Thanks butter. A less evasive , more balanced response than Ana's
Commercial grades are usually 0.5%+. So these results are little underwhelming on their own. Sure, further drilling may hit better grades, but I can’t say that this RNS has got me excited.
Not sure if you really understand what reconnaissance drilling means 3CB? Hopefully CB will explain later. A huge strike length, understanding the geology, etc and a discovery across all holes … bodes very well.
Ana. As ever you are very positive over a glr rns but could you please explain to us mere mortals your opinion of just how good an average 0.26% lithium actually is. For all I know it
could be world class but if, say, it was a copper play, that would be hugely disappointing and currently uneconomic
to mine eg XTR Bushranger
This is mega news
It’s a discovery without doubt. Reconnaissance probing for where lithium might be. Huge strike length. This will help understand the next stage of drilling. Reminds me of other initial Zimbabwe discoveries by lithium producers that went on to hit the jackpot. Value creation is happening - we now need value realization of this asset for shareholders.
Lithium rns out
Interestingly, @ColinBirdMining is now being followed by @kamativimining on X (twitter).
CB goes on about the price of copper but its all 'on paper' because his projects move sideways and not forwards- its a useless point to make at this stage.
Remember,
Colin Bird’s AIM record (as of March 24):
Time he became CEO of BZT- SP 0.5….now 0.02 (over 95% down)
Time he became CEO of XTR- SP 10...now 0.9
Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.0
A lot of money has been paid by private investors to fund these ‘companies’ but the more interesting question is how much money has been paid to Colin Bird, over these periods?
You wont be proven wrong, Colin has been doing the same thing for years

Thanks Analytical -two edged sword -in someways good to see progress nearby but in other ways gives the appearance that the Birdman and the board are not currently delivering any tangible value for shareholders -if others can progress why can’t Glr.
Can’t wait to be proved wrong

Sure is a positive in any negotations. https://www.livecharts.co.uk/MarketCharts/copper.php
The copper price is also holding up nicely. With the incoming cash hopefully the shareprice will get a boost. But all the time we remain in lockdown mode it's hard to know. We dont even have a scooby doo over which project is now being prioritised.
30 April 2024: Second tranche payment of ZAR147 million (approx. £6.3 million) in respect of Sales Claims to be settled in cash. Galileo's estimated portion will be approximately ZAR49 million (approx. £2.1 million).
30 April 2024: Cash consideration of ZAR3 million (approx. £0.13 million) in respect of the Glenover shares subject to the fulfilment of the suspensive conditions (Note 1). Galileo's estimated portion will be approximately ZAR1 million (approx. £0.04 million).
Another £2.14 million to be in our bank pretty soon.
Hopefully, some mega deals to be announced soon! We need to get out of this continual 0.95-1.3p range. One bit of great news should see us over 2p easily.
While half of the board is moaning nhroaning the rest of us have been taking advantage of these drops to load up nicely, thank you very much
I agree Chris. There is no such thing as a flawless company on AIM or any other exchange. The share price action of several juniors last week alone shows why that is true. Compounding those deals would result in a very different market capitalization for GLR.
I am invested in GLR because it has several projects that show huge promise for asymmetric gains. Each one could bag or multi bag should a deal come through.
The commodity price outlook for copper is now very good, and Lithium is improving. We have projects very well located nearby to world class assets, and M&A is on the increase. All good.
Copper $8968. Looks very positive.
This is all my opinion and not fact.
Moneyman64 the problem with most AIM exploration private investors is that they don't understand risk. When I invest in AIM exploration I look at one thing and that is can it 10 bag. That is why I have not bought AFP, KAV, PREM and sold out of HZM, RMM, EUA because I think they have/had less than 1% of a chance of 10 bagging and the possibility of dilution is very much a live. I bought EUA at an average of 0.4p and sold out at an average of 13p because the ability to 10 bag was gone but the risk of total collapse had not changed. GLR in my opinion as a 50% chance of 10 bagging regardless of the current SP so I am fully invested.

Careful Moneyman talk like that will get Analytical all hot under the collar and have you pegged as a troll or not a shareholder.
Of course you are exactly right in what you say.
Has anything happened with the Kalahari licenses? Thought we were supposed to find out the result of the SFR $4m spend at the end of Feb? Once again why no news?
Chrisp -are you happy with the current shareprice -near the yearly low.
We were promised a very rewarding October last year and nothing was forthcoming.?
Why is the licence application not proceeding and what has happened to the samples sent off to the lab months ago?
What has the company achieved in the last year that has actually benefitted the shareprice?
Apologies for late posting as other side of the pond at present-well invested here
