The RNS today is a line in the sand for me and I know I have to move forward. I am upset with what has happened that has led us to this current price but it is what it is and now all we can do is hope to make our money back. Many have made it clear how we feel and I think it is understandable to be angry. I am now hoping that we will start to see some positve RNS with some decent working time frames. Vlad has no glory in todays outcome as he has ultimatly led to this debacle however I am relient on him and the board to move us forward. Maybe they will redeem themselves yet. I hope so for all of us.
Let see it learn . CLN is dead now and it make kill share so we cant talk it anymore but stop it now is the same a start point for share grow. We dont know When they public rns on any good news yet but this hope for future so buy more for me as I would like to hold it long term
Yes this kill more but at least we see the end of CLN and if any positives news share will fly . If the CLN not sort out anynews will be push down so on long tern this is good . It is bad from start of CLN for so let forget it and looking to have some good news.
Ssccss, I am disappointed how it has came to this and yes bad decisions had been made on the board. However looking forward is all we can do now, CLNs removed and strongly believe this will rerate and improve long term. I am averaging just under 6p and so yes considerably down as a majority of investors here. What I was getting to my previous message is the character assasination of JHFH. It isn't his problem that some of us are underwater. It isn't his problem no-one else on the board called up to get involved with the placing. Can we just focus on the positives now CLNs have gone. This board used to be a good source of knowledge, but is it just filth now.
Ollie, I have to say, considering there is a very experienced financier on the board, this particular scenario came out of left field for most! I am absolutely astounded that hemo have destroyed the SP and LTH shareholder value by taking death spiral financing. The board are supposed to protect and promote shareholder value. Not decimate it. This is NOT AIM.
Jemg, yes I know exactly what I am writing as I took part, and my broker was willing to let me subscribe for DOUBLE what I could afford to pay for, I would have paid half and they would have allowed me to buy the other half on credit with like a day or so to settle the account. As it turns out allocations got cut in half so never an issue. Not a significant leverage but its still 2:1
With all due respect Ssccss, thats not really JHFH's problem. He couldn't have said anything when he was inside. Did we expect him to spoon feed all PIs to ring up and get involved by offering a direct line or a templated email? What's done is done now. Everyone wanted CLNs gone and complained for months. Oh look.. their gone! Now everyone is looking for something/someone else to blame. Not one PI here was forced at gun point to press the buy button on Hemo. They did it with their own due diligence (you hope). We can only look forward now and focus on the science. GLA
Its been a very strong day for volume! I am very surprised that so many of the placee shares have been sold, I can only guess that alot of the shares were leveraged? Crazy, but the market demanded CLNs go, they are gone, downward pressure lifted we will recover. But no I never in a month of sundays expected us to close red -17%
Did you get in touch with Peterhouse when I posted that they were looking at ways to get rid of the CLNs? Vlad said in his interview he was looking rid of them, it was on the wall, everyone could have gotten involved if they wanted too. When I knew it was happening I obviously could say nothing, you had to have taken the time beforehand to say you wanted to take place in any future placings. But it should not have come as a surprise, tbh I think Badger probably took place in it, he is well connected and I am sure he would have found out about it. But the big relief is the lack of fear now, no more worrying for months on end about when the CLNs will finish.
Is possible, but it will NOT BE Mint have converted more CLNS. I get people are a bit peeved, but seriously how fed up were people getting of every day checking to see if Mint had converted any more CLNs, if there would be any more big dump towards 1p. While mint were dumping this company was un-invest-able. Tomorrow morning when you wake up you wont be dreading ANOTHER conversion, its done. Mint do not have any shares or CLNS left. The volume today has been massive, ALOT of new shares into the market, but they are not in mints hands. Whoever bought shares did not buy them to short/crash the SP/ convert lower. Thats the big difference. A line has been drawn under the death spiral finance.
Today has been crazy for volume and posts, but tomorrow? People will have chilled somewhat and decided to either move on or buy in. People cant just hang around any more predicting ANOTHER CLN conversion, they have lost their main weapon.
I for one am really looking forward to going to bed not worrying about what Mint will do next.
I hope never to hear the name Mint capital ever again.
