But, supposedly there are more buys than sells today. It is also worth noting that at least 50% of shares are with large holders so, unless they are selling, the free float shares are considerably less than the quoted shares in circulation.
I sent lots of questions to Vlad, perhaps the only one not deemed inside information that he CAN answer is this one: 16, Where does one get a Hemogenyx T-Shirt? RE why the SP keeps falling? We dont need to ask Vlad that one, the reason the SP keeps dropping is PI's keep selling when the SP drops. Investors are waking up to Hemo, they are buying in, but they need shares. Shares dont grow on trees, they dont appear from the bottoms of Market Makers, they come from other share holders like you and me. When a big investor wants to buy shares in Hemo they ring up a broker and ask for say 250k shares. Where do they get the shares from for that big investor? Why you and me, they drop the price, make it look like the SP is falling and induce the next gullible holder to sell their shares so that the big investors order can be filled. While people keep doing this the SP will keep falling.
If your one of the ones who are likely to sell when the SP falls please just sell now and be done with it, once it stops working the MMs have to raise the price to induce sellers, but its ALOT more profitable for them to drop.
Consider they agree to sell 100k shares to bob at current price of 8p. They have 50k and need another 50k, they drop the price to say 7p and get the remainder of the shares THEY pocket the difference, if they know it will work time and again they are more than happy to take the order, much more risky for them going up.
Exciting times ahead with numerous updates on all of our current work programmes. I like your thinking JHFH, Vlad and Eli Lilly representation sitting all cosy at the webinar like two grinning cheshire cats, hopefully dropping major value adding hints or updates if not already released via RNS beforehand. I'll need to finish work early on Monday.
Re the webinar there are several possibilities: 1, No news just sit there and answer some questions and clear the air around some rumors and give some confidence to the market so the SP can recover and stabalise, IE fight the de-rampers and give a little growth to the SP 2, News before, even that morning, questions have to be in tomorrow giving 3 days to sift and sort, then its an easy case to say these questions have been answered by the licencing agreement or whatever announced today. Releasing news AFTER the Q&A window closes also prevents us asking any probing questions about that news, IE gives alot more control to Vlad to control the Webinar. 3, News AT the webinar, note the time, its 4pm, no reason that he cannot announce sensitive news at 4:30 provided there is a supporting RNS before markets open the next day, or there could be an RNS at 4pm to coincide, especially considering its after the NASDAQ opens so Eli Lilly could release an RNS state side. Bottom line is he wont release market sensitive information inside market hours inside the Webinar, but when you consider the timing it is very possible for news to be released just before or towards the end.
Also, dont be surprised to see more than Vlad in this one, Eli Lilly are public now, its not a pre-recorded session, dont be surprised if someone from Eli Lilly is on the call also!
It’s easy to say you think there will be news. Yet, in the webinar they cannot release price sensitive information. What it might be is a chance to have investors questions answered an update on financials and what they did with the placing money.
He could give an opinion such as “LTH will be rewarded in the coming months” “our investors market has changed by having more retail investors”
I’m not a long term holder so it’s hard for me to say buying in at 9. I was worried either way if I don’t buy I’ll miss the increase and have to buy higher but I was also aware it would go back to 7.
I’ve no problem holding for the price target I’ve set myself I think it’s quite ambitious but I feel the company will move forward strongly. Not in a matter of days more likely months medium to long term view is needed.
Worrying about daily SP rise and falls benefits no one. Late/delayed trades are good but do nothing for the current SP. I expect the MMs to walk this down further without news. Moreover, when news lands and it’s about licenses I expect it to trade between 9-15.
That’s my take on it anyway Market cap is quite low shares appear to be in sticky hands and not too many outstanding so best thing imo is to hold and force the MMs to hike the price to fair value.
I honestly think we'll have an update / news before Mondays Webinar, the globalco reveal felt like there was definately something to follow in the lead up to Monday. Could be this afternoon, could be tomorrow, but certainly feel that we'll be dropping any collaboration news in line with American markets now. Tuesday would have been the ideal time to drop news if we had any, to follow on the back of Mondays near 50% increase, could be a bit of naiveity on the companies behalf there not to follow it right up, but I can't believe people are selling at these prices, hopefully its just the ones who caught the spike, we've all been there. It crossed my mind to sell some at 10p but wasn't worth the risk if i couldnt buy my volume back - so 25% drop since Mondays rise, we'll make that back many times over in the coming months. Im looking forward to the next few trading days, something is definately brewing.............GLA
