We’ll said, he’s now blocked unbelievable comments!!!!!
Swingman, maybe a throwaway comment made without thought but nonetheless deeply offensive and insensitive.
You sit at your computer and watch a war from a comfortable position throwing out tired old platitudes. Possible one of the worst examples of low EQ I have ever seen!
Shame on you
So?
Bought some more today as long term this is good for growth in sp and bmi, lol.
The good news is Ukraine will win this war eventually despite lots of deaths and destruction caused by an international WAR CRIMINAL Vladimir Putin! The markets will gradually return to some sort of normality, Greggs will no doubt be bigger and stronger than ever. What a great buying opportunity this is in my humble opinion. Adyor! Victory to Ukraine!!!
Looking to drip add when USA markets open.
ATB
42p final dividend plus an additional 40p special dividend, sales up, profit up, expanding shops…. Seems to be a very promising investment in these uncertain times….Aimho Adyor!!!
Despite the very very sad news in Ukraine caused by the abhorent murdering fascist lunatic called Putin, Greggs will still carry on selling to the masses in the UK and I am expecting results to be very strong again. AIMHO ADYOR. Putin hopefully RIP 2022.
I must admit that when I noticed that GRG share price had gone up and all my others had gone down, I thought someone *had* bought up all their stale sausage rolls left at the end of the day and started lobbing them at the Russians... Perhaps they could take out the sausage meat and insert small grenades...
Putin needs a large dose of cyanide in his coffee, or some novachock just like he does to his political enemies!
Inside sources rumour that Putin is partial to the humble British sausage roll and that he keeps a tupperware box of them under his desk at the Kremlin to be consumed after delivering his marathon rambling speeches. It is also rumoured that he has received emergency medical attention following a failed assassination attempt where his usual stock of the sumptuous savoury was infiltrated with a stale example. This will probably be hushed up as it is negative propaganda highlighting a potential vunerability. Given the morale boosting effect of this porkine pastry I am a strong buy on GRG and expect a strong rebound above 3000p in the coming weeks. Good Luck Everyone and stay alert.
.....or even Greggs, must improve my keyboard skills...lol
Whoops pressed the wrong button...now where was I, I think Greegs should send a lorry load of free sausage rolls and doughnuts to Ukraine to keep their spirits up!
Only bl
A Russian invasion of Ukraine will only encourage people to eat more comfort food like sausage rolls, cakes, sandwiches and other affordable food that Greggs sells, as inflation bites people won’t go to expensive food outlets they will more than likely buy at Greggs, therefore I expect an excellent set of results and trading update in a few weeks time? Aimho Adyor!
I agree Montedawnster. Remember Lady Gaga's bacon dress. Greggs could do a croissant coat with cornish pasty shoes. On point fashion whilst at the same time being extremely tasty...
Who cares, as long as it makes us plenty money. So who will be the fist to see someone wearing this in Monaco? I could say "I'm lovin' it", but their rolls are soggy!!!!
Greggs reveals 11 items from its Primark clothing range
https://mol.im/a/10518687 via https://dailym.ai/android
The best way to appease Putin is to flood the front line with sausage rolls, steak slices and sticky buns. A full tummy is a happy tummy. He always looks so grumpy...
All garments will have additional pockets designed for your sausage rolls…
A new greggs clothing range in Primark is announced today - will it only be available in plus sizes?
Stick to sausage rolls. Greggs is getting a bit boring. But it’s easy and fair on price. That’s why I use it. Sandwich offer needs a refresh and it’s hit the top notes with vegan offer and piers Morgan gave it marketing cover it couldn’t buy. But doughnut seating and all that in a primark. It’s a waste of share holders cash. It’s actually a very bad joke.
Maybe a new line of clothing with a myriad of pockets to conserve Gregg's fine pastries...
Another marketing stunt... a collaboration with Primark. I kid you not. I'm still giggling...
Yes moniman that would certainly be a sausage roll-royce. It comes with a built in electric oven to heat up your pastries..
