Hi HarChris.
I don't think there is a huge risk of Hemogenyx going bust.
They have just accepted a CLN loan of 12 million. So should be well funded for the foreseeable future.
That loan, might have a significant influence on why the share price is where it is today.
But in the end, it is us investors, who have the last say.
What do we want to pay for a share at a given time.
Do we want to sell with a loss, because we think we can get a healthy profit faster somewhere else?
So if enough of my fellow investors here are willing to sell shares in HEMO sub 1 pence, well then that is where the price will go.
But that will not have an influence on the 12 million funding we already have.
Question is if we can have another drawdown of the 60 million loan facility, if the share price falls sub 1 pence.
I have no clue about that one.
All we need is Hemogenyx to deliver some positive results, financed with the loan we already got.
I hope and believe they can.
That is why I have been buying on the way down from 10P, 8P, 6p, 3p and now 2p region today.
GLALTH , DYOR, KMA, PUAKMA, PTYGAKYAG
Having said all that, this is only 8% ish of my investments, and if Hemo still exists and gets this to phase 2 trials in a few years, might just about break even.
Hopefully make money elsewhere in the meantime.
That's right Hedge, Vlad has always been the CEO, and therefore no matter how badly he screws up, we all just have to accept it?
What world are you living in right now?
Seriously, take the blinkers off, and take a look at how badly this company has been handled.
Some people have come in here to support a pharma that they believe will benefit society, with candidates that are promising but as yet unproven, but willing to take a risk that the clients might be effective when put through a phase 2 trial.
They are putting money in because they want to fund these clients through phase 2 and see if they are effective.
We'd all thought, to some extent that Eli were fully onboard, but that has been proven to be wishful thinking.
It's become obvious that you need more than the science to make this work, you need someone who has at least the slightest clue about how the business works. And this is what's caught most of the investors out here.
Vlad insists on running everything, and clearly he has neither the ability not the humility to do so.
And now we're screwed by the bad financing, and all hoping for Eli to throw us a bone, otherwise the dilution will wipe out most of our original investment.
Our major shareholder, co-founder and Chief Executive Dr @vmsandler spoke to @TMSreach to expand on recent news.
Like an a Eastern European Leaders title and accolades.
Like I said, Kim Jong/Putin/Chemical Ali ..
Whatever happened to those pesky shorters...
More than happy to discuss the challenges that Hemo face. Finance a big issue right now, speed to market,
What I can't tolerate is people whinging about Vlad - he has always been CEO and will remain so for the foreseeable future. Anyone investing in the first place would need to accept that.
It's always been the case that Biotech takes time, money, patience and investors should have been aware of that
The Eli news started a rout, the CLNs the masacre! We are all still coming to terms with that!
Why do some posters think posting such as Mad Vlad is helpful, particularly when Hemo needs all the help it can get.
Aspen
Sorry that's is supposed to say investing in Hemo.
To be fair, I did start investing in a couple of years ago and I did actually make a good return when I got out after covid. Then I got back in... and the rest is history.
Hedge, I'm pleased to tell you that Hemo is the worst investment I have made to date :). Good luck to you too.
Hedge - I think most people try to weigh the positives and negatives in a share and decide if they want to invest.
You seem to want to consider only positives, and want to extend your blinkered view across this board.
Why shouldn't we, as investors, consider and discuss all aspects and any concerns we have?
If you want to continue with your blinkered approach, fair enough, but I think others should be free to discuss positive nd negative aspects.
It's not surprising that negatives are holding sway at the minute given recent history.
"ApbHC" will save the day, dyor
Good luck to you Ssccss - i hope you choice of property and funds as worked out better for you :-)
I assume you dont stand outside the property all day long communicating the risks of the pipes bursting, or building subsiding.
My investment in Hemo is also well down, however the reasons I invested are no different and I'm very relaxed about my investment. I have no control over the SP, i simple can control what i invest in - why would i post on a forum day in day out about the reasons why a SP will go down. Surely as an investor, i'd want to discuss the reasons i invested and remain confident in
Hedge, your logic is so flawed. Have you heard of investing in property, funds etc... not all investments are high risk. There are many ways to create a decent risk profile.
So you have invested in just 2 stocks - that does not sounds like a very sensible investments strategy
19 posts on OEX, 315 whingy post on Hemo.
You seem to find it hard to think Hemo will increase in price, you cant find a good word about them. It sounds like you should be selling, infact it sounds like you should never have bought in the first place too
And actually, please help me out as I admit, I am struggling to find a good word today about hemo right now. Might he something to do with the massive loss I'm sitting on and dire situation we find ourselves in!
If you really wanted to, you would have checked my history and known that. I guess you're hoping others will be too lazy to check and will just take your word for it. I don't think that's worked out very well for them in the past.
Fortunately, I have actually made a very good return on my other stock and it isn't needing resuscitation so I don't have to pay too much attention to it. The rest I leave in much lower risk investments, I'm not a gambler.
Hedge, I actually post on another stock too lol. Say what you like. Unfortunately, I am invested here. You really aren't very tolerant of reality and facts.
So boring Scsccss - so clear you have an agenda.
You ONLY post on one stock, HEMO, and never have a good word to say
You are no investor my friend
In 5 days we have dropped another 27%. Didn't think it would be this quick.
Thanks Aspen. Something to consider.
