is rise again still around? I filtered him last year!
I do think we are in for a small dip tomo as typically the SP drops just below the placing price. Will see what happens.
Gl all
Riseagain last post was 7th April
Greenspan member since 20th April and almost identical posts in what Rise was in from what I remember.
Wouldn't be surprised if one got shut down and this is a new account. The back and forth on this board is getting a tad tiresome now.
End of day anyone who's either done their research or been in this a long time understands what's happening and the companies plans etc... so just let the company show the ones who doubt it.
It's been a long road, with alot of changes but it's more positive now then it's ever been.
With more money available and the ability to get a steady revenue with gold and silver before moving back to get the copper out, with money coming in to help get the job done it's a good sign..
Wonder whats happened to our resident cheerlreader Riseagain?
He/she plus our new soothsayer Greenspan could encourage each other to new, unrivalled pits of gloom.
I wouldn't say so Numptybuyer.
Greenspan has been on here for the last few days stating their opinion that the company is running out of cash and that a raise is inevitable in a few months time. They then said they wouldn't be surprised if one came soon which it did today but not because of having no cash, it is to guarantee the company being fully funded for 2020 and to take their assets forward so it was a complete fluke on Greenspans part that it happened today.
Greenspan would have just kept mentioning a placing for each and every day until one was actually announced that's all. Not exactly rocket science that eventually we would need a further raise however by getting it out the way now puts us in a great position.
The company didn't need to raise money right now. They have imo nearly £500k to play with and said only at the end of April that the company is in a good cash position.
So with a further smaller placing out the way we can move forward knowing that for the rest of this year no further placings should be required.
We will hopefully be entering a news rich period soon and therefore there is now considerable upside with the share price.
There is also the potential for £600k worth of warrants at 0.16p to be exercised further down the line. In the current climate with a micro cap such as Great Western we are in a very very good position. It's just that Greenspan would like to make it sound to people on this board that the lights are about to go here and that there is no hope for any extraction or production of gold.
It's all there in the company's recent presentation for Immediate priorities....
Q4 Mineral Jackpot area....
First gold from spoil heap leaching
Q4 Huntoon valley....
First gold from spoil heap leaching
Plus this from the newly acquired Olympic Gold project.... "The OMCO mine shaft area itself has only been partially tested and has further potential for gold discovery." As we know historically the shallow underground mine produced 30K ounces of gold and 35K ounces of silver from only 35K tonnes of material which is pretty impressive.
Cheemap
Greenspanner - did ROLF at that..
TFB - To Fair Be - Greenspan called it right on the placing and deserves credit where credit is due.
IOM
Ouch. Got to admit a little blindsided by this one but mark it off as a lesson learned. The prospects are still good here and will monitor to average down when funds allows.
Please share with us what ramptastic posts these are then? If it balances out the drivel you post then that's certainly no bad thing.
See you all at 1p+.
Whoops perhaps that's a bit rampy for Greenspan but ok for everyone else haha
Take Cheemap's advice and move along now haha.
None of us long term holders want to sell much to your annoyance Greenspan so we'll just let this one play out thanks
Greenspanner, if you don't like the share, move on. Simple.
Good to see the directors taking part in the placing, shows they have confidence in the project
No you haven't you've just proved over the last few days how misleading YOU'VE been which is why you went quiet over the weekend after you lost the argument over the current cash position of the company.
Very pleased to see both Brian and Max taking part in the placing.
Brian Hall

71,000,200 4.28%
Max Williams
15,000,000
46,250,000 2.79%
Very positive comments from Brian too...
Executive Chairman Brian Hall commented: 'This placing of new shares follows completion of our option to acquire the Olympic Gold Project in Nevada, announced last week, which is an exciting development for the Company, with strong prospectivity for the discovery of gold and complementary to our existing mineral properties in the area where sampling last year established strong indications of precious metals. The funds will be used to accelerate progress across our portfolio of gold and silver prospects including at Mineral Jackpot which has already yielded positive early stage results including an assay of 27.4 g/t Au, 151 g/t Ag and 0.14% Cu. We will keep shareholders advised on progress.'
Everything now is aligned bring it on
Fully agree. Small placing at a decent price company now look fully funded for 2020. Potential for serious upside here now
Totally agree clear path to deliver without the concern for further placing
Not bad tbh could have been a lot lower. Think I may take this dip to top up
