Hi All,
Which brokers are you trading this stock through ?
As it doesn't seem to be tradeable with Barclays.
Thanks in Advance
LOTM
Surprised to see no more vol after the stake build rns. Bought some a while ago. Mkt cap is tiny and one of just a few shells around.
Punting money only but DCI is up nearly ten fold on an investment. I am in that and here too.
I remember you plugging this one when ITS and other shells were going nuts, guess you were dumping at the same time Earl as you never posted since. Looking at the results it does not look the most attractive shell balance sheet wise but that does not mean they cannot do a deal.
No restrictions on any date to RTO,
Unlike many Shell who has RTO to do within specified dates.
that's big confidence as RTO news can land any day
Clean debt free shell now valued at £272k*. The cheapest shell on market. Gotta have some legs now
Big things coming
Clean debt free shell now valued at £300k. The cheapest shell on market. Gotta have some legs now
Big things coming
Clean shell, no debt
Mcap £250k
GLA
Yeah easy money, can't be bothered though.
Investing genius don't be surprised either tomorrow or Tuesday news of Georgina Energy RTO
Clean debt free shell now valued at £300k. The cheapest shell on market. Gotta have some legs now
Big things coming maybe.
DYOR GRIT £318K cash shell - Georgina Energy struggled to list on AIM.
Remember HE1 RTO from £11m to £170
GRIT could be the next Helium play

Conversion of Existing Convertible Loan Notes
On 25 October 2022, the GRIT Board announced that an aggregate of £52,500 principal of Existing Convertible Loan Notes held by Malcolm Burne and Richard Lockwood, Directors of GRIT have been converted into 2,100,000 new ordinary shares (the "Conversion Shares") of 2.5p each in the Company at a conversion price of 2.5p per share. Of the total Conversion Share
why convert at 2.5p
when Sp was below 1.8p??
GRIT has received conversion notices from noteholders converting £75,035.95 convertible loan notes, issued in July 2021, at a price of 2.5 pence ("CLNs"), into 3,001,438 Ordinary Shares ("CLN Shares").
CLN converted at 2.5p when the Sp was at 1.5p
clearly Directors and those in the know quitely Converting CLN notes.
Read the previous RNS's.
Mcap is ridiculously cheap for a Main Market Shell
GLA
buy and hold for me.
RTO will be multi bagger
there's something going on the background, why would CLN converted at 2.5p when the share price is 1.5p
Grit is a Cash Shell company, Not an investment trust anymore (see Rns on 16 September 2022)
GRIT Investment Trust PLC - invests in small and mid-capitalisation natural resources and mining companies - Converts GBP75,036 convertible loan notes, issued in July 2021 at a price of 2.5 pence, into 3.0 million shares. Expects the admission of shares to be effective on or around April 13. Following admission, the company will have 18.2 million shares in issue.
Current stock price: 1.50p
LOL
I said, this is no good, will just absorb your money.
I'm shocked.....you mean to say that Earl has sold out....after all that he was saying to me yesterday....and trying to get me to stomp up a proper gambling stake so that he could sell into the bigger rise.....totally shocked I am.....lol.....NOT!
I've still got my wee punt of £1,166.25 here for the potential depending on what RTO comes in due course......assuming it does!
Got to be in to win....but as I said yesterday at 1056hrs. "you must DYOR and make up your own mind...it is likely you could lose most of your investment..."
Jeez not him, what is wrong with these people. I have that account blocked too. How on earth do they have followers unless of course people are using these accounts to avoid stock knowing these rampers will dump within hours. Could you imagine a market where everybody held a stock, the mm's would have no choice but to raise prices all the time, instead nothing rises and when it does mm's refuse to budge and everybody sells again.
You have to be a slight detective but a close look shows people buying then selling for a huge loss probably includes Earl in that. Even today somebody buys 51758 at 3.49p, you think nothing of it then 3 little sales come in 15336, 15243 and 21179 and that comes to 51758. It's like they are embarrassed they cannot hold more than a few hours and try and disguise their sales. Spot them a mile off in this market where 99.5% cannot hold a stock now
I did say, is a lot easier baggers with less rish than this.
Remember, is a lot of people who lost there entire investment in one hit here then people come on telling them how amazing of an opportunity it now is.
Few token posts earl but think you have dumped as normal
