B1ll, your not one that comes across as a troll or anything so no issues at all with what your saying or questions your asking, its sound. I am just relieved that today has finally come, for what its worth with GlobalCo I was led to believe it was a done deal too but I never talked to anyone at Hemo regarding anything other than the financing, I didnt care until CLNs were gone. Since then I believe that there was alot of misunderstandings, for Vlad the best deal is GlobalCo fund CDX but Hemo own it until proof of clinical trials. The rest of the market, myself included expected GlobalCo to licence it early.. HOWEVER I am not commenting on those negotiations, I just know that expectations were wrong, but honestly I heard the same as everyone else from people who were asking those questions.
With regards to Mint, the CLNs etc etc.... Yes I was positive about them being repaid before, but it was not me making anything up, they were trying to do this for a long time but it has taken bloody ages. I dont know the whole details but i know there were issues about raising the full amount, legal complexities that just kept delaying and delaying it. Honestly I expected to be buying in the placing about a month ago and expected to be paying 5p, but it never happened because of setback after setback.
As for my opinion on the CLN loans? I have hated them for months since the initial draw down fixed the maximum price at 8p. I hated the loan and hated the fact it left Hemo wide open to shorters. I emailed Vlad, I emailed the BoD I made phone calls, texts I have been hounding them for months to get rid of these god awful things. But I did that in private not here like many others chose to do, I stayed largely quiet because the only people it helped was mint and the shorters by airing my concerns in public.
Like I have stated before and state again, the CLN loan facility represented good value for money and was a good deal while the SP was high. The fact that these past few months I have remained very positive and bullish was not me trying to mislead anyone, I was constantly expecting the CLNs to be repaid at any moment. Further I have not sold a share since last year, I have held thoughout this whole fiasco. Atleast nobody can accuse me of being a flip flop, I have remained positive since I started investing here and I remain positive. If at some point I ever decide to sell I will sell and move on, you wont find me hanging around like a bad smell deramping, something that seems to happen far to often with this share.
@JHFH......Mint never had any risk.
People with deep pockets have been hovering round Hemo for a while and you know it.
Only losers here are p.i's.
Thinking back from 6p after the covid placing your sources have been wrong time after time.
I am totally not being disrespectful, but from CLN stories to Global co. misinterpretation 2+2 isn't equalling 4 .
Now we have you telling us about the details of the latest funding scenario?.
For starters today was sold at cost price, there cannot be any dispute, its there in black and white and I phone up to check. The £8.1mil of CLNS were bought from Mint at cost price for £8.1 they did not profit.
Go back to the start of the CLNs and you will see 600k in shares was paid for the fee, at the time we saw the trades and it was determined by the majority that they had sold the 7.7mil shares at approx £500k, but this was profit. After that we had conversions and average trade prices before. We saw the shares being borrowed, we know when and for how much the conversions were with, so 1-2mil profit during the early days is an estimate but it wont be massively off.
If they were still making big profits they would not have agreed to sell all at cost and waive the 14%
How do you know all of their doing business? It seem like that you are doing their job and show out the way it is.
True, we may have to wait to see, it could be the same buyer as David on twitter is talking about a "fund" all i was told was "buyer" no details of it being an individual, fund or company so curious to find out.
Forward sold at 1.75 may
JHFH.....TR1 will can't be issued yet, as the shares haven't officially hit the market.
One thing will be established within a few days after the shares officially hit the market is if your £2m friend has forward sold.......
Bill they made a profit early on, but they were selling some of the later tranches at a loss, they "borrowed" 10s of millions of shares and would sell as many as possible for 2-3 days, then do a conversion to guarantee the lowest price since they borrowed to avoid any risk, but then they would have to churn and sell the remainder of the millions over the coming week or two. They took a hair cut on some of the shares they sold but up front they did make a profit so it balanced out.
From what I have been told, they were inexperienced, had never done anything like this before, never expected it to be so hard to churn out £12mil, lied about wanting to hold long term and basically got themselves trapped. Which is why this morning they sold the remainder of the CLNs at face value and did not take a profit, they were happy to walk away with what profit they had previously made. Also Hemo did not have to pay the 14% that people expected.
@JHFH......Mint will not have sold for a loss, no way.
That's a bigger joke than saying Vlad negotiated good terms
Watching this play out is truelly terrible I have some share not many some I know have. Many many what a mess they will require some huge find some amazing venture in order to reach coup faith and th share price well 10p looks miracle land shocking so many promises so many taken into the dream and himself Vlad needs to look deep poor show
@nomlungu, yes! My maths is off, your right, we should see a TR-1, atleast one in the coming days.
Mint made probably 500k in the initial fee, then before the GlobalCo RNS probably 1-2mil, but after that they sold a considerable chunk at a loss. On their £12mil investment I doubt they made more than 1mil in the end, not a bad return but hardly a fortune, they did all that damage for very little return. The placing today they sold all at cost to Hemo and investors, they did not profit from todays events.
'I know one buyer asked for £4.5mil got £2mil so they are unlikely to require a TR-1, no idea if there will be any other TR-1s coming.'
£2m at 1.5p would be 133m shares which is around 13.5% of the issued share capital. A TR-1 will be required if your facts are correct.
Vlad is a total joke.
This latest episode has made Mint Fortune and the 'boy and girls club' a Fortune.
This proves that Vlad hasn't got a clue how to run a company - this is a massive back track .
Who the feck negotiated terms with Mint?.
I wonder if this whole situation was managed to suit others.
Nobody can be that stupid surely.
All the above doesn't really matter to Vlad because he has his wages and funding sorted for a while.
Hi, sorry just seeing this now, my average is probably around the 3-3.5p mark or somewhere like that after today's new shares, so while I am in profit with the new shares I really am not planning to sell any of them any time soon and prefer to have a lower average.
Regarding questions I have seen:
1, The broker can forward sell the shares, so some of the shares sold today are probably placee's who likely over subscribed and had to sell a percentage of their new shares to cover their investment. Some will have sold most of their shares and be sitting with a free ride having never put in a penny.
2, People asking when mint are selling, mint sold all the CLNs to the Placees, they dont have 100mil shares, they are all gone, mint are out, they may have had a few million left but certainly not the 100Mil, they likely cleared up last week when they stopped dumping and converting.
3, It looks like very few PI's took part, nobody is naming names but looks like vast majority of the shares were taken up buy a very small number of buyers. By all accounts it looks like they didn't go out to to the market as they had more than enough people signing up, I was very persistent so they probably included me to shut me up and I know a few others but its been silent on twitter as to who else was involved. I know one buyer asked for £4.5mil got £2mil so they are unlikely to require a TR-1, no idea if there will be any other TR-1s coming.
Anyway like I said, its a crp conversion price, I was happy to pay 1.9p and had it happened at that a week ago everyone here would be happy and the fall would have been less drastic but there were legal issues, its very hard to raise so much capital as a percentage of the MCap in one placing. I wish it had been done weeks and weeks ago at a much higher price with much less dilution, but it didnt happen when I thought it would. People are still predicting falling below 1.5p, I would like to know who you think is willing to sell below 1.5p? I am not, whoever or whatever bought £2mil worth are very unlikely to sell below 1.5p, so who exactly is going to sell at 1p?
Looking forward to the next NON CLN related RNS to land, be good to get back to curing cancer and not have this board 99.9% filled with talk about CLNs and death spiral financing.
MissC I second that. I asked JHFH earlier this morning, but not sure if it was lost in the noise........
JHFH, I would love to know what your current average is so I can decide whether or not to take your positivity with a pinch of salt or not.
Also need to get on with some work, have a good day folks.
I'm not sure they will just shelve everything else and focus on this for next year or two, but could happen.
Will wait and see, but wouldn't be surprised if they go for more funding to keep everything progressing.
Sorry Bo, cant stay away, (Although i really need too as I will get reamed if I dont do some work..). This is from the drawdown:
o approximately £5 million on completing Phase I/IIa clinical studies aimed at achieving clinical proof of concept and advancing HEMO-CAR-T towards later stages of clinical trials including Phase II and Phase III. The Company intends to initiate PhaseI/IIa clinical studies by the end of 2021/beginning of 2022.
They have 5mil for CAR-T, I dont know about CBR, I dont think its anywhere near clinical trials and same for HuPHEC so that leave CDX. The sounding implied that funding wont be required to bring it to clinical trials, but very vague just need to wait and see on that front, but clearly states clinical trials for CAR-T is funded to phase1/2a and that for me has always been the big money play given they dont owe anyone anything for it.
Not sure how you keep an eye on 40 stocks every day, finding 12 more than plenty.
For my part, I'm just questioning some of the posts which JHFH is making that suggest we have enough funding to progress through clinical trials.
I don't think that's the case, at least we wouldn't be able to pursue all clients through phase 2 trials with current funding.
We could maybe at a push get them all through phase 1, but at that point the company won't be able to show the candidates are effective.
Not sure why everyone is laying into JHFH because he's now in a better position than some here. He had indeed been highlighting the possibility of all this happening. He is also quite correct re this comment......
Mint would have dragged this SP to 1p, no doubt about it and it would have taken months. So be angry all you want but at least this is the end of the death spiral financing. CLNs are gone.
I am ****ed to with Vlad and agree he should stay in the lab, stop tweeting his rubbish and get someone else to oversee the company's business end while he focuses on the science.
I was locked in at 6p and I never sell at a loss unless the company is dying or goes under, SXX a prime example. I am however heavily diversified across my fund account and ISA, currently managing over 40 stocks now across multiple sectors. Will I buy more here, nope unless I see some positive movement as Vlad has lost my trust....FOR NOW. To ever get into bed with the habitual crooks MINT was a disaster from the off but blaming an individual investor is simply silly. That boys is investing........live with it
Doesn't say they have enough funds to get through clinical trials, reading it, this just suggests funds are there to prepare for the trials, not the trials themselves...
I honestly think we all will get the opportunity to buy below 1.5 in next few weeks.
Lol, I don't think anyone is jealous of you buying at 1.5p. We will probably get that opportunity in the next week or two.
