@ 00:23 - Only with reference to past 30 days. I acknowledge, of course, it is well up on my average.
Viable
Treading water? Seriously? I’m looking at a SP up circa 350% over 12 months.
And as concerns news, we all know we get a quarterly update. The last one said:
Accumulated sales orders in Q1 CY2022 totalled 70,200 tonnes, an increase of over 689% compared to the same period last year, and representing:
o 82% of the total 2021 sales orders of 85,000 tonnes
o 47% of the sales target for FY 2022 (150,000 tonnes)
· Experiencing continued increased demand for KP Fértil®
At some point around 30 Jun we all know an update will be due.
Patiently treading water and trying to use imagination to visualise the way forward. Ideally I would like to see 25kg bags being hauled down to Asuncion district and trucks returning to Minas Gerais loaded with ammonia from ATOM/CPH2 ops. Value has to be added to KP as a standalone product should have the added element.
As a result I am in all three companies with PTAL the only other S American interest. BMcM sounds quite laid back on the videos but he must be vexed over JAN's shortcomings. It was one company I considered for months but never gave it a trial.
. . . could do with some meaningful news here.
I’m still going to stick to my 70 aud figure as to not get carried away. And if we are really selling at 140 aud price then that’s excellent. Even at 70 aud we’re in the £4.5-£5m profit for the year region.
Thanks gotabesirius. If we’re selling anywhere in the region your suggesting kp fertil should be sold at then the profit numbers would greatly exceed my expectations. I’ve been working on a 70 aud sales price (50 usd) half what your suggesting.
For sure a certain portion of the sales for this year would have been agreed well in advance so would get a lower price for that. Very encouraged to hear that though and bodes very well. Chique might need to update the options for a higher selling price in the calculator ;)
Bagged fertiliser in the UK is about double the price of bulk.
At $12 per bag you can assume there's at least a 100% mark up so perhaps HMI sell it at around $6 per bag wholesale. Then half the price again for bulk.....so $3 x 40 equals $120 per tonne.
Currently high concentrate NPK fert is trading around the $1000 per tonne mark....and given KP Fertil has around 10% the concentration of NPK you can assume a price of around $100 per tonne currently bulk for KP fertil imho.
Very encouraging, I may try and go through and find verdes 25kg bag price and compare to their 1 tonne price to see if we can make an educated guess how much per tonne kp fertil is selling based off using their 25kg selling price.
The chart is looking rather good at the moment and suggests 22p the next stop before resistance. That would be all time highs. Would imagine a very positive q2 number and guidance could send us well beyond those ATH. Great time to be a shareholder in my opinion. All the best.
DAMN 220 ~ 250kt !
Sod it, I'm going to bed ! :(
Sorry, I meant possibly 220 ~ 250t this year, not by end of 2Q !
Thanks for the information name_mike. That equates to 2,600 Brazilian reals per ton which compares very favourably with last years price of 200 reals per ton. You have to remember, however, the quantity of 25kg bags sold will be considerably lower than the bulk 1 ton orders. Also I would imagine the bags would be going to the reseller for about 35~ 40 reals so they can get their cut.
Two things prompted tonight's post. First, ypymytyc has posted a link to Verde website showing all their products sold out. If this were to be true it shows the robust sales (sorry Brian !) of Brazil's fertiliser/remineraliser market and must surely benefit Harvest as farmers desperately seek fertiliser. My second point was when viewing today's tweet I couldn't help but notice that the ROM pad seems to have practically doubled in comparison to previous photos. It may have been the angle that the photo was taken, but they look extremely busy right now. Can't wait for 2Q figures, 200t looks nailed on now. Anyone for 220 ~ 250t ? Time to start buying again methinks.
KP fertil being sold 65 brazilian reals per 25kg bag by one of our resellers
