First, apologies for my lack of knowledge of this CLN funding thing. Is this situation similar to that experienced by Iconic labs (another main market stock) ? They had a funding facility which they closed early, legal problems, BOD legged it, new bod, reinstated funding facility, etc, etc. Hemo have not taken the full £60M worth of funding from MINT from what I can see and closed early. As I said I do not have an understanding of these financing arrangements but see a similarity here. GLA
The CLNs were an error in judgement but, as a long term holder, I'm pleased to see the company recognise it and put an end to it. The damage today is lower than the damage of persistent conversion driving the price down.
I agree that this draws a useful line in the sand. Onwards and upwards.
I don't like dilution but actually agree with JHFH. This is the lesser evil and hopefully it will bring a much needed stability to SP and the company. IMO in a longer term this SP should prosper and reach respectable levels, so it's an excellent time to get in. Such bold move may also indicate that the company is ready to bloom. Otherwise finding an investor happy to buy off the debt and convert into shares would be impossible.
I wonder what Vlad's next tweet will be!!
I wonder if the word " sorry" is included....or the statement " I acknowledge I owe all LTH big time and I will ensure you are rewarded for the loyalty you have shown me"
Somehow I doubt it very much because he and his mates will be ok
Shares for the boys JHFH.
I wouldn't blame you if you did flip 'em.
The life of a lowly p.i is a position that I accept :-) .
It looks like Vlad bottled it at the prospect of someone snatching his beloved Hemo from under his nose.
On this we agree...
I sent the link to primary bid several times saying please please raise what you want with the institutional investors but please do a primary bid offering and open it after the market closes to all share holders. Totally agree that not including all investors was not good. I did try and get people to contact Peterhouse but obviously I was very limited in what I could say. I hope some listened and took my advice and took part in the placing. I know a few for sure did but would hope many more quietly also did. That said, there was not alot of stock available for PIs I believe.
Spot on DanRey..............
@B1ll, I have not flipped any shares, I used this as an opportunity to average down, but my fundamental opinion has not changed. I am not flipping for 10-20%, I accept some have to sell a few to cover leveraged positions, I did not do that.
If the company had really cared about the shareholders we would have had an open offer to all shareholders and not just a select few!
It's easy for people to defend and ramp this when they've picked up shares at 1.5p, they have no thought for the ones that woukd have bought at 7, 8, 9p etc.
Hi JHFH, one thing that is an issue for me, is that people such as yourself will just flip the shares that you hold now and swap them for shiny new one's at a much reduced rate.
I suppose it doesn't make much difference now because the floor had been set at 1.5p, but Vlad has lost the trust of a lot of people.
InVladwetrust?.......not so sure now
With Vlad running things, have to hope he doesn't work out another way to screw this up.
JHFH I wouldnt say LTH's have won considering most of us are down by over 70%!
Bo, the funding they have will easily see out the rest of the year, at some point in the future they either partner up, licence, sell, place. God knows, but thats a problem for next year.
JHFH Mint are gone, and so what?
Do you think the company currently has enough funding to get all the clients through to end of phase 2?
Looks to me like we still need funds, and that's most likely going to mean more dilution, even after the Mint debacle is out to bed.
Karma JHFH. Good luck.
@Ssccss, I have been reading your posts for a long time (unfortunatly) what a dispicable human being you are, you gloated and expressed joy when the SP was falling, now Mint are gone and the floor has been put in place to stop further falling your angry and spiteful because your go-to CLN deramping tool is gone, unlucky.
@B1ll yes I did, and I tried to get as many LTHers to make contact and take part as possible as I knew eventually it would happen. I did not want it all going to institutions and funds, I dont know how many did actually take part but I know some did for sure.
I am a LTH. I have been reading your posts for a long time. What a despicable human being you are.
Ssccss sadly you have lost and LTH'ers have won. Mint are GONE. CLNS are GONE
No more conversion
No more Mint shorting
No more BS on this board hour after hour, day after day about how the next RNS will be ANOTHER conversion
No more "I will look at buying in at 1p"
No more "This is going sub 1p and being suspended"
Its done, any churn now is from investors who cannot convert CLNs to get the shares they want cheaper.
Any shares sold have been bought at an absolute minimum of 1.5p, Get on your horse mate, your deramping efforts are pointless now, you need a new playbook, Mint are GONE.
everyone had the chance to sell when mint were announced months ago as this was only going one way without lily. Instead quite a few were jumping up and down at the prospect of the mint finance.
Jhfh, your totally glossing over how the company got into this **** state, do you believe with the CLNs now gone Vlad has suddenly turned into an astute businessman over night ?
He’s still steering the ship and god only knows what his next plans may include.
All is far far from rosey in the garden!!
@JHFH.....you took part in the placing?
The manipulation doesn't work anymore JHFH. You're transparent now. Good luck. You need it more than the rest of us.
Trust we will not be seeing you here again Ssccss, you were only here to dwell upon the misery of ongoing conversion after conversion, always wanting it to go down and to pile on the pain of PIs who were suffering.
Sorry MINT ARE GONE.
Future conversions ARE GONE.
