Global Co are obviously happy enough with CDX development to sign a Lupus and platform deal for developing other autoimmune conditions. CDX deal is certainly in the bag. The new agreements are in line with CDX deal which we can assume Vlad is happy with the framework terms they have in place with Global Co.
I've no idea if the mention of peptides broadens Hemos potential portfolio. Any views?
JHFH my wag is that we will find out Global Co when they sign the CDX deal to go into phase 1 as this will include payments which will be material, plus the trail will need to be logged and partnership announced.
I suspect if we have further success on Lupus, COVID or other autoimmune condition Global Co will take a good look at buying Hemo. My view on buy out have changed today, given Vlads comment on organisational fit.
Big news, if I were short, out or a day trader I would be thanking Vlad today. He's given you an opportunity to rectify your missteps
@jhfh definitely get that list of questions emailed in now so it gets them thinking. HEMO need to realise the kind of detailed answers shareholders are after right now - it's an 'investor' presentation, not a 'shareholder' one so let's hope they do actually intend to respond to 'hard-hitting' questions, not just general overview faff.
It's a shame it's not through a more prominent media site - I mentioned I emailed them last week suggesting doing more presentations, but with Proactive, Vox etc. - but it's definitely better than nothing and good to see them pushing themselves to shout about HEMO more.
Dr, I think given the 17th is the cut off it will be some days before that we have a signed licencing agreement with Global Co, but thats just my thoughts, most people submitting questions will have already sent them by the 17th. The 14th of this month is 2 years and 2 months since the Development Agreement providing free support in discovering, developing and engineering antibodies with specific focus of Hemogenyx bi-specific CDX antibodies was signed. I always thought the 3 months would have a 1 month buffer built in so thats my guess, the 14th. Today was clearly intended as a small booster to raise profile and SP as we go forward, nothing negative disclosed, but again verbal confirmation of excellent progress and hints at developing "Actual products". You never can know with Vlad but considering he is hosting a live webinar you really do have to imagine he will want to have as much published before as possible, does anyone REALLY think he wants it to go like this: "Dr Vlad, Can you tell us the up front payments expected from Global Co on the CDX Antibody? Vlad: No Comment" "Dr Vlad, Can you comment on the Pfizer document that looks exactly like Hemo CDX Antibody with canny timing concidence? Vlad: No Comment" "Dr Vlad, Can you tell us what progress has been made towards a treatment for Covid-19? Vlad: No Comment" "Dr Vlad, Can you tell us what progress has been made towards a Covid-19 test? Vlad: No Comment" "Dr Vlad, You mention Material Support from Global Co towards Lupus work, does this include money? If so How much? Vlad: No Comment" "Dr Vlad, in your video you mention developing the tools as Actual Products, can you comment on how many Pharma are using Hemo mice and what they are paying? Vlad: No Comment"
Sersiously does anyone think he wants that? Given he will not be able to release any market sensitive information IN the zoom call it must come before. Cut off for questions is 17th which is next Friday, I am expecting an exciting next 2 weeks.
Makes not much difference to me revealing Globalco. It might give a PR push and more awareness to the public, but honestly all it matters for me is that they are Global big Pharma. That covers and supports everything.
The only thing could add more value is to specify if they a top5, top10 or top100 Pharma, just to scale it.
Maybe it is a top5 and that would give it away too easily so this is why it is not revealed.
You could also make the argument that this was about softening up the investors to an idea that we have been working as a division within the Global Pharma, so when they come along with an offer at a 25% premium to current price we should all take it. You could further suggest this is really highlighting that we are only doing a small piece of the work in the overall chain...again supporting a lower premium on takeover.
I don't believe this to be the case at all, but I'm getting tired of the folks rushing to rose-tinted conclusions on everything else in the short term. LTH here, and have steadily increased holdings heading back towards the levels I held pre the top-slicing with the mad run a couple of months back....believe the value in Hemo comes over a longer time horizon that everyone is speculating, but I'd happily be wrong.
Didn't realise this would make so much debate. Ok, questions have to be in on 17th, so RNS on 17th to reveal GlobalCo and then the webinar on 20th. I think too much thought is being put into this, I don't know for sure this is the reason for the Webinar. Today though, very positive stepping stone and it would be a special kind of stupid to put yourself in the firing line without some positive news to back you up. Hemo are very professional, but at heart, they are scientists, not PR guys. Vlad want's to cure, we need to still give him space. Hopefully though, as income streams come online, he outsources this!
Clearly there are a sequence of events which need to happen before Globalco co is announced. From the webinar this morning my takeaway is that sequence is as follows:
- first we need to conclude a successful validation - next the chosen molecules are given to Globalco. - Globalco then decide which ones they want to convert chosen candidates into drugs. - At this point Globalco have the option to re license the validated molecules for drug development. - If they decide to re license this is the stage at which Globalco will be revealed. - If they decide they don't want to re license any then Hemo can license to any other interested party.
I can't imagine Globalco being announced before they have confirmed they want to develop and sell the drugs.
The meat of the video is at +7mins, the rest seems to be a good overview of the strategy, targeted at attracting new investors.
Does anyone who a rough timeline for the validation process?
Can someone clarify for me...what leads us to to believe anything about the 20th being a significant reveal? For the moment I simply see this as the video is one-way so it makes sense for them to have an interactive discussion with us as well. There was nothing that I saw or heard that suggested we'd get anything more than that....but it was 7AM and I hadn't had any coffee.
My take is that the company realises it has a bunch of new investors at 7p (and old investors) and they recognize they need to nurture a little as it's not great to have the SP look like it's returning to pre-COVID-form.
Would they not have to release an RNS confirming who the global co is rather than on the webinar? Otherwise you could hear who it is before the market knows?? I would imagine a huge amount of the questions will be with regards to the global co which they wont be able to answer, so logically you would think they will let everyone know before the 20th ???
I get the feeling that this webinar on the 20th, could just end up being the reveal of GlobaCo and this is a Q&A which will effectively be the chance to ask what this means to HEMO. Good time ahead, a potential cure for Lupus? If this was a big pharma, the SP would skyrocket. Shame only a few know the value of this stock rather than the share price.
