I have had an email back from the co and they would like some feedback on how best giving shareholders better transparency. I will await some posting on the matter before replying.
Well the co is now back to trading. You would have thought we would have had news ref the so called pitcher sales by now, One thing you can be sure of this co is crap at investor relations
Will someone please explain what is going on. I thought HALO an HAL were becoming one after the restructuring. At present we have no trades in halo since then but a couple on hal, plus we have 2 different SPs. Where should I be looking?
back to buying on this one.
Thank you for your message Our corporate actions team has informed me that the EPIC for HaloSource Inc may change but is likely to remain the same after the restructuring. They also confirmed that the newly named shares were expected to be issued by 13 April 2018 but have not been yet, and that it may not happen until the end of the month.
Emailed then for some clarification, and no reply.
Ok excess crowdfunding cash to be given to charity (whoever she is) Why is the company not trading it stated the 13th HaloSource Corporation will be issued and admitted to AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 13 April 2018 ("Admission"), replacing the equivalent number of DIs representing the shares in HaloSource, Inc. which shall cease to be traded on AIM. I will ring HL in the morning to see if I can get an answer.
Are we now on another epic as no rns showing on ADVFN or LSE ?
another RNS out
Will we have an update to go with new trading

I had a SurveyMonkey email today, along 'why haven't you ordered a bottle?' lines, so at least they're paying attention. I have tried to constructively point out what I think they're doing wrong without going so far as to say 'whoever is managing your PR is a shitehawk'. Hopefully they'll work that out for themselves. But honestly, who came up with the brilliant plan of contacting people who already know about the campaign? This really isn't where their energy should be directed. I've said it before: 15 Twitter followers! Seriously??!! World class science, woeful marketing.
jm79 thanks for your response. My initial thought when viewing the Indiegogo launch was what on earth is a 6.45m cap Co. doing targeting $50k income from a new product ? So low ball, but as you have pointed out if this is accompanied by an effective PR campaign then that makes sense. Let's hope they mount one Like you I think this could be a winner with more publicity.GL.
There are various options on Indiegogo and most campaigns (sensibly) take the "all funds repaid if we fail to meet our target" route, which effectively means that if you see something you like the look of you can become an early adopter an there's no downside. Astrea Water's stance is "whatever happens we'll keep the cash", which common sense says will be less enticing. The campaign HAS only just begun and some campaigns do capture the imagination and make A LOT of money. On the plus side, as far as Astrea Water is concerned, every buck earned should result in three or four bucks in follow on sales. I am quite concerned on a few fronts though. The first is quite vague and I'm by no means an expert, but the bottles seem quite expensive. I'd have expected heavily discounted bottles on the basis of potential lifetime value. Secondly, the company has apparently appointed a PR firm - goodness know what they're doing beyond begging phone calls to their 1 mate at Geekwire (oh, my other half also spotted some internet churn on a website for a PR magazine, which is almost funny), but if they want to build momentum they need to pull their fingers out pronto. Finally, and most worryingly, there is almost no Twitter following for Astrea Water - if I had a campaign coming up on Indiegogo and employed a media team, I would have made Twitter and Facebook one person's full time job. OK, that's enough negativity. I'm convinced that there's a big market for this product and hopefully they'll start to get traction very soon. I'm going to watch the campaign carefully and I'll be particularly interested to see what happens in the media in the run up to and aftermath of the company's re-domiciliation.
Am I missing the point here? What is this Indiegogo thing about? By day 2 it has raised $30k on a promise of delivering the goods in 5/6 months time. Not exactly an earth shattering result. What are they trying to achieve? I am invested, 100k shares so not trying to trash.

The Company expects to initially use the new HPAC media in a bottle under its own brand, astrea, to be launched in the United States via crowdfunding and e-commerce platforms in H1 2018. This launch is expected to generate the Company's first significant revenues Company name alteration, BVI location and significant revenues all happen together. With trading made easier also this could take off big time
Is this place also a tax haven
Should help immensely...... The Company's reasons for the Merger are specifically to remove what the Directors believe is an impediment to the Company raising additional capital. As a BVI company, HaloSource Corporation will have its listed shares fully tradable in electronic form, paper certificates will no longer be required for newly issued shares.
At last we are getting somewhere!! http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=HAL&ArticleCode=frk4ipgs&ArticleHeadline=Proposed_ReDomicile_and_Change_of_Name Proposed Re-Domicile to the British Virgin Islands, Change of Name to HaloSource Corporation and Notice of Special Meeting HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology company traded on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, announces a proposed relocation of its corporate domicile from Washington State, USA, to the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and a change of name to HaloSource Corporation ("New HaloSource") (the "Proposals"). As part of the re-domicile, which will be effected by means of a reverse triangular reincorporation merger under Washington State law, shareholders and the number of outstanding shares will not change - each Company shareholder will receive 1 share of New HaloSource in exchange for each 1 Company share they hold. Immediately after the merger, New HaloSource will continue the business of the Company with no material alteration, other than the jurisdiction of incorporation. New HaloSource's shares will continue to be listed on AIM. The Proposals are subject to approval by not less than two-thirds of the of the Company's outstanding Common Shares. If the Re-domicile Proposal is approved by HaloSource Inc Shareholders, then: the Reverse Triangular Merger will occur and the Company will issue New HaloSource Shares to HaloSource Shareholders in exchange for their HaloSource Shares on a 1:1 basis, at which point HaloSource will become a wholly owned subsidiary of New HaloSource. Looking to get another 250k to take me to a mill

The Astrea Water Bottle Addresses Rising Lead Levels in Water Feb 28, 2018 Personal water bottles are all the rage right now, but few are as incredible as the water-filtering 'astrea' water bottle. Launching on Indiegogo in March, the astrea water bottle claims to be the "most effective daily-use filtering water bottle," in an attempt to address the alarming amount of lead found in U.S. water systems. The focus of the filtration system is on lead and astrea claims that its new water bottle will remove lead to the highest standard set by the National Sanitation Foundation. The filtering technology behind the astrea water bottle is proprietary and is built into the bottle. The bottle itself is constructed from food-grade stainless steel and features double walls and vacuum insulationall these features contribute to a rugged construction for the bottle and ensure that all beverages will remain at the desired temperature for extended periods of time. The filter in the astrea water bottle can be replaced, as astrea will be offering new filters via a subscription package. http://www.notey.com/@trendhunter_unofficial/external/20063794/lead-filtering-water-bottles-the-astrea-water-bottle-addresses-rising-lead-levels-in-water-trendhunter-com.html
