Additionally I would add that if I had any faith in a recovery would be averaging down.
If you do go in take advantage of any rise and get out. You maybe able to repeat that a few times before the inevitable
Yes, many ignored his posts and got burnt, thankfully I took heed when tempted at 9 but refrained.
I should have done the same at 2.65 but here we are.I have accepted that my money is lost and think the company will no longer exist in the near future. I'm familiar with Brazil and wouldn't be surprised if this ends up in the Brazilian partners hands at zero cost whilst McM gets a nice pat on the back
Thanks
Just a quick question
Was he trolling the board when the sp went from 4p to 17p?
As I've said this is just a fun punt for me.
As long as it doesn't cease trading, there should be a decent chance of a good return at sub 1p
Probably a nugatory guess, but I'm going for
Spike enabled MMS to offload shares I guess... Now further hmi crash on no news though as before cos be s*** need about to drop.
Barlow,
Have you thought about an account on the other place?
Might just help!
as i had other agricultural related interests (equipment and machinery ) in latin america i too thought that home grown ,eco friendly fertilizer in brazil was a no brainier and started to watch the stock at the time of its initial hype at 23p. i followed it all the way down to the 4 levels and seriously considered buying in but it was smally' s post that made me hesitate.
i was ****ed off with myself when it went to 9 thinking i had been ill advised however from there it was all down hill. i thought it had bottomed and although smally was still dissing it ,i like you thought that what the hell at 2.65 it can't go lower and i can get out with a 100% gain at least. i dipped my toe in the water and now i'm drowning with a more than 100% loss.
i advise you to take heed of the man's warnings....for sure he has some hidden agenda but he has been consistently correct over many years.
compare that with mcmasters track record of bleeding companies.
beware my friend and don't make my mistake
Monkbar, I've read through some of his posts, so not really expecting a reply. He hasn't replied to anything I've asked him so far, so I find it funny to ask him more things!
It's a strange way for anybody to spend their time but it seems all to common and there are many like him on different boards sadly
He won't answer you. Since day one he only ever posts on this share and always negatively. Not one positive piece fo info ever.
That's not to say some of the info isn't correct and valid, but a lot of it is just bluster.
Smalley, i think any sensible business would purchase a known brand with low cost established infrastructure before even starting to look at a pipe dream that may never even get to production.
£7m net assets for a £3m market cap.
The Brazilian market was weird last year, let's see how this year plays out in terms of sales.
It's strange that you seemingly want a business to fail, why is that?
'Worst case it gets bought out for more than current SP imho.'
Do you really think there are potential buyers that would not consider all those active holdings located in the same municipality as a risk to purchase an asset which is currently struggling to sell anything like its production capacity?
A very relevant example:
Verde Fertilizantes have a similar though more advanced situation.
Here's an extract (google translated) from an ANM document (link below) regarding a mining concession very local to Verdes current operation (within 30km). The company, 'Fertimax' have a concession Lavra, full mining licence, enviro licence......they can start production! They have two other local positive prospects and will be a direct competitor to Verde.
Extract:
'- Method: Open pit mining on benches, with mechanical dismantling;
- Annual production: 480,000.00/year;
- Mine life: 21.7 years;
- Disposal of waste: In the case of potassium silicate, the only waste to be
to be removed is made up of the surface layer of soil and vegetables, which will be
stored in the vicinity of the mine in order to facilitate the environmental recovery of
mined areas;
Beneficiation: There will be no processing, the ore will be
sold fresh;
-Initial investment: R$ 272,814.00;
- Gross revenue: R$ 24,000,000.00;

The date of the document on ANM website is 14th August 2023.
Do you think Verde shareholders are aware of these very near assets?
Good Look
Ibarlow thanks for that
I can see he has provided some useful stuff historically, although in a strangely coloured way.
I really don't understand why he is focusing on exploration licences when most of them never become economical and they take years to bring to commercial product.
This is just a small punt for me anyway.
If it doesn't go bust, it should appreciate to atleast 3p, which would give me a few hundred percent.
So that risk reward ratio is ok for me for now pending news
Bfd, I also can't fathom what Smaleyass motive is here but what I do know is that I have been an investor here from time to time but with hindsight I wished I had heeded his advice
DYOR here and Check back over upto 3 years and you will see he has been correct the majority of the time and also has demonstrated an insight into HMI,it's competitors and the industry in general.
Same rubbish and still avoiding the question.
I've no interest in helping you show what an idiot you are or going round in stupid circular debates.
I'll assume you are just a sad fool who has no investment and nothing better to do with their time
First one up will be from a company called 'RBM Consultoria Mineral Eireli'.
They too have a research permit (3 years), extended due to C'vid and now expires October 2024.
This one is interesting because it is adjacent to (due south) a tenement held by Triunfo Mineracao (Harvest) who submitted a 'positive' research report Sept 2023.
Good Look
You avoided the question do you have any investment here?
And as stated before, you can't buy any product from an exploration permit. Whereas you can buy a very easy to mine organic fertiliser from Harvest Minerals.
So your point is kind of pointless
In 2022, Mineração Itaú Ltda ME had only two tenements with research permits in Carmo do Paranaiba municipality.
By the end of last year (2023) they had acquired a further 15 tenements with research permits and a further two with request for research permits.
When Harvest acquired the Arapua prospect it was for a total of 14,946ha.
Mineração Itaú Ltda ME now have 37,416ha - 2.5 times the size of Arapua!
These guys are serious players!
Good Look
Net assets nearly 10m
An established customer base and product.
Market cap just over 3m.
As far as I'm aware it's impossible to buy finished product from an exploration permit.
As I said worth a punt at these levels.
Do you have an investment here at all
'Very little debt...'?
Are you sure about that?
'Worst case it gets bought out for more than current SP...'?
Really?
There are currently 41 active research permits in Carmo do Paranaiba all researching 'Fosfato'.
Why would any company buy from Harvest?
No need!
Good Look
It looks like a few people, myself included, are having a bit of a punt here.
Looking at the Instagram account, it looks like it's BAU. Very little debt and a good asset. Worst case it gets bought out for more than current SP imho.
Q4 sales update might be along in coming few weeks..
Not MM manipulation imho.. Simply that there has been been some ongoing buying here recently .. someone(s) think there's a decent chance of life in this old doggy yet, seemingly.. maybe even someone who knows a guy who knows a guy who understands the next update might show at least some sort of turnaround sign(s) for 24..who knows in this game
I still believe I have a chance of getting my remaining in play bet money back here.. indeed I did a small top up recently .. to get my average down to give me a better chance of that.. still a good ways to go for that happening for me here.. but here's hoping..
Mm s manipulating price prior to find raise??
Still here.
Going.....going.....gone!
We have been robbed by the Brazilians, the useless management and AIM rules which let it happen time after time after time. Yes I have had some great winners via AIM but many SRB experiences too!
But people are buying?
