Still nothing on the website / RNS - any rumours coming out of the AGM?
Celebrating or commiserating down the pub anyone?
Looking forward to feedback from meeting. Unfortunately out of the country or I would have attended. Appreciate attendees who made the effort and any feedback.
The cost of videoing the procedings would be exhorbitant, unlike the £18,000,000 spent on trying to defend the undefendable.
From hurricane comms yesterday ...
"Hurricane, like many of its peers, has chosen to carry out its AGM in person. There will not be a video or audio link available. Those wishing to watch, participate and / or vote need to be shareholders and attend in person, or vote in advance by proxy. We will, however, be providing a copy of the AGM presentation on the website along with the written script that will be spoken by management at the meeting."
Written script and presentation only - no video it would seem
Does anybody know:
1) When the AGM is due to end?
2) When and where the video of the AGM will be uploaded?
Games being played here clearly.
‘I am going to SELL’ would only be announced by someone who has no skin in the game and is waiting to buy at a lower price.
So transparent. Think about it.
Filtering not an option as puts one at a disadvantage.
Glad you got the message. Have a nice day.
daltry
I couldn't care less when or why you sell...that's not my concern. I was merely stating my opinion. If you don't like that then ffs, filter me rather than getting all uppity
1. Do not be afraid to ask questions - do not be shy
2. Spend an hour after meeting talking to execs - do not be shy
Do NOT leave wishing you had asked question or spoken to someone and did not
Schlemiel - We will see what we see. What you say is all 'known', and the SP still is a penny share. Why is that?
As for your 'advice' on when to sell or not, I will try really hard to make up my own mind, thank you.
White wash**
Yes didnt someone say on here that if there is no RNs before meeting then no sensitive info can be revealed at AGM ??
If this is the case then I see 3 possibilities, 1 we get RNs just before kick off at AGM. 2 total white was and just fobbed off in meeting with no useful content or 3 CA pulled a blinder and voted with us to oust a couple of bad apples.... I really want to think positive about this share but it's still got rott to be dug out before I can.
What time do we hear about results of votes does any one know ?!
Someone else mentioned on here - no RNS, so I'm not expecting any Earth shattering news
Now is the time NOT to sell.
The company will be debt free (read that again, DEBT FREE) in 4 WEEKS time with a FCF (free cash flow) profile that any company capitalised at below £200m would give their back teeth for.
The balance sheet is now, putting to one side forecast costs for regulatory requirements, free of infection and external demand. The future is now in the hands of the management not in the hands of the bond holders or a High Court Judge
With Maris on a Crystal Amber tight leash and new appointments galore the future is brighter for HUR that it has been for years
Add in a supportive oil and gas market and you have all the right conditions for HUR to prosper if it makes the correct capital investment decisions with its capital..
Yes, we need forward clarity but that I believe will come
Debt was always the killer here and is always the killer for all companies when their liquidity is streteched to breaking point...Hurricane is passed the worst and entering into a new era
Today is going to to be very decisive for many shareholders.
Whether to remain or sell ?
If there is no plan, and the BoD’s head is in the sand, then most of my pals in this share are gone.
We are very tired of this BoD’s lack of planning and leadership.
