19 days and counting
After licence is granted it on to funding negotiations - I would expect HARL is already in contract with all the previously interested parties and gas companies that haven’t already folded due to the gas price increase
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-58979590 - Island Magee is a clear solution to the current gas crisis - and also in helping with boris Johnson’s plans to turn the UK into a major producer/storer and distributor of gas/hydrogen
Would love the first UK defence contract to land in the interim
taken the opportunity to average down from .58 fingers crossed for breaking 30p this week .. GLA
Speedy_Gonzalez ref 23.12 post As far as the recent visit goes did you notice what was said on page 15.
Speedy_Gonzalez ref 22.48 post I think MV was just trying to cause mischief surely he would know that they could not answer that question. Although I would have said it was a day trip. I suspect we might have a contract incoming and the other staff were warned not to answer the question.
Oops....page 11
That's a nice Inch Cape windfarm shopping list, right up H&W's street, or should we say pipeline!
Especially the "Foundation package" on page 12.

Wiseinvestor 23. Seems like JW getting fed up, or possibly warning, MV - is he revealing something JW is trying to control? Inch Cape definitely looking at suppliers, judging by their recent website updates......
OT. I agree, good news indeed and another nail in the protestors coffin, so to say! Looking forward to a nice juicy FID announcement soon and for real this time! Perhaps that will finally satisfy our good friend BP, so he can leave us in peace.......
"impenetrable"
BP. Thanks for DMOR. At least you got my point to "balancing" Avyererdowts post.
Good find wiseinvestor this is very relevant
"The mitigation identified has been incorporated into the Marine Licence, Discharge Consent and Abstraction Licence and will augment the existing mitigation in the planning permission."

Lol, and also that inch cape has a 3.13bn Mcap
Thank you OT

DAERA wishes to thank individuals and organisations who have responded to a consultation on the marine licence application, and to the reviews of the discharge consent and abstraction licence for the proposed Islandmagee Gas Storage development.

Speedy_Gonzalez,
The number of shares in issue since January 2019 is nearer ten-fold than two-fold; the company's website is currently unpenetrable and I can't be bothered to trawl elsewhere, but let's keep some perspective here...
Wiseinvestor i for one can not give you an answer,
Sure the FID will soon become apparent
Future valuations are only speculative
The current unknowns is cashburn and value of contracts
However i like many are very optomistic sorry that i can not answer your questions just thought it would be rude not to reply.
Bst of luck OT
Indeed Speedy, I'm in the same boat - need to get to 55p to break even. But don't forget I have belief and long-term hold strategy on my side :)
(I have little doubt that the 50 barrier will be broken sooner rather than later)
Thank you Realturbo for your oh so wise words. I'm sure all the LTHs will benefit in reducing their losses! Exciting times indeed 26p.......only another 34p to breakeven......
Can anyone please tell me the full funding requirement for FID? Iv seen 400mil 370mil and 270mil in different places
On speculating future valuations of the SP
Say the ship side of things operated at 20% capacity, that would be 125mil per annum
40% 250
Island Magee - if/when after the license is granted - 250mil++ funding for revenues for 60years ( I was corrected today thinking it was 40 years )
Then the potential revenues from the wind turbine side of things - https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6856560607924146176/
The previous 154p would be sub 200million Mcap - with all the above considered - I believe were be their and beyond in the next 12
Speedy, maybe it's time to enjoy the present and use our experience to help make better decisions... :)
“Never regret. If it’s good, it’s wonderful. If it’s bad, it’s experience.” Victoria Holt
I continue to enjoy the present exciting times.
As always Speedy.

Avyererdowt. For clarity..........
You forgot to mention:
1. Since 2019 the share issue has doubled, hence your £2 would be £1.
2. Yes, little did WE know a ML was required, but surely JW knew - everytime he mentioned the expected FID timing.
My greatest regret has been not selling at that peak. But WE were led to believe something that wasn't, in fact, there.
Ah yes, Jan the 15th. Got over excited and paid 1.95 for a top up. lol
Has been a bit of ride since though, but definitely looking good for better times.
Nobby has put it rather succinctly:
"Very exciting times ahead for all, we’ve never been in a better place."
I fully concur. Ladies & gentlemen, please take your seats and enjoy the ride.
