There was some huge buys this week. And, I think, at exactly the same time a troll - who, I half-believe, had a profile that was purpose designed to create maximum emotional disturbance - based on the profile of the average LSE BB user. If so - that is a new low.
But I have seen it on other comps - there's a huge buy in the b/g and trolls come out in the foreground. The relation between these phenomena, I guess is debate-able.
No, what they need is a JV with a partner to develop out this resource, the sheer scale of this project is enormous. No way can they do this on their own imo. I believe that is coming. He was hinting at this in the recent presentation.
Meanwhile, we all know this is a high risk reward play. Some are posting here with the clear objective to de-ramp to try and further lower the entry buying point of an already cheap price but lets face it, everyone knows that if the volume of Helium proves to be extractable the share price will be in pounds not pence - that's the name of the game here,
As for the distracting talk about ADV, personally i never invested there. When i did my own analysis i never liked the fact that a third party drill operator had to try and settle a rig submerged in 30 metres of water, i mean bloody hell its hard enough as it is to operate drilling rigs but, its all about risk reward ratio, clearly some investors thought it might work, it may still come good but investments in exploration plays comes with high risk/reward as i say. Hopefully some of the investors over there will come and join us here before HE1 takes off.
GLA for next week. We have further updates due shortly and hopefully one on a JV, that's what i want to see frankly, it would light the fuse on the share price here.
I didnt buy Dai but will take a look this week coming. Gut feel - the whole point of the last RNS was to tee us up that seismic work/cost was coming in the other two basins. Personally I'm ok with that. Another c.£2-3m but properly opens up those two prospects/further reduces the drilling campaign. Gonna need more cash anyway so relaxed about the cost.
That cost money and DM is frugal, but who knows he will change plans as we seen with Tai.
Did you hold off buying today at 11p, or waiting to see what monday brings?
I think we'll see additional seismic work carried out in the other basins pre drilling Dai.
@Aimtrader, looking at the recent seismic study it only covers the northern Rukwa area..So thats where I think the drilling will be focused, plus maybe Tai as they left us believing washout put an end to that discovery,
I sold yesterday made around £700 because I had been down £10000 for a long time but just bought back in only 100k of shares this time around ( about £1100 ) and that will do me for this stock with what happened in 2021 and let’s hope this time it takes off.
Like the theory Porky.
Also if I wanted to design an avatar to come on here and wind people up - to knock down the price, while I buy, I wonder what kind of character I would create....bearing in mind what kind of people, we imagine, are reading this etc
Well that's your call @Armtrader
Just like others that sold and want back in now. each to their own.
BUT
This didn't just rise on Retail, a position is being built.
Still confident of this flying next week following todays retrace.
GLA
Possibly. Although equally wouldnt be surprised at all if this was all just retail. Time will tell. Agree with you this is going higher as we approach drilling in the second half of the year. I think we'll see more selling over the next few sessions though back into single figures most likely.
Position is being built here, expecting a TR 1 next week or further news
Watch this space.
If i wanted control of even 5% of this company, i would start buying then take my foot off the gas, let the traders and short terms out then drive it hard again.
This is going 30p.. i see this as a major buying opportunity. Early next week this will be 17-18p tp buy and NT on volume orders
GLA
Not surprised to see what we're seeing today and fully expect more selling next week whilst this takes a well earnt breather. What this last week has proven though is that there is still a very strong retail following for this stock. Assuming everything goes to plan then no reason why it cant go and challenge previous highs later in the year once drilling starts.
@DAI: my pleasure, best of luck my friend
That's the after hours auction that clears the order book
Shown as a UT trade at 16-35 every day
21k sell and goes down to 14
@sdg1970, I have you to thank for the Free Ride tactic, ...
"My plan, for what I have invested, is to slice at a week or so before TD. Not sure how much yet, but likely initial capital + 10% profit"
Yes I sold out on the Tai-2 bounce, inexperienced and able sell with out a loss so took the opportunity.. Had to sit tight though...Moved the money into ADV..
Hold my nerve, just got back 15.35 high, its only January, I want some...now 14.2p
On ADV I could not buy for over an hours on a friday, price went up, they became available, I filled my boots... Monday they were on special offer...I was down for a few weeks..
If it carries on doing 1p moves its going to attract lots of attention...
I have a conspiracy theory for this rise investor related too... based on thin air also...
Noob I have been reflecting on my He1 and ADV, let £40k slip through my fingers holding for gold, only if I took half.. and only if bought these December ;)
Was playing the dead cat bounce on ADV, that blew the little profit left, got 0.7% in 6 months way better than the high street..
Free RIdes proven, not betting the profit is an issue
Agree with Aimtrader. Good luck to all riding this and choose derisk points carefully. I'm paying the price of too much post-Xmas pudding and taking my eye firmly off the ball. I didn't expect this to start moving for at least another month. I'd agree on the c10p entry point. If it comes again all well and good, but if not so be it. Something definitely cooking behind the scenes keeping this going it would appear.
@DAI are you like me then and missed the boat having sold out totally last year???
Hold your nerve Dai. Expect we're nearing the top for now and then a drop back closer to 10p. If there is a single big investor building a position this drops v quickly once they've finished.
First round as we past 10p I thought wait, while noob bought... it kept going lol..
I am thinking its far out, not sure they will do shallows(save money for deep drills), and 10p possible, but nothing to back that up..lol..
Walk time, its sunny
The landscape seems to have changed now . Pre Xmas it seemed our best hope for a rise in sp was the potential shallow drills and a nailed on discovery before the the deep drill in Q3 .
Now it seems that they are pinning their hopes on multiple deep drills in different areas .
Same position Dai. Good luck to everyone riding the wave though. Genuinely pleased as it's been a tough time. Personally I'm expecting a pullback as we're too far out from drilling for this to be sustainable. Will look to get back in at c.10p if that comes. If it doesnt then that's fine too.
Thanks Aimtrader, there is a nice steady rise here which I am missing out on, getting people back in black.
I am wondering if its going to continue, consolidate or drop a little before moving higher...
Now where is Wyndrum
The broker notes suggested $3-5m per hole Dai
