starts with a good result from Hurricane next week....
Corral Part - this is an article worth reading...https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2019/nov/20/corbyn-terrorist-sympathiser-double-standards
Wellwell
Couldn't agree more. I'm more pessimistic - genuinely can't see anyone worth voting for - I'd vote Green if they didn't sound so zealously scary. Lost faith in Lib Dems entirely. Fingers crossed this is a phase we're going through and it too will pass. Though I doubt it right now.
Back to Hurricane, gritting my teeth with the SP trading. Roll on next week!
ah I see. You believe that because he was prepared to negotiate with, rather than bomb, he's a terrorist sympathiser? Says more about you than me I'm afraid.
Imagine rationalising pro-terrorist communists. I believe that makes you an immoral so-and-so, wellwell.
