With that comes smaller margins in the future/bigger liability to Lilly.
Not sure they are the charitable type.
I think Vlad may be trying to get a deal of sorts from EL with enough payment to cancel the CLN and and buy back the diluted shares which have been issued to date around the mint agreement.
Total guess, but the idea is plausible
Need minimum of what £25m to through year?
What’s the maximum Hemo could get out of a placing? PR machine cranking up (slightly). Is there one in pipeline to cancel CLN’s. Then you would assume Vlad would have to secure other funding.
They have finished their job in here so what do you want to know more? money in pocket and go , some people will hold Hemo share longer as it should.
Has anyone heard from lunus or Pingu recently? The magic beans they've been selling don't seem to work.
I planted them as instructed, applied manure as instructed, but just ended up with a field of manure.
Vickaroo and Swimming of course they sold and gone simple. it is all money that is main why people come here. as soon as people sell it they forget what is company is dong .
some people said .they got 4.5 millions share and disappear too. they are old one and news comer just jump in to hope Hemo 50 times rise over night. Let ask Vlad some research 3 years ago they need update but nothing get out then Covid play land something CBR which until now dont know when to start a trial too? It is only one thign show how fast this company to do the job and dont hope they will doing fast as people like .
CJ - the most disgusting thing is your continued fascination and trolling on this BB.
There is no cult. You are simply goading a bunch of investors who believe in Hemo pipeline.
You clearly think you are better that everyone else. Well done. Well done if you timed this right.
But most of what you put in is is pure wind up material.
For sure, our Tweeting CEO has got a lot to answer for.
Good night
Star, I truly find genuine PI’s losing money disgusting whilst others bathe in champagne. The pre Christmas pump was unacceptable. We all know the rules and risks but it take time to understand the market. This is main market and not even AIM!!!
I feel Covid arrived at the right time,
I for one will be asking Vlad how many lives HEMO has saved.
I won’t be pressured into the Channel 5 style, oh it’s charity advert.
Vlad needs to deliver. As a CEO he is shocking. However in his words he is the best man for the job..wonder why if he has cost shareholders 14% of £12m (give or take 1% or £1m for a smart arse)
Here’s a question to almost all on this board. Bearing in mind the threats on ADVFN for legal action, can any of you give me an example of corporate forward statements since 2017,
which are true and on time and will have a meterial effect on SP and give you the belief to invest?
I do find it fascinating how people are expected to never to change their perspectives in light of new information on this board.
There is a weird air of "be brave, take the risk, fight the fear....lose the money...keep your chin up...don't have any regrets or try to learn from your mistakes...**** happens..."
That's not my style.
B1ll, not at all. I made a massive error by ignoring the red flags and thinking other more experienced investors must have known more information then I had access to in the RNS's. I hesitated to sell because I wanted to believe the positivity and now I'm down like everyone else here. I am not posting to say I called it right. I didn't. However, I do now have a much better understanding of the situation and I am posting to clarify what we know now i.e. the established facts and to stop people being sucked into more rubbish which is being spouted.
Bill, as stated there are a few on here who have taken PI’s on a ride.
The Billionaire is out to make money. He isn’t a friend of PI’s or Vlad.
Next 12months will depend on a corporate sponsor not on a product. Obviously there will a pump (very soon, probably CBR) and maybe an old associate helping Vlad out. HEMO can’t afford to pay off
CLN unless someone like Caplan comes forward. Inflection 2022, if still liquid (thus my shock at Vlads payrise for achieving nothing commercial). I don’t
Wish the majority bad luck. However those who tried to fleece everyone need to be held to account.
Sub 4 all year? Maybe a pump will take it beyond short term.
Remember Vlads elation and arrogance of 8p over 5 years..
C.J.....cults are for the needy.
I've got my own mind buddy :-)
C.J, you've got thick skin. You can handle it. You dish it out on a daily basis. I have a little dig , but I genuinely wish you well.
A lot of what you say is correct, but winding some folk up isn't nice.
Financially, things could be very different here.
You're a well researched guy and know that one bit of 'the right' news could flip this.
Investing is all about timing and I timed this one wrong, but I'm not shocked at where Hemo is at. I've seen situations like this (tanked s.p not CLN admittedly) turn out great.
So let's say you have actually called it right , where do you see Hemo at in 12 months?. I would be very interested to read what you have got to say.
OnedollarBill, ORPHY and HH all in denial and under the cult influence.
.....and then you've got Mr positive who has lost the plot all together.
Got to laugh .
Worse things happen at Sea :-)
@Ssccss, you've started to post like you've called the situation at every step, but I've seen your posts evolve from something different.
Ofcourse we all know that C.J flooked the toss of a coin call and lack CDX deal tanked us 30% in one day making his call become reality (sorry trolls I can't remember you all).
Yes, We've had some of the finest rampers in Rampland, but we are all big boys and girls and must take our losses on the chin.
Now we are trying to tread water with Mint hovering with a helping foot above our head.
The next snippet is from the Mintcap website......."Our clients are our life-blood. We ensure that we take the time to understand their business, key requirements and investment risk profile. We are dedicated to building long-term relationships with each of them and see them as 'stakeholders' in our business; so we endeavour to align our own interests to their success.".
Makes me laugh (in a sarcastic sense) how they use the phrase "life blood" ......tanking a company called Hemo, whose aim is to find a cure for blood cancer!!!.
I'm just venting a bit, so I hope you folks don't mind.
Come on Hemo!!!
Hoping to have a deal with GC on CDX have been closed so from now the situation move to next level. . Nothing can sell now and GC doesnot take any option then Hemo must do all of that work on their owe money.
The faster they can do the job and bring any positive the better it will. But it cost a lot money to do that and there is no guarantee at all.
On the next three months they will have an IDN for human trial then data back will tell us hope or lost . If first time pass hopefully it shot share up and share will fly but if it failed we will deepen in red.
Mint will try to get out from the day Hemo public on that trouble with GC . They dont have time to wait more so just sell it off and we see they are constantly selling now untill finish first 12 millions . I dont think they will give 48 millions to Hemo any more. There is little thing left to make sure to money will be returned so they will go.
It’s like his PR, cheapest is best. Indications that a small Turkish outfit are running it.
The wonderful of cheapest financial bring a lot pump to share holder and Vlad dont have any experience with thus kind of liad. He only thinked cheapest is better...
If it is too good to be true maybe it is not. In this case it show true face hiw difference from RNS to real one.
Ssccss. Spot on. You might never agree with me, but in this instance I totally agree with you.
A financial instrument used for poor credit with high worth investors getting a great rate of return.
Vlad even stated in one of his interviews that Mint were the best because they were the cheapest!
Of course it was never an investment. Why would a single client invest £60m with no voting rights using an intermediary who is pulling all the strings. What nonsense. It was always a cheap form of finance which without a fixed or controlled conversion price could turn into this ridiculous situation.
