I would say, IF Vlad can't handle, sell it and jogg off, investors nightmare will come to an end
Good luck to you too. I bought in at 7p and again at 4, oh well. A bit of patience and hopefully we'll do well in the years to come. I keep hesitating at putting more in when it dips under 2p...i'm still tempted.
Commercial lease deals do not happen over night and nor do they happen without clear productivity in sight. Property negotiations have therefore been going on some time in readiness for the licensing deal with Eli Lilly. It shows a clear independent plan.
I therefore think that progress will accelerate and announcements will be not too far away. Perhaps Vlad has his eyes on becoming a big Pharma as well. GLA
"Had Hemo simply raised last year at circa 7p they could have raised the £12m with a raise of around 171m shares"

If you want the City to do a placing...they tell you what price they are willing to do it.... if you want a better price ..you have to argue your point....doesn't mean you will get it
The fact they didn't do it as 7p...probably means there weren't the takers ...
Companies are often in contact with the City for feedback/funding opinion ... they know what is possible and what isn't
980m shares @ 1.97p = 490m shares @3.94p (which doesn't sound so bad and is the same thing )
"Orgenisis are going to need settlement soon." - 7th November 2021 , the 3 year is due
Funding for trials ....
at some point further down the line ...it is possible.... they might seek a US partner who would pay for the later trials but then be contracted to take revenue/royalties from future US sales in the future ( whatever might be agreed ) as a partner
..... could be an alternative path ....going it alone right the way through to commercial success is a tough cookie for a tiddler like Hemo .... i.e. don't sell out the company ...but find a partner
@Shuggysixtytwo I am sorry to hear you are so far underwater, I can only hope you recover soon. Your point about failure to take a placing last year instead of the CLN's is valid, it would have been much better to offer a massive discount then rather than endure the pain of the CLN's. Vlad stated that just "holding the financing facility" gave them leverage, I would love to know what advantage was achieved that just having £12m via a placing would not have achieved, but this is history.
In terms of your other points "WHERE IS THE FUNDING FOR TRIALS COMING FROM?" Vlad has stated that there is no placing coming, they are fully funded for the immediate future. Either he is lying or he is telling the truth, I will trust him. Of course you are correct that clinical trials are expensive but it has been stated that Hemogenyx are funded through to Phase 1/2a of CAR-T trials then there is no dilution or fundraiser coming until next year. It could be a placing or it could be non dilutive funding, either way its after some results from clinical trials. Same goes for your question about Orgenesis in November, and the answer is the same. Vlad has stated no placing, either he is lying as a CEO or he is telling the truth.
It's been a while since I posted. Still holding with my 'paper' deficit of circa 4m shares at 6-8p.
It is going to take some time for things to unfold. The debacle started with Mint. Had Hemo simply raised last year at circa 7p they could have raised the £12m with a raise of around 171m shares, which, at the time would have added to the 434m shares to a total of 605m.
All things being equal, a pro-rata drop in the share price might have been around 7p going to 5p from the raise.
Now we stand at almost 1bn shares at 2p. Not so great. I have not seen anyone pointing out the above as an alternative to the MINT CLTs.
Hulver rightly noted the Orgenisis CLT funding. Goodness knows what HEMO is going to do about that in November. Radio silence on that matter from the board.
The company is going forward now with CDX and CART, which is great. The inflexion point has been reached.
However, HEMO is paying ELI and not the other way around. Orgenisis are going to need settlement soon.
In my book it is clear why the share price is sitting around at 2p. WHERE IS THE FUNDING FOR TRIALS COMING FROM?
£10m, whatever they have in the bank, is little to show for proving all this unfulfilled potential.
I will go back into my box again nursing my paper loss for another six months.
But would advise any new investors to think hard, and go over the HEMO history.
Great things are possible, but, at present they need MONEY.
All my most humble opinion.
