AZN is one to keep an eye on it had massive gap up on 25 July so of £2.50 then another small gap up few days later the small gap up has now been covered but I’m thinking in next 2 to 3 weeks it may get towards closing that gap up of £2.50 which will put the price at 64.79 I will be watching this one.
Billy the thing is that’s a fekin good price and chances of it going much lower are very slim so in my opinion fantastic lifetime hold mate .
I just remember you posting it at the time and 485 stuck in my mind hey £9k + per years lovely jubly mate
Ken you've got a good memory do you write this stuff down?...Just had a look at my buy of BP...6/02/18...jesus doesnt seem that long ago 30,000@£4.81798 tax £722.70 ptm levy £1 commission £40 robbing basstards! Total £145303.10 =£4.8434 per share call it £4.85 each
BP a very lowng term hold for me
Yeah ken 4.85 without looking st my trading notes ..and yes thanks to the rise in oil and the dollar I've had some nice cash back ...all taxable :-(...
Billy BP is currently couple of pence away from the same price as when you bought in end February 2018 but you’ve had some good divi out of it
Should read I dont think Shell is a bad buy at all
Speaking of fair I just wont this market roller coaster to fecking stop I'm well a d truly sick of it need the good swings to make a nice bit of wonga instead of scraps
Ken all the fun of the fair :-(
either way NK I do t think shell is a goid buy it's just timing a buy right you watch I'll buy some and oil will ...(has I reckon)fall through the floor bring down oilers but at over 6% divi I'm I bothered?...then again pound strengthens against the dollar and divi goes down too ...oh ffs Billy stop over thinking things ffs! Patience Billy patience better to buy on the rose than try to catch a falling knife
Billy haha all good fun ay
Sorry didn't read your last post nk ...ken you've gone into the gutter with Craig...hes a bad influence...ya know I bet craig is a really nice guy in person :-(
Now oils been rising since 6.00 am and now starting to fall back will BP an RDSB go down with it if so then I’ll take a few more in around an hour or 2
Nk.re BG group centrica took the gas supply over along with british gas name ...BG Group which shell bought dose exploration in Australia and the likes supplying the suppliers if you like
Craig watch out Billy’s going to start spreading his load
Craig, looks like DGE may be up for grabs say middle of next week but see what effect these tarrifs have on them.
The daily RSI and STCASTIC looking to bottom out in the past it’s taken bout 4 days after bottoming to start picking up.
never a bad plan to spread between companies billy. i bought a load of bp 2p from the bottom price they dropped to when the rig blew up, sat on them a while and made a good few quid on their rise back. Theres nothing to stop either of them having a similar catastrophic event at any time - and given my poor luck it'll be shells turn next :)
Shells gas distributor: First Utility....they took over that mob, but didnt take British Gas....that went to Centrica (CNA)
Bear in mind Billy...Shell taking over BG did not include the gas supply to customers...that is held by CNA, whose sp is in the doldrums, has been for a while. Shell took over another gas supplier, cant remember which one offhand right now
Dont think deal will go through this weekend
True DT not sure if will be lifted just like that though
If I was a betting man I'd bet no deal this weekend with DUP and Corbyn .....vote leave and this sh.i.t is still going on well over 3 years now
Day.yeah I'm looking to top up too .. I might buy shell In stead ...reason BP new management...and shell bought BG group way back in 2015 I think and will always do well with gas plus they have never dropped a dividend either let's face it they are both Oilers so oil price will affect the SP anyway just spreading the load
craig, ken. If BJ's deal goes through and we are no longer part of the Espew, then surely the tarriffs will come straight off the whiskey and posh clothing? Trumpy is targetting the EU not us.
billy, i mean on a short term daily type basis, prices do go up and down but never by large %'s in one go(excepting last months blip). Stable and steady are the oillies, unless the mulahs get their toys out. Now is a spot on time to buy into both BP and RDSB for lth, added £20k a week or so ago and wish i had more cash availible to add more.
