Just realised it’s the same article posted previously on proactive investors but good exposure having posted again
BasilAlderman: "“There is only one thing in the world worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about.” - Oscar Wilde.
Gotta be honest, Basil (and Oscar), I reckon the current hourly news bulletins kinda dispel that thinking.
I appreciate what you are saying. Four years is a long time holding and people say hold for gold. I have done. I could of sold like many a a higher price. But held, I believe in the science and what it potentially offers health wise regards cancer. At the end of the day we the share holders are here to make money and get a return on our investment. We haven't that's why I fin HEMO frustrating and depressing.
How much longer is one expected to wait for a decent return 🤔 Regards Jack
Jackdaw - I remember replying to you just weeks ago where you seemed upset you didn't have a larger holding? Now you wish you had no holding?...
"Jackdaw, your holding is large, dont let it be skewed by the (relatively) few individuals who have larger ones. Having over 1mil shares puts your ownership of the company at around 0.1%
If everyone owned the same amount there'd only be approx 1000 people holding shares. That is a very small number of people in the grand scheme of things!"
Love darts, love it.
2 to 12 hours making love. I want to be a snail next time around. If I can't find a girlfriend, I can always f**k myself. As I think I already have wasting over 20 grand on HEMO
That actually sounds quite the spectacle. MrIndia come find me with your love darts, I'll be upstairs.
Go hemo x
reproduction of snails catches the attention of some people because they usually are unique processes. snails have a striking appearance, but their reproductive habits are also uncommon.
the first thing you should know about these terrestrial gastropod mollusks is that most are hermaphrodites. hermaphrodite is called any organism that has male and female reproductive organs and therefore can produce both eggs and spermatozoa. it is like if the snails were male and female at the same time.
before the intercourse, both approach to start the courtship process consisting of a series of movements and attitudes that will finish or not in the mating. the entire process can last as little as 2 hours or as long as 12 hours. to find a partner, they primarily rely on their sense of smell and touch, as their visual capacity is poorly developed and devoid of hearing. they can recognize chemicals in the air that communicate the receptivity of some other snail nearby.
during the process, both land snails get closer, acknowledging each other and “testing the odds.” as they approach, they begin to interact in a more physical way and can touch each other with the help of their tentacles. some move in circles and can bite the area of the genital pore.
in the final stage of courtship and before mating, some species use a unique weapon: the “love darts.” no, it is not a metaphor, it is a structure of calcium or chitin that only sexually mature snails have, and usually that have mated more than once. seen in detail, they indeed resemble pointed darts.
when both are close enough and touch their genitals, they shoot their love darts. darts are not fired away but are a contact shot. usually, the two snails shoot the structures, and they pierce the skin of the other so that they are united. the dangerous thing about this is that sometimes darts can damage an internal organ or go through the body and exit on the other side.
the function of love darts is not transferring sperm but is a form of sexual selection, and observations concluded that garden snails (helix aspersa) could increase their reproductive success. the mucus that covers a dart contains a type of hormones capable of increasing the chances of success to have offspring.
after the snails shoot their “love darts,” copulation follows. the transfer of sperm through the ***** may be reciprocal or unilateral; this means that either both transfer
After holding this dog for four years I find it depressing. Day by day since the last positive RNS the SP has done nothing but drop. How can you expect new PI's to invest, even the shorters have gone elsewhere to play.
HEMO is about as exciting as watching two 🐌 snails make love. I wait for 2p to break even on my shares then out
Continuing to add down here.
“There is only one thing in the world worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about.” - Oscar Wilde.
It is excellent for Hemo to be appearing in the Daily Mail. There are some great takeaway points in the article such as:
1. At least 20 micro-cap life sciences stocks were waiting to pop once interest returned to the sector.
Investors can now add Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals to the watch list.
2. The pedigree of the scientific team backing the efforts of Hemogenyx is impressive.
3. the interest in the next generation of CAR-T – the type of therapy that Hemogenyx is developing – amongst big pharma has seen the likes of AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Abbvie and Novartis top the billion-dollar threshold in milestone and royalty payments. Upfront payments, usually a good litmus test of 'real' interest from these titans of the world of drugs, have been eye-watering; in some cases up to $100million.
4. CAR-T offers something that the healthcare industry rarely comes up with – a curative treatment, showing the world has truly moved on from the era of me-too, once-a-day pills such as statins.
5. Investigational work will be carried out by a team from the University of Pennsylvania, led by Professor Nolle Frey, who has headed a number of important CAR-T clinical trials.
6. Hemogenyx is looking for further non-dilutive funding to assess a cohort of around 18 AML sufferers, which will take it to the phase II stage of the clinical evaluation. This is key, as it is the point that big pharma has weighed into the sector with the deals mentioned above.
7. The company has created and is a leader in the field of chimeric bait receptors.
8. Its research is being deployed to combat brain cancers such as glioblastoma and neurodegenerative diseases where delivering therapeutics across the blood-brain barrier has long been problematic.
9. 'We are talking to institutions and agencies,' Sandler says. 'There is a lot of interest and we are moving these conversations along.'
10. The Ice Age-like big freeze across the small-cap market in the UK means none of company's potential has been captured in the current share price, which values Hemogenyx at a bargain basement £21million. If we accept this is a cyclical anomaly, the rebound could be dramatic - not just for the sector, but individual stocks such as Hemogenyx.
Cross-ramping / deramping helps neither board. Both companies have their respective merits.
It's a really great article, very positive that it's published on several platforms, can only be good for the awareness of hemo, which is something that's been sorely lacking. New investors now are such a lucky bunch, probably don't realise how lucky they are. Risks present like with any pharma but this is the huge year we've been waiting for, ch lift, clinical trials start and first results too. What a year. Middle of April already, time is flying, results will be here before we know it
I think it is a brilliant article and shows the upside and how undervalued pharma in general and hemo is.
Nevertheless, it states that results are expected around Dec so most people look at that and say, no urgency to invest and will wait and see what happens in next few months. As we know, this will not move until we get an update so we just to have to hope that hemo is actually busy behind the scene since in the front we dont have a clue and nor does anyone.

Read a few of the RNS' regarding CBR and CAR-T , as you should now what you are about to invest in.
In my view, it all look promising, but that does not mean it is without risk or that we will multibag the share price quickly.
The company's history prove differently.
But this is is a perfect time and price to enter at, in my view.
Barbershop, how much for five?
TW? Never heard of it.
Sounds more like you're Partizan both ways...
Just sounds like BS on top of BS.
Just showing I'm not partizan either way Barber.
Pretty aggressive response but you're probably another TW clone.
Why would it be worth anything that YOU own both pedroL?
I think most people Invested here have never heard of you...FWIW I'm invested here and also highly invested in magic beans...anyone wanna buys magic beans?? Top quality, low dollar...
Bellamy is not to be trusted. He is a known troll on the Avacta board or an alias.
Fwiw I hold both investments and have high hopes for both.
Aldebaran, as someone who's followed Avacta for several years, including the CEO's often "contradictory or goalpost moving proclamations" (an observation that many of Avacta's LTH's would no doubt agree with), rest assured that - if they did have the "holy grail of cancer care" - they'd almost certainly have been bought into by Big Pharma, and the SP would not be languishing where it now is. No offence but the fact that you place so much credence on the fact that "the CEO's told us" (so it must be true) suggests rose-coloured specs to me. A few biopsies aside, let's see more 'proper' AVCT "holy-grail" efficacy data (as opposed to wat has primarily been 'safety and tolerability' info to date) before believing the hype.
The one thing I agree with you on? You cannot compare AVCT with Hemo.
An article isn't going to lift the price of hemo not now not in this market i think that's wishful thinking.
I read somewhere that when comparing avacta to hemo there was no comparison at all from a risk reward perspective. The article went on to say avacta is in a league of its own and the ceo has confirmed last week they have the holy grail in cancer treatment yet shares haven't budged. Its all about sales. Looks like avacta have to wait 2 years for sales which feels like forever but at least they are funded now for at least 2 years.
What is the cash position here at hemo looking like and when are they expecting sales?
JWBellamy perhaps you could answer as you seem to know everything about hemo and are trying to cross ramp it on other bulletin boards like your post on avacta today
Who’s to say MrInd’ didn’t sell at 4p? Who’s to say none of the other big p.i holders didn’t sell at 6p all the way down to current levels and are now rebuilding back up to 10million shares. Who’s to say…?
“B..b..but it’s the shorters’ ‘they’re all evil…’ nonsense! :0D
AIMHO of course.
It is the same article but posted through multiple media outlets - "This is money" also posted the same article.
An RNS to support this article would be just what the scientist ordered. Good luck hemo as we approach trial news.
