Good on you.
that 2x2 million transaction pair must be a bed and isa. Which makes sense if you beleive in the projections . Maybe I'll have go tomorrow . Dont wanna leave over the weekend
Shhhh! I’ve been slowly building a position since April / may time. I want a little bit more before this moves. This one’s a little darling!
Indeed it does Share 4 - a very healthy set of accounts for JLP that will only improve throughout the year. It is now GLR's time !!
Jubilee put out a good set of results... bodes well for GLR
would the GLR offtake be slow to begin with and then ramp up? Whats the minimum annual volume to keep this show on the road?
the quantity could be a bone of contention . There has been discussion that Kabwe ore will "optimise" the Zinc circuit when it starts up. That suggest a mix of different but known percentages of Zinc ore. Does that mean they dont know the mix yet or its to be determined.
Hi Zeb, the offtake is a standard industry agreement whereby one company commits to purchasing an agreed amount of Ore at an agreed price over an agreed time frame and the other party agrees to sell it.
In other words JLP decide on the quantity.
There are penalty clauses for a lack of Ore, Ore at a lower grade and impurities, but also upsides for better grades at the agreed Ore supply rates and also credits (payments) for an valuable minerals that are also contained as long as the refiner can separate and sell them.
there is then a whole host of clauses that we will never see on market rates, sales revenues, refining costs, inflationary measures etc etc.
you both Mondays big buy?? ;-)
It's impossible to know which trades are buys and which are sells, the spread is too narrow and the prices on offer are not necessarily reflecting the "shown" bid and ask. In theory the trades should show on NEX and LSE at roughly the same time but their appears to be a disparity in timings - no idea why.
The point really is that all of the "Shown" sells cannot be sells otherwise the price would tank and both myself and Oiltap are buying but our trades are showing as sells.
I never take too much notice of it, I just don't like seeing a false see of red. We buy shares from the market makers through a broker and LSE etc merely publish what the market makers show to them. LSE do not know if it is a buy or sell just the Bid/Ask at the time and the price paid. If we buy at a very good price that is close to the Bid then it gets recorded as a sell. That is what is happening with myself and OilTap at the moment with the ability to buy at circa 0.50p.
We could then have the never ending argument of does that then mean the Market Makers have an oversupply of shares and want to sell them cheap or have positions that they need to fill at a certain time at a certain price - and we will never know what hand they hold !!
more evidence needed of how GLR production plans are going to synchronise with JLP. Maybe the discussions are better than we expected, or worse or somewhere in-between ;-)
Not sure what an offtake agreement contains. The rates have been discussed here but does JLP guarantee a minimum offtake ? I get the feeling that GLR can pretty much supply JLP as required but they need minimum economies of scale
And of course the start date . If we could actually RNS a start date that would give the SP a nice boost. For that a mining licence seems a prerequisite
Have they applied for the licence Oiltap - I haven't seen any news of it - or have I missed it?
you have been buying on Nex . How do you do it
The buys appearing on Nex indicate there are large sellers as well , otherwise the SP would be drifting upwards
my buys in the past have ended up there. Still indicates selling going on
been like this for a while
Thanks ameen and roosters - I look in every day waiting for my buy price to appear and have wondered how every transaction is a sell but the market makers don't drop the price - I was thinking they must have a buy order to fill that is taking time.
my buys not being reported
The two trades reported earlier today as sells are buys. Now that the placing shares are out of the way and the subsequent lack of drop to the placing price in the SP it is difficult to see anything but a very good upside potential ahead.
