Good post TrekMadone, I've just made a final top-up and it registered as sell rather than buy, but at this price I had to do it to bring my average down just below 4p (I foolishly bought in at 10p+ in the earlier days) - looking forward to good things in 2022. One thing I will say to LTH's is hold, I had a miserable time with GDR and I've just banked some tidy profits over the last few days after being down 40%+ for 6months+, things can change for the positive super quick and Hemo has all the right ingredients for a big boom and rerate in 2022!
I hold. I note we were blue today then in a blink 1.62, year low is 1.6 but it does seem to recover quickly to +1.7.
The share also responds well to news or even a hint of news. I am trying to objectively think what’s holding it back given the acceleration in ops post funding.
All I can think is the market is looking at the cash burn 5-6m per 6months and factoring that runrate against the 10.5m at end of June 21. Whilst cash spend is not like for like quarter to quarter it does indicate that we may need cash provision by H2 22 or at least some clarity around the non dilutive funding.
Any milestone payments or collaboration news will do much to lift the SP. Biotechs are as much about finance as solving ‘world hunger’.
As it is even operational news has been thin with nothing since October.
I think if you tot these factors up it helps appreciate where the SP is as well as the opportunity for a rapid rerate when the BoD add a little colour.
I am not saying we need news every week just that the longer we lack clarity, the more we eat into the cash, the more nervous the market becomes. Especially in what could be a new era of higher interest rates. That always hits small caps harder.
The market needs a steer.
Usual caveats

Lol, brewsky finally losing temper with pumpkin? Welcome to the club, don't worry she has that effect on everyone eventually. I do care about the CLNs as I was badly burnt, but I agree it is of zero benefit to shareholders to keep going on and on about it now almost a year on.
Pumpky Whilst I understand your frustration and anger I also understand Brewskys positive that he doesn’t care. Shares are all about entry point, sometimes you get it wrong and sometimes you get it right, the bottom line is he’s right in the sense it’s pointless looking back, it is what it is and all that matters is today. Nobody should trade or invest on emotion, it’s the surest way to lose money. The facts on HEMO are this; they are fully funded to take at least one if not two product candidates through phase one clinical trials. They have two if not three viable candidates that in my opinion will go into clinical trials, at least two of which will be from summer next year. IF any further funding is required they have stated it will be non dilutive. All of their product candidates are potentially billion dollar drugs. They will, in my opinion, substantially rerate next year. Peer level companies are valued around £170m Mcap. Unfortunately patience is required but if new or LTHs are patient I strongly believe everyone will make money investing in this company. I say this on the basis that everything they have done scientifically has shown their products work. Hold your nerve and all will be well. Good luck to all.
If you were aware;what a stupid post you made about small cap companies and dilution::Exactly what occurred here;:Keep "banging on "Fully funded"Lets hope the "begging bowl doesnt come out again
@pumpky I am aware of what happened, and hopefully not sounding too callus, so what? I am sorry its cost you and others but just how on earth does a CLN which is now gone make any difference to a valuation for a company going forward? There is no more dilution coming from it but yet the company is fully funded. Again, you really should learn to move on, if I were you I would sell and move on. I really dont care about what happened 1 year ago, 2 years ago, I just dont care, if you lost money then that is unfortunate but the idea of spending time on here debating with you over a bad decision that happened a year ago and is now irrelevant is just soul destroying. I and others who didn't get burnt DONT CARE. The company is funded and I doubt very much they would make the same mistake again . Unless your aim is to put off new investors who only care about the future potential please just shut up about things that are pointless.
I see most small caps short of cash and causing significant dilution;you do know that Hemo diluted shareholders by 40%(that is why there are 900 million shares in issue)
Apologies @pumpky I did not see your post, its my honest believe that you just should not invest in Hemogenyx or any sort of Pharma, you see no value beyond revenue.
@MrIndia, I have seen and watched GDR lately, a CE-IVD certification is NOT a contract for a million devices, no different to the CDX patents Hemo secured. The certification achieved by GDR allows them to deliver to a marketplace already saturated with tests, it may be better but often cost will trump performance which means profit margins will squeeze. As such any figures in contracts gained will equal turnover not profits, it wont translate into massive special dividend payments. Were Dr Sandler to sell an Oncology patent for £200million that is without overhead, delays, manufacturing lead times. £200m cash into the company that in theory could be paid as a dividend, or invested in new projects. A £200m contract with GDR is largely spent before it lands.
@HereforHemo I wont try and justify the CLN decision, I was lucky enough to invest after the significant discount it caused, perhaps its the fact that I am not burnt which makes me look at the scenario somewhat differently. I see a market where most small caps are short on cash and causing significant dilution and shareholder harm now whereas Hemo is sitting fully funded. I have been impressed with the progress year to date and think the market has significantly undervalued the company. I do strongly believe however that the update which have been provided to date are significant and the fact the market and SP have not reacted positively is a real shame. I would love more updates and news, but likewise I am confident in what the company is doing and understand it takes time. My one major criticism is they stated on CBR they would update regularly and have failed to do so, had the stated they cannot update due to security reasons I would have accepted that.
Look at the company and what they have put out recently, they have large cash reserves, they own alot of IP and patents, they are expanding to new labs to produce CAR-T and CBR for commercial purposes, they are hiring staff to produce said products, they are meeting with the FDA to discuss clinical trials. Meanwhile Covid 19 is running rampent and likely to mutate again defeating the vaccine while Hemogenyx have a potential cure under the covers in the name of CBR. Alot of the blame belongs at the feet of Dr Sandler for failing to communicate effectivly but likewise there is a distinct lack of sophisticated investors who actually understand the potential here and are willing to hold for more than 10%
Trolls like Pumpky;down £11,000 due to Vlad:in the Inflection year(you and your like keep being positive) in my eye6:nothing to be positive about (yet) Dont worry We have Sir Marc as a chairman;God forbid anything happens to Vlad (as it's his one man crusade) Thought a troll was someone not invested and wanting a cheaper entry price?
Brewsky I agree with most of your post, but let’s get the facts right. The blame for the SP being at current levels is 100% the fault of Vlad and the BOD. Didn’t they take the toxic CLN finance? Weren’t they warned for months it was a death spiral? Weren’t they the ones naive enough to take just a verbal agreement Mint wouldn’t sell? Wasn’t it Vlad that said this would be the ‘most exciting year ever’? Wasn’t it Vlad who promised various pieces of news in multiple interviews and has said nothing ever since? Don’t blame the lack of investor PR, that ball is solely in Hemos court! Like any small cap, you say nothing you get nothing. High time they delivered on their promise of news and ‘regular updates’. In all honesty ANY update. That being said I’m very bullish on the stock and will wait as long as it takes, BUT Vlad runs this as if it were a private company and it’s not. Amateur hour on the PR and overall management. Just my opinion.
One positive RNS and the derampers and negative feelings will be gone ... I am not negative about the company or the science just the lack of regular updates. GDR updates may be boring but they generate interest ... that's all we need
Just an update as HEMO has promised for a long time and this will explode and we will all be supporting each other and not telling me what to do ...
Exactly @MrIndia, do look at GDR and you will notice they have a load of engaged active shareholders. Then look at Hemogenyx and compare and contrast.
On one side https://twitter.com/search?q=%23gdr you have 100s of engaged traders and investors, then look at https://twitter.com/search?q=%23hemo and its dead.
Sentiment is a huge factor in the current bear market, I would argue that GDR updates are somewhat bland and sparse, the potential here is much more significant.
I believe the only active trader/investor discussion about this share at present is going on here and we have random irrelevant posts about trades or people moaning about the share price so I would hardly call it productive or in any way useful.
This market is much like news, you get one cycle from an RNS and its forgotten.
As I can see it you have 3 options:
1, Continue to moan expecting things to change but doing nothing whatsoever to help the situation.
2, Say nothing and at least not add to the negativity
3, Actually add something positive and spread the word, there is word of mouth, facebook, twitter, insta.
I understand that its quick and easy to blame Dr Sandler and his team, but reality is he has gotten really unlucky in terms of his investor pool. Most of these small cap shares have a handful of vocal active long term investors who help keep people talking about the share between news and keep spirits up. I am not talking about the traders who pop up from time to time and spam for a few days and ramp to pump and dump.
To look at this board and read the comments its depressing, I would not want to invest in Hemogenyx, if I was a new investor looking for opportunities I would never find Hemo and if I did I would find nothing encouraging on here or any other platform. Every share has its trolls like @pumpky but normally they are cancelled out by positive posters, not here.
This is exactly my issue with this stock. Everytime there is a number of buys, there are more sells to drive the price down further and get LTHs more upset. Its working ...
Look at GDR, 2 RNSs outlining a plan and then delivering on approval and its already 200% up in 2 weeks !!!!
Still can't believe people that are selling at these ridiculously low prices. Surely they must be selling at a loss or traders making the smallest of profits. Just my opinion, but doesn't make sense to me.
Anyway, one day this will soar, and these prices will be a distant memory :)
You should be ok now;296k x 2 sells
I'm still struggling to get anything on HL!
I can buy 10k worth on IG
I've gone as low as 10,000 shares, still NT to buy!
Well it might!!!
Can't seem to buy much as it goes to NT for over 300k, but can easily sell a million shares. It's a good sign, but not guaranteed
A sea of blue trades;just need the SP to turn blue
Im not bothered what share does what. The bottom line for me is that I started with this year with 38k to invest and as of today I have 16k left, all in HEMO. It’s felt like a death by a thousand cuts all year but hopefully HEMO will give me a better year next year. After a couple of good years it’s been a real eye opener as to how dangerous investing in small caps can be! Onwards lol.
Losses on Hemo?;Not yet:averaged down,why would I sell @ 53%down?
Oh pumpky, I think you have suffered some distastorous trading losses on hemo, so a bit disingenuous to post profits..
You are nearly correct;Hemo being my biggest "trade" and biggest paper loss to date:Let's see if ABDX comes good before Hemo(At least ABDX allowed us to participate in their placing) Think last 2 trades in Hemo were 19 and 15%,Hoping for 100%:this time (When Vlad is ready to communicate)
