Current Mcap is equivalent to the current share price.
i can only n get .
4.725p to sell on the share centre
god forbid it drops to 3p i will be suicidal
current mcap is equal to 3p per share i read somewhere
this billionaire backer.. read the RNS. A group of high net individuals. Typical dangerous rampers continue to mislead.
I'm holding on but will review on a weekly basis.
Sold out, which Goes against my investment strategy but Director buy too little too late, watch out for asset sale now and RP selling his shares, this company is not going anywhere but down as the company is not worth the current mcap
The CEO will be privy to who the billionaire backer is, and their intentions for the company ;)
Great post. TBH it's been a nightmare no one can disagree with that, however if you're buying in today it's like investing in a new company. Will I personally get my money back, I have no idea?
Very encouraging signs. People wanted the company to focus on a specific sector - it's CBD only now, the admin costs and break-even point reduced - disposal of O&G staff and overheads being sorted, RP had lost trust in the market - well him and his remuneration package is off the wage bill, director to buy in so they are aligned with shareholders - today the new CEO has bought in, cash position to be improved - sale of O&G assets (& liabilities) in progress. So I'd say it's a great start, but it will take time for people's perceptions of the company to change, and also those that sold out at a loss to move on. But this is a very different company now, and hopefully one with a very bright future.
I believe you are right Gallini.
Not sure on the closed period rules as the final results have been published. Can anyone clarify?
Certainly better than nothing but I guess it also indicates that there is no significant news in the offing for a while yet....closed period and all that.
Also wish they would NOT engage in these unsubstantiated post on twitter, ...we need facts not more hype. It is a sad state of affairs but no one believes a word they say anymore. Too many years of broken promises! When they stop losing money and start making some then I'll become a believer.
get off his case ..at least hes bought some ..i might buy somex more today
He's Scottish, could have fed the family for a decade for that amount.
It's a positive move by him, end of.
Yes but will it be his only buy?
much smaller, compared to the amount to be dumped by the old CEO :(

Eric Boyle, In charge of investors relations, more like Frankie Boyle with the comical answers his given over the years.
will be dumping all his shares then they will need to raise more cash
can't see this going anywhere for a while
lol....yes it's not much, but I have not seen...YET....anyone throwing away 10k....let alone a rich man....this is certainly not going to transtorm the company, but definitely a positive move by the new CEO....half empty glass folks wil alwaysbe cynical about it....
Maybe he keep buying at higher levels to show confidence
If the gas is that valuable to the crop yields. will it be sold as part of the asset sale? If it is another big red flag to along with all the previous ones
Just a token gesture. Might be different if it was 100k. 10k is nothing to this man. Look are centrica, director bought loads and the SP never had any chance of recovery.
If the gas is Co2, that definitely can increase yield of cannabis crop by 25-30% but not sure if this is what they are talking about. I remember someone telling me this years ago
BUY ...
