Gregorio I love this. I am a Dramper!!!!
….This can only mean one thing…. The market will now react extremely positively to HE1’s future plans and MMs will no longer hold the SP back.
It’s time to get this SP rising in time for further positive updates and in time for a further rocket boost upon a positive EWT in Q3.
End year target price 5.62p (minimum) with many gradual increases on the way with positive updates and an upheaval of great market sentiment.
I’ll be topping up at this huge discounted price !
Onwards and upwards from here

HappyDazes, sounds like you need a plumber or perhaps a doctor !

'Why in May?'
That's when all the rich people go away for summer. Sell in May go away, buy again St Ledgers Day.
"Does the current board have the necessary skills to ensure that the potential of the company is fulfilled?"
Assuming you've read the CVs of the current board members, yes.

"Do the board actually have a long term plan..."
They have had a long term strategy for some time, aiming to be in commercial production of helium at some point in 2025. The actual plan is contingent on the detailed testing, modelling and design options/costings that they are working on now. There's no way a major JV partner is going to come in before that work is completed and there is a clear understanding of costs and risks (but we're led to believe they have had some preliminary conversations along the way). The price of success or failure is the ability to raise enough capital to make those plans a reality. AIM companies without revenue income are wholly dependent on capital fundraising to get them over the line to commercial viability, many fail. It's the same with every AIM company, otherwise they wouldn't be listed on AIM (the whole point of AIM is to provide a less regulated public listing for high risk small cap companies that can't raise capital by other means). The companies that do make money on AIM are the investment banks, brokers and market makers for whom the fundraises offer lower risk via discounted placements etc. That's just how it is, which is why no-one bets more than they can afford to lose on AIM shares.
PompeyMagnus, agree, great top-up opportunity for those who believe in HE1’s great future. This is extremely undervalued SP for the business fundamentals, so I am topping up at every opportunity with any funds I set aside for investments.
When it rises, it will rise fast.

Just a thought
£1 a share.? This is 1p a share pal.
A few million is not going to make tha much difference, I think that they have billions of shares in issue, so a few million is nothing.
Mcnol, Agree. I was just about to post, several days in a row, we have closed down. Today 3.9 m sold, 21.5m bought, 7x as many. Yet we are down 3.7% I know there is a given reason for this, but I think it is nonsense. When I ran my Newsagent shop, the Tax and Vat, would have put me in the Tower for such figures. One time a VAT man sat in my shop all day, at the end I asked if all was well. He replied I owed 20p. I opened the till and gave him a coin. Thanks for wasting my time.
How can ordinary investors make sense of the figures ?

Is the "sell in May" a recognised thing then or part of investor mythology? And why May?
Significantly more buys than sells again. Sp consolidating. Fair old wait for Q3 EWT. Plus there'll no doubt be the usual sell in May jockeys. Hope this doesn't go too far south before news mid/late Q3 but if it does, a further top up would be good. Still hoping for a climb before May though.
……Still writing go the HE1 board?
Baron, I have been looking for you brother. We need to get the TLW muck up on the go.. Report back to the General.
We already have independently verified results from the well drill, they were done onsite by a third party with industry standard lab faculties. The EWT and modelling will flesh out those results and add to them, in the second half of the year.
2.25 million shares traded, at the ask in last 10 minutes and no change in SP? Can someone explain this to me?
We are likely to have a couple of weeks relatively quiet on news front, plus uncertainty on global affairs, with FTSE likely to dip if Israel/ Iran tensions escalate.
Q3 will certainly be a better time to come back and watch HE1.
In medium term, this share is a good investment.

sorry that ******.
market makers provide liquidity by having large numbers of orders open on both sides with market depth with specific spreads. these are rapidly cancelled and replaced.
its is not *spoofing and layering:*. its the very definition of market making.
mm's market the market, not the tiny number of trades.
