Regarding ED, who is in control of what happens, True or HNR? Just thinking if a new owner buys and wants to plug the wells until POO rises would they be able to do that?
25/7/19:
"Since our IPO in 2015, we have consistently stated that our strategy is to establish a portfolio where 80 per cent. of the Group's operations should be comprised of production assets capable of providing a stable income, with the balancing 20 per cent. of the portfolio providing significant potential upside, albeit at a higher risk. For the first time I am delighted to report that we are very close to realising that ratio."
"We remain a small and focused management team and naturally every week we must make decisions on where to focus our financial resources and time. Whilst Zoetic has dominated our commitments since the end of the last financial year, I want to assure our shareholders that our other projects remain as viable as they always have been and, even though work may have slowed, the team at Highlands has not lost sight of their potential."
Six weeks later, 4/9/19:
"in the coming months, it is the Company's intention to carry out an orderly sale or closure of its natural resources business, thereby freeing management time and financial resources to concentrate on Zoetic."
"As part of a financial review into the Company's operations, it has become clear that the natural resources business has several liabilities that will need to be satisfied, particularly taxes on production at its East Denver project and potential plugging and abandonment costs at its Montana operations (if it is determined that the project is not viable). "
So were those 80% of assets not "capable of providing a stable income" as suggested in July? Was it a lie? How very odd indeed!
ICblue, Quite a big loss your sat on. Can I ask, were you ever influenced by the Ramping on here ? What stopped you from selling and buying back in at some of the obvious failures along the road ? Was it the overhyped views of certain people who made out that some of the failures weren’t really an issue ?
"Hopefully the October numbers will pave the way!"
I will stick my neck out and guess that CBD income will be less than £50k.
Anyone else care to hazard a guess?
ICblue, I now hold just over 430000 shares at an average of 7.84p, it no secret I’ve been buying and selling over the past 2 years ever since RP fkd us over with the ED wells. Over three years of lies from this company. I was forced on Wednesday to sell and buy some yet again. I Should of waited because I bought above 5p
The point is I used to feel that we had enough projects. To be honest I though we might of seen some more wells in ED and that was the spike I was waiting for to get out.
MbI used to feel comfortable that I would get at least my money back.
I feel for the people who have stuck and never sold on some of the obvious bad news days and will be stuck with such a high average. I still believe investors here were influenced by the likes of HD,BH and BS. At the end of the day we’ve all been screwed over by RP currently sat on just over a £12,000 loss, the only thing I’m hoping is we may get lucky with a spike and I have a low enough average to get out.
Hopefully Nick does announce something next week after the dust settles, I can’t see a massive spike if RP is selling up his shares. The company needs cash I would rather they sell the assets to some else than do a deal with RP.
"Some CBD oil companies have P/E’s of over 200"
Let's find the elusive E first.
All they have done so far is take the P.
Mcap is underpinned by capital assets, but is usually driven by current and future income potential reflected in the P/E ratio. Some CBD oil companies have P/E’s of over 200 and many IT companies are more. However we have little to no income at present and no future income projections yet, so are very vulnerable. If and when we get substantial income and projected income, and an OTC listing then we will be on the way to a brighter future. Hopefully the October numbers will pave the way!
What questions do you want answers to JJAL? If you can't be bothered to contact the company we'll try and fill in some of the gaps for you if we can.
JJAL - if you are a shareholder, why not email them asking them for a statement as detailed in your post. All LTHs are looking for answers and a documented strategy to move the company away from the past, increase the share price thereby delivering shareholder value.I hold 300k at an average of 17p so you can easily work out how much I am under water at the moment! Tell us the truth, what is your holding, no need to include your average!?
I want a statement through an RNS,from a our new CEO clarifying all intentions from the company. Not through a VOX interview, viewed by a hand full of people. Want answers to questions that have been swerved and ignored by Eric B and Robber P over the past three months. Want honest communication. Not a couple of bull sht post on Twitter these were in full flow over the past two months and look what happens.
They’ve already took advantage of people giving them the benefit of the doubt, have they not ? so I think everything they say should be treated as lies until proven otherwise.
What are you talking about JJAL. Read the recent RNS's and watch the recent podcasts. What else are you expecting at the moment?!
Who would think that this was a listed company, we are not on the less regulated aim exchange the directors need to be brought to account
There we go, £10,000. Nick was a broker is he going to buy all in one go or get the best price? Might not be his but a possibility.
Current mcap, 7M, HNR bought Zoetic for 1.5m is it even worth that ? Because we’re not getting any updates or was it all lies ? So do people really believe we will sell the other asset for 5.5 million ? No way will we, unfortunately this could drop even further.
We’ve been done up a kipper. With no come back. Does a £10000 buy from a new CEO show things are ok does it Fck. We need a statement from him.
ArielArrow, it was all about shareholder value, one mans shares, it’s now clear it was a scam all along.
They really turned this into a sheet company, shareholder value ( do they understand that short sentence?
MM's ripping sellers off at the mo like prior to earlier big buy. Wouldn't surprise me to see a another come in.
Good luck to you I’ve been saying that from the high 30’s
X the amount of shares in issue by the current sp and you will get the market cap. We all have to learn sometime
The mkt cap is about £7mill, if the share price was 3p it would be about £4.5 mill.
Just look at HNR fundamentals symbol above. But is often out of date when Sp is moving fast
Loydiee, no disrespect but I can't believe that you are asking those questions,
so what is ours and what are we worth
Lloydiee, market capitalisation is calculated by multiplying the current market price of the company's share with the total outstanding shares of the company. It’s just a mathematical calculation, whether people think a company is worth that Market cap is another conversation all together.
@ Esski it was mentioned at the AGM the HNW investors were a group representing a UK billionaire
