I was in here a couple of years ago when it all kicked off and there was a PI, retired chap I think, who went in big in here. I can't remember his moniker, but was very knowledgable about the Company and posted daily. I think his average was well into double figures, so hope for his sake that GMS turns it around. Assuming he hasn't taken the hit and sold out that is.
Now gms are slowly getting it together . will we have another offer for the company? I know at the moment gms is a recovery play however I see it trying to get its act together with a few things it is doing . I feel value is approx 10 p .Pay your money take your chances but if and a big if gms turns around in next couple of years 10 p will be history . Good luck all have a great weekend and let’s hope for football fans uk can go through tonight
Sorry Bigsmoke key got stuck
Kindthanks bugsmoke
that we are still at 3.2. no reason for that. should be 5p easy.
well done. welcome to the team.
On the bell added 250000 imo a risk but good rewards if we get it right here . Have a good weekend all yes paid more than my 3.15 but I feel we had loads of 250000 buys and they believe in it like me
inch by inch
Definitely trying to steer North.
They seem to be having trouble lighting the blue touch paper lol
lift off.
bit of mogering today.
Ah yes, of course, sorry got the names confused. I still think Al Alami would be well aware if there was an impeding bid by SF though and hence would be barred from buying shares
Alalami is not the chairman of SF. The vice chairman of GMS, Heikal, is the chairman of SF
A tiny amount indeed. But what may be more interesting is the fact that he wouldn't be allowed to buy (insider trading!) if he were aware of an upcoming bid by SF (low ball bid or otherwise) of which he is of course also Chairman.
Not a lot, but it’s a start. Hope to see some regular purchases from him and the rest of the board, great to see him buying on the open market (I assume he couldn’t have any in the recent fundraise?)
better than selling! i see it as a positive. and perhaps wait to see what next few days bring?
Haha....seriously! I would think many of us in this forum own much more than that
But explains my previous concern on why the directors were not buying in - they were waiting for the dilution to get in.
Hardly breaking the bank lol
Will add up to approx 3.15 imo had its problems but I see as a recovery play. Seen this loads of times a share overhang once cleared then away we go . Mazrui buying is confidence for me
I wonder where all this volume is coming from. 50m shares traded today.....
Great news. The management keep painting a very positive picture of the turnaround and recovery. You wouldn't really want to be doing that if your masters are about to make a low ball bid. Time will tell if perhaps SF/ManCap are genuinely looking to create value here for all equity shareholders after all.
Great news indeed.
Obviously they had this contract ready before the capital raise
They are finally talking business.....as they confirmed this latest contract means they are now in new era not being seen for the last 5 years....
The long way to recovery starts now.
GLA.
