I read de-risked anyway
Good night
Its hard work concentrating on the interview with Katie interviewing..
Tried not looking but thats even worse
I miss lots, anyway..
Will watch again, need to, I think.
Thanks
Goodness me, its late - I meant to type de-risked regardless. See you all tomorrow I am getting some sleep :-)
This is the interview I mentioned, worth watching if you have not seen it. It explains the recent placing and the impact on the project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLsBm1TnM54
Correct, David said in a recent interview that due to getting the appraisal stage funded he is letting the teams know that the first batch of work is running till October rather than August.
If all goes well we should be ready for the development and engineering stages next year. It also should mean that any future fundraising situations will be at a much higher price (in theory) than now so all of that are invested right now are re-risked regardless.
@TRSA If I recall correctly drilling starts mid May, and originally estimated a month per well. But now we have a rig large enough to move straight to appraisal drilling. So I would guess drilling times will be extended if appraisals are done.
The 3 sites are Kasuku, Itumbula and Mbuni. 2D infill seismic surveying is currently being done to the enhance the chance of finding the sweet spots, We have not been told which site is first.
Noob67 its a great BB with everyone adding their experience to help guide others to make better decisions, and just do well.
Sure some are just posting to add some insight which I appreciate, its a pity I need lots of reminding. It wont be long before I get a name tag to match my dogs
I think your right there Prae, was also supposed to list in Australia,
I have pushed the boat out on this one,
Good luck everyone
I agree Persian. HE1 have even said that they know it's there, they just need to drill for it. The depths at which helium is present is far shallower than oil and gas, speeding up the drilling time and potentially reducing risks involved in drilling for it. At this point, I honestly don't know what else you would need to have more confidence in this. And as mentioned, this is only 18 BCF at 4%.. The P50 is 138 BCF and helium's shown to reach the surface at 10.6%. Just think about how well the market will reach when they drill for another 10 BCF, and 15, another 12, and then 20 etc etc.
I honestly think the only bad thing about this company is that I don't think I'll ever find one as good as this ever again
Thank you, Deep
That article was indeed what I was thinking of originally, there is also a video interview as Persian mentioned with Anish.
I have resisted the urge to buy more today as I will be sticking to my plan of waiting to see what happens tomorrow. I have a decent size investment within my means and still have full faith in the project regardless of the SP drops (which were to be expected).
Good report, Hannam & Partners are the real deal, based in Mayfair. Anish is very smart he did an interview on HE1
If they hit just 1 pocket in 9 attempts (3 wells x 3 areas per well) the SP will be £1-£1.50. But when people get wind of this project when drilling starts I suspect this will be in the 30's May/June before results, as the upside Prize is so huge. People need to realize this IS NOT Just 1 well with 1 attempt, the drilling will go on and on. this isn't Oil... This is Helium which is much easier and its bubbling to the surface, they can see it, they are drilling something that is already there. they just need to hit the Pocket !

that 18bcf has been estimated using ~4% helium by volume, not the ~10% Itumbula springs indicate.. So Itumbula could be 12bcf alone.. or dust
Only about £520 million mc.
Anything is possible here given the potentially huge helium deposits. Over 500 bcf was mentioned so could leave that figure far behind.
thanks Steve58...
agree, 88p is still a great number!
I think it may have been reduced slightly due to the additional 100 million shares issued.
88p revised figure.
I'll take that in three months from now.

Hannam & Partners sp target in the link below and excerpt:
Link: https://cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com/1funjk8-Helium_One_Initiation_note_Final_14_Dec_2020_RB2.pdf
"Exploration drilling in Q2 2020 targeting 18bcf worth £1.02/sh unrisked HE1 intends to drill three exploration wells (on the Kasuku, Itumbula and Mbuni prospects) within the Rukwa licence in Q2’21. Each well should take a month to drill but helium shows in the mudlogs could be reportable prior to hole completion. We carry 34p/sh of unrisked and 3p/sh of risked value on average for each well. A substantial part of the overall risking relates to the “play” risk, which is the same for all prospects. Therefore, if one well is successful, it would derisk HE1’s other targets. We estimate that it could double
the overall chance of success for the other prospects. "
One at a time I think.
If all successful anyone's guess what the sp could be. May even leave brokers estimates behind.
Very good video.
That's what I like about David, he knows exactly what he is talking about and is getting on with the job he is paid to do unlike others at companies I won't mention.
In the meantime, this interview with Crux has fantastic information from DM on what to expect and when. Sounds like they are very much on the ball with how to tackle this.

@TSRA
I believe it will be 1 of 3 exploration drills from the first project location (Rukwa) - the second and third drills might come in the months following (June - July). If I find where I heard/read this ill post it as it's not coming to mind right away.
Hi everyone.
Do we know when the drilling starts in May if it is at all 3 locations or are they focusing on one well at a time?
