@aimofthegame6
Were you invited to the placement scheme from HE1? (if so that's, fantastic)
I was under the impression after reading the links, posts earlier that any shares purchased from placing (not at placing price but from the actual invitational placing by HE1) would count as being forward sold if sold prior to today (the 22nd of April).
Not disputing anything you are saying and appreciate your view, just looking to further educate in this (what seems to be taboo) area.
My placing shares were not forward sold. In at 10p on the placing day, sold mine between 11.9 and 12.75p. It's tricky to forward sell and involves a lot of risk, not worth the hassle.
Thanks for the reply, toast123
> I take those trades have to show up eventually?
Yes, I believe so, but they can take days. I think the larger the trade the later is can/does show up. Not sure whether they count in the volume before being visible.
I take those trades have to show up eventually?
What about being shown in the total volume, but not with the buy and sells?
I ask because here Tot Vol=Buys+sells but I have observed other shares where Tot vol is often 1/3 more..

Obviously for every buy there is a sell, but what's clear from looking at the trades is that the sells were not those of PIs, because they were simply not showing up at the time. Large sells were being worked , and they were affecting the trade price downwards despite the fact no sells were being listed. Large trades do not have to be reported at the time they happen in order to prevent panic, so when you see many buys without sells, or vice-versa, it's pretty clear there are sizable trades being worked through on the other side. So it's not 'funny', it's just the way this thing works sometimes.
And for those questioning whether the placing shares are being forward sold: placing shares are *always* forward sold. Been around for a few years, and I can't remember ever seeing this not happen!
@dai2belts
i assume so (but i have one). I prefer IG account to HL.
do you need an account on IG to plot the fib?
Thanks @dai2belts
enjoying the video - good tutorial and very clear. I did the uptrend plot on IG following tutorial and saw we breached the 50% mark (now down to 62.8%). will check other indicators...
@deepbluediver * very brief fib video 9minutes,

Sometimes the spread is adjusted, changing just the ask or bid can put the mid price out of kilt for a little time, seen that situation held for quite a while skewing the trades where the mid-price was no where near the middle..not sure how that happened, maybe a glitch with lse software
i concur - i had 1 buy some months back that was shown as a sell (mentioned in the bb somewhere) - still dont know why. Just had a look at Kist BB too which i have another whale size holding, saw someone else commented the same (buy noted as sell).
Thank you for your input Deep, I guess we will see what the situation is tomorrow.
I am still firm on not wanting to sell anything but in fact try and increase my initial position more.
@sdg1970, every evening I think just a few more, as even 20% in a month will be >20 years from a ISA savings account, and the likely hood of +14.5p is high, with whats at stake, 138bcf(p50)..imo
Well I have not been selling, bought some high, bought some not so high..
I will probably be selling when /if we hit 22p, so I can have a free ride, so quietly building as the volumes are looking good each day. mines 25000 @ 11.89p..shows as a sell as they moved up the ask as I bought.. got live prices showing on investing dot com.. increasing the ask persuaded my buy because its going north soon..
Well I'll certainly be watching and waiting until tomorrow and if it doesn't produce, I'll sit happily on what I've got. 8.2 average currently.
Err..ok. my buy is shown as a buy...
Anyone saying they are buying today but buying more tomorrow because the SP is going down, is either dumping or they need to rethink their investment strategy. When people are dumping its funny that every sell is "really" a buy.

"I hope the theory of placements selling forward is correct as it would explain alot of what's going on right now."
I dont know if this is possible. in fact, i just dont know. maybe someone on this bb have more experience to help.
my two cents worth is it might be sentiment driving the price down as people are expecting tomorrow for the sp to tank slightly in anticipation of institution top slicing / dumping.
a few here are selling (yesterday and today with the hope of coming back in, maybe thats it.)
likely i am wrong..
both mine was shown here as buy. not always the case though, there was time it was shown as a sell (old transaction, somewhere on this bb).

I wont buy anymore today unless its down to 11.2p or less (alert set @ 11.2 and 10.5). Else, tomorrow will look out for price below today's buy level.
My buy should show as a sell, seen MM up ask to 12p, so bought instantly and got 11.89.
But they have still not moved the bid, think I have been done ;)
Thanks, deep - I hope the theory of placements selling forward is correct as it would explain alot of what's going on right now.
I wouldn't be surprised for some RNS to hit soon after tomorrow (maybe even tomorrow) from our main man DM telling us how things are going - it would be the perfect counter punch if contains favourable news (which it should).
I assume "all bets are off" case - we hit a lowly 2.86p according to the retracement... downtrend.
the retracement line goes from 13th(100%)to 0% then continues(Ext) all the way upto 261%, I am struggling with that concept...
and another small buy at 50,000 shares at the same price 11.87p...
